Crawford Broadcasting Company is looking to hire a full-time Sales Assistant for KLTT AM670.

 

The right candidate must have great energy, organization skills, strong attention to detail, and communicate well.  You must be efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Experience in Publisher and Photoshop is a plus. Ability to embrace and meet challenges is a must, along with the confidence and persuasiveness to make introductory sales contacts.

 

This Sales Assistant position is a unique opportunity to see and work with many areas of the KLTT operation.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones and covering reception desk on occasion, the typing of all broadcast agreements via typewrite for KLTT AM670, communicating with new and existing clients, and making weekly sales calls to prospects who may have an interest in partnering with the station. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE with KLZ 560 AM.
Crawford Broadcasting Company, a 50-year-old national owner/operator of 24 radio stations, currently has an exciting career opportunity for a KLZ Radio Account Executive to join the sales department located in the Denver Metro Area and Aurora, Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing station revenue and sales growth by cultivating relationships with prospective clients while ensuring existing client satisfaction.
 
 Description of job responsibilities:

• Identifying, contacting, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients within the KLZ coverage area.
• Identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with key administrators of existing accounts and new accounts.
• Participating in sales and marketing meetings.
• Ongoing Tailored Plan sales method training and education.
• Achieving monthly sales requirements and goals.
• Providing collections assistance by tracking client payments and submitting monthly reminders.
•  Creating promotional opportunities and handling trades with event administrators within the KLZ coverage area.

 
A candidate must have the ability to work well under time-constraints and thrive in a dynamic professional work environment.  Being open-minded toward new marketing concepts is essential.
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
