00:01:04 Barbara Carmack
Welcome to call the freedom. I want to tell you, my friends, that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run.
00:01:16 Barbara Carmack
And not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Oh, what a blessing. I I’m still in you for you here after realizing almost a week ago that God had a wonderful divine plan for his people. And yeah, it’s not without opposition. It’s not without.
00:01:36 Barbara Carmack
Temptation. It’s not without all the things that can come against us, but in doing that we gain strength. Remember, is there 40? Verse 31 says those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength and that that’s what we needed. And that’s what God showed us. When I’m with you.
00:01:56 Barbara Carmack
You’re a winner all the time. Oh, praise God. I am really excited about President Trump’s appointments, and especially last night when I found out Tom Holman was now is now border czar. He has been affiliated with the border since 1985.
00:02:13 Barbara Carmack
That’s almost 40 years that he’s been down there and and actually learning and experiencing so much, he’s going to be terrific. He’s he’s really going to be a great border czar and as well as all these other appointments. It’s it’s going to be a wonderful time and let us not.
00:02:33 Barbara Carmack
Let us not get so excited that we neglect what we have been called to do.
00:02:37 Barbara Carmack
And that’s to tell others about the Lord. It’s like I told George, who came. They removed my huge limb today, and as George took the check and the tips that I gave them, I said, God bless you. And he says in his broken English, God bless you, precious Mexican men that went up into my tree.
00:02:58 Barbara Carmack
Swinging like monkeys, cabling down everything that had to be cabled down and hoisted down because that limb had fallen above 3 different wires. Electric.
00:03:12 Barbara Carmack
Wires, Internet wires, and so they had to be gingerly doing this. And I I took a picture of George walking from the roof of the house to the tree he was walking on the limb. That’s how big the limb was. And when they got done after 2 1/2 hours only he and another guy and I said wow.
00:03:33 Barbara Carmack
This is excellent. How did you do that? And he said you work very slowly.
00:03:39 Barbara Carmack
And what an answer. You work very slowly. It comes friends with little by little, very slowly and with much thought. Many asking questions as he was balancing himself on this limb. This morning I was saying, Father God give him wisdom and understanding and strength.
00:03:58 Barbara Carmack
And what he’s doing?
00:03:59 Barbara Carmack
And God really blessed oh, praise the Lord.
00:04:02 Barbara Carmack
So it’s one more thing, one more issue done with. I hope that you can say of your day. Oh that issue is over with that was a victory. Now let’s go on to something else. Oh, you are blessed to dispense for in him you live and move and have your being. And if you’d like to give online you can go to freedomst.org and hit that donate.
00:04:22 Barbara Carmack
Button. That’s all you need to do and fill out the little things that are they’re asking of you. I appreciate so much. It’s getting near the end of this year and you’re giving has just been such a blessing. It has kept me debt free in this radio program.
00:04:38 Barbara Carmack
And I am so grateful. I’m. I’m just so grateful in awe, and I thank God for you every day I do every day memory verse for this week. Wow. Jeremiah was in a fix. He really was. And he was seeing the circumstances instead of seeing the answer. And you can go to.
00:04:57 Barbara Carmack
Lamentations 3 and read about his his pathetic life. It was really sad how this precious man had to go through so much.
00:05:08 Barbara Carmack
Which and he says in Lamentations 322 through 24 the Lord’s loving kindness is indeed never cease, for his compassion never fails. They are new. Every morning. Great is your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion. Therefore, I have hope in him. Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
00:05:28 Barbara Carmack
Isaiah 4031. So we can’t let go of the hope. We’ve got a hope.
00:05:33 Barbara Carmack
We’ve got to hope that the things are going to get better and they’ve gotten better and they’re going to be better. Praise the Lord, but with the opposition in this world, you will have tribulation, but be a good cheer, Jesus said. I have overcome the world and in the living translation, lamentations 318 through 24 and this is in the.
00:05:53 Barbara Carmack
Living translation. I cry out, my splendor is gone. Everything I had hoped for from the Lord is lost. The thought of my suffering and homelessness is bitter beyond words.
00:06:05 Barbara Carmack
I will never forget this awful time as I grieve over my loss, and I know many of us have grieved over losses in our lives. But we’ve got to look to look ahead. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this, the faithful love of the Lord never ends. His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness.
00:06:25 Barbara Carmack
His mercies begin afresh each morning, I say to myself, the Lord is my inheritance. Therefore I will hope in him. Oh, praise his name forever. My confession for today by Rick Renner.
00:06:39 Barbara Carmack
I confess that God’s word dominates my mind, my will and my emotions because I have put God’s word into my heart. I am not shaken or easily moved by the things that occur in the world around me. I know who I am. I am secure in my father’s love, and I recognize that he destined me to live in these last days.
00:07:01 Barbara Carmack
Because he has a special plan for me. Oh, praise God for you friend who are listening. You are listening and you are believing in your heart that God’s got a plan before Jesus comes back. Praise the Lord. Regardless of what I see or hear. I take my stand on the promises of God’s word.
00:07:20 Barbara Carmack
And it provides me with safety and security. I declare this by faith in Jesus name. Remember in Isaiah 11 verse 3 Jesus says I don’t make decisions according to what I see or hear.
00:07:32 Barbara Carmack
Here I make decisions by the word of God, and that’s what we must do. Also make decisions by the word of God. And it’s like I’m going to be quoting Smith, wiggle Wigglesworth here. I’m not moved by what I see. I’m not moved by what I feel. I’m moved by what I believe in the word of God. So Satan’s plot.
00:07:53 Barbara Carmack
Fear is to steal your trust in God.
00:07:56 Barbara Carmack
And we resist him. We resist him. According to James 4 verse 7, we resist him. We we submit to God and we resist the devil and he flees. When we resist him, we put up that armor that God has told us about any Fusion 6. Verse 10. We put up that armor and resist him.
00:08:16 Barbara Carmack
So he cannot steal any longer from us. I know he’s stolen in my past.
00:08:21 Barbara Carmack
And he’s probably stolen in your past, but no more. No more. I’m drawing a line here. No more, no more. Is he going to take from me a man from India was heard to compare our new spiritual nature and our old selfish one to two dogs constantly fighting with each other. He went on to say that he could determine which dog.
00:08:42 Barbara Carmack
When and when he was asked how he could determine the winner, his response was the one I feed the most is the one who wins.
00:08:52 Barbara Carmack
So what do you think that you’re feeding and focusing on the most, the flesh or the spirit when you take time to feed, quote, feed your new spiritual nature as you’re doing right now, you’re listening to the scripture that I’m giving to you. You’re listening to wonderful Christian radio, and I need to warn.
00:09:11 Barbara Carmack
Some of you you’ve been watching and listening to CNN. Cut it off. No more. CNN is having to drop off employees and they’re they’re in a bad fix right now. Listen to the conservative networks, there are them. Newsmax and even Fox. Yes, there’s some good stuff coming.
00:09:29 Barbara Carmack
From frogs. So when you take time to feed your new nature, you give it the edge in this ongoing conflict between conflict between good and evil. God is committed to taking care of you. Just because President Trump won the election last week does not mean that you’re going to have a carefree day ahead. No or carefree.
00:09:49 Barbara Carmack
Days ahead? That’s not the reality of life that you’re living in. Jesus was in a very hostile time in Iraq.
00:09:56 Barbara Carmack
Well, the country was being ruled by the Romans and the Jewish leaders thought they were top dogs and and came against Jesus, just like the left came and his coming against the the conservative and will continue to come against our next president. But we have God in his word that he will take care of us.
00:10:16 Barbara Carmack
That’s why I want you to continue praying for President Trump and the new cabinet, the new people that he is appointing around him, it’s going to be exceptional days ahead, friend, remember to pray for him. Jesus was telling his disciples about the world they were.
00:10:31 Barbara Carmack
Going to be facing.
00:10:33 Barbara Carmack
They knew about the opposition. They knew about the oppression and you know, I just want to say, as a sidebar here, I was going through traffic today and there’s more traffic. There was more traffic yesterday. People are in and out of stores. It’s like a new excitement has taken over. Have you realized that? Have you seen that? It’s like this.
00:10:53 Barbara Carmack
This cloud of oppressive.
00:10:57 Barbara Carmack
Oh, ugliness has has been washed away, and I’m so grateful I was. I was just praising God yesterday as I went to the stores and realized people are upbeat and they’re excited about this new future that we’re facing. Even the people who voted for the other party.
00:11:18 Barbara Carmack
John 14, verse 13 and 14 and this is Jesus speaking right before he’s crucified.
00:11:24 Barbara Carmack
For I will do whatever you ask me when he’s praying to the father here, for I will do whatever you ask me to do when you ask me in my name. And that is how the son will show what the father is really like and bring glory to him. Ask me anything in my name and I will do it for you. When you are totally trusting God.
00:11:45 Barbara Carmack
I mean, totally trusting in the name of Jesus. He will bring it to pass for you, my friend. He really will. And 1st John, 514 and 15. John is saying this is the confidence I have before you that if I ask anything according to you.
00:12:01 Barbara Carmack
Will you hear me? And if you hear me, you I know that I have those things I have asked of you. So we know that he hears us when we pray. We have that confidence and we have that faith. Praise God and Jesus is saying the same thing to you today. Do you believe that when you ask, God will do what you asked for when Jesus left?
00:12:22 Barbara Carmack
He gave us authority to us.
00:12:24 Barbara Carmack
The belief he gave us the gift of faith and when that faith is wrapped up in grace, the grace of the gospel, it is a winning team. Faith is involved in exercising spiritual authority. Sometimes you don’t see the manifestation right away, just hold on and keep confessing those precious promises.
00:12:44 Barbara Carmack
See God work outside the sense realm are feeling touching, tasting, hearing, that kind of thing, and into the faith realm where we don’t see it. But we know it’s coming, as, as Smith Wigglesworth often said, I’m not moved by what I see. I’m not moved by what I feel. I moved by what I believe in God’s word.
00:13:04 Barbara Carmack
And it’s like Darren said, in the days that he was here feeling and symptoms, feelings and symptoms are liars. God’s word is truth. That’s what you got to believe in, friend. God’s word.
00:13:16 Barbara Carmack
I want to challenge you right now to find a scripture. Yeah, you can challenge. Leave a message after the program or or whatever at 1-877-917-7256. I want you to find a scripture where the church is ever told to pray that God the father or Jesus would do something against the devil.
00:13:36 Barbara Carmack
On your behalf.
00:13:38 Barbara Carmack
You know why I’m? I’m challenging you because they already have done this. Father, son. Holy Spirit. Got the victory at the cross. They already conquered sins, sickness and death. And when you face obstacles and threats, you are the one to do something about it. The church is not to pray to God the father about the devil.
00:13:59 Barbara Carmack
The church is to exercise the authority that belongs to it. It’s like when I heard the crash as I was getting ready for bed and I heard the crash on the roof. I mean, it was loud.
00:14:10 Barbara Carmack
And I thought, Oh my goodness. As I said yesterday, this is not a raccoon. And so I went outside with the flashlight and discovered that the biggest branch on my tree had fallen because of the snow. And there’s lots of leaves still on the branches. And so all I did was ask the father to gently leave.
00:14:29 Barbara Carmack
That limb on the on the roof without any damage until the crew can come and remove it, and when we ask the father those kinds of things in almost an emergency kind of thing, it could have crashed and broken through the roof and gotten rid of some of the electricity. I was never without electricity.
00:14:49 Barbara Carmack
That God provided that way of gently putting that branch on the roof so I can watch those guys take it, take it apart today. That was so exciting. So the New Testament tells believers themselves to do something about the devil, the least member of the body of Christ has just as much power over the devil as anyone else.
00:15:09 Barbara Carmack
And unless believers do something about the devil, nothing will be done in so many areas.
00:15:15 Barbara Carmack
Jesus has done everything that he was told to do about the devil and he defeated him at Calvary and now you have the authority to come against the devil’s attacks against you, he said to his disciples in Luke 1019. Behold, I’ve given you authority over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall harm you. What does authority?
00:15:34 Barbara Carmack
Mean you have been given the right and privilege to declare your conquering spirit over the evil.
00:15:42 Barbara Carmack
You now have the authority to come against all the devil’s attacks against you, and again that’s James Force. Submit to God. Resist the devil. Don’t talk about the devil. First of all, you go to God first and you get that confidence. And that faith that he’s with you, Jesus, who is the head of the body, cannot exercise any authority.
00:16:02 Barbara Carmack
Anywhere except through his.
00:16:04 Barbara Carmack
Body All authority is given to me in heaven and in Earth, and he gave his authority to the church. Yeah, that’s us. The concept of authority seldom appears in the Old Testament. It is used predominantly in the New Testament, where the word that the Greek word.
00:16:24 Barbara Carmack
Exia functions in at least four ways. This word exocha, which is authority.
00:16:30 Barbara Carmack
The authority is the freedom to decide or a right to act without hindrance when something comes against you, you immediately go to God in Jesus name Father God, I ask you to protect me and my family as we go through this, he’s going to protect you and your family. See there in all situation.
00:16:51 Barbara Carmack
All such authority, it begins with God. So you address him when you’re praying in Jesus. Name for there is no authority except from God. Now, Romans 13, verse 1 is a very interesting verse and some.
00:17:04 Barbara Carmack
Have told me about the governing authorities we need to submit to the governing authorities. I I want to present something. Just a new way of looking at this verse. And again, Romans 13, verse one. Everyone must submit to governing authorities for all authority comes from God and those in positions of authority have been.
00:17:24 Barbara Carmack
Placed there by God. Well, who did Jesus give his authority to his body of believers. So God has the right to mold the clay as he wishes. We’ve looked at the governing authorities as people in the government.
00:17:40 Barbara Carmack
Haven’t you? I mean, I have two. We’ve looked at the governing authorities as people in the government, but aren’t we the governing authorities in the body of Christ? Haven’t we been given a governing position far above the government of our country? Yes, we have.
00:18:00 Barbara Carmack
While authority is valueless without the power of Holy Spirit in our lives to make it effective, we can make a fine distinction between the two concepts. We have the authority and power to rule on this earth.
00:18:14 Barbara Carmack
Praise God, why do I say acts 17 verse 28 every day in him? I live and move and have my being. I have the authority over all the civil authorities over all the governments in the world in Jesus name. So I’m so grateful that God revealed that to me from Romans 13.
00:18:35 Barbara Carmack
Verse.
00:18:36 Barbara Carmack
One that the body of Christ has more authority than the civil authorities in our country, #2 authority refers to the power of ability and capability to complete an action. Jesus was given the authority to forgive sins and drive out spirits. Remember, in Matthew A, he said.
00:18:56 Barbara Carmack
He cast out the spirits with the word and you’ve got that authority also, my friend. When?
00:19:00 Barbara Carmack
You see a spirit coming against any family member or loved 1. You bind that spirit. I’ve talked about this for years. You bind that spirit of hatred or lies, or suicide or death or disease in Jesus name and loose the spirit of healing and wholeness and and peace and joy in their lives in Matthew.
00:19:21 Barbara Carmack
Ten one through 16, Jesus called his 12 disciples together and gave them authority, gave them authority to cast out evil spirits, and to heal every kind of disease and illness.
00:19:32 Barbara Carmack
And he said to them, go and announce to them the Kingdom of heaven is near. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy and cast out demons. Was he with them? He gave them the authority. Give as freely as you have received. Don’t take any money in your money belts. No gold, silver or even copper coins.
00:19:52 Barbara Carmack
When we go somewhere, we always are sure we have our debit card full and we’re we have our luggage already, he said. Don’t.
00:20:00 Barbara Carmack
Carry a traveller’s bag with a change of clothes. Oh my goodness, that would send us into a whirlwind, especially us women. We got to have at least three baggages of clothes to to change. Don’t hesitate to accept hospitality because those who work deserve to be fed. Whenever you enter a city or a village.
00:20:22 Barbara Carmack
Search for a worthy person and stay in his home until you leave town. When you enter the home, give it your blessing. If it turns out to be a worthy home, that your blessing stand. If it is not, take back the blessing and and wipe the the dust.
00:20:36 Barbara Carmack
Off your feet as you.
00:20:37 Barbara Carmack
Leave, Jesus said. Look. And this is Matthew 10. Look, I am sending you out as sheep among wolves, so be as shrewd as snakes and harmless as devils as devil. Excuse me. Be as shrewd as snakes and harmless as doves. Hallelujah. #3 the word authority is used with references.
00:20:57 Barbara Carmack
To delegated authority in the form of a war.
00:21:01 Barbara Carmack
A warrant such as Isaiah 5417, and you can say I declare. I say that no weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper. No weapon formed against President Trump shall prosper. God, God really relies on our word license or authorization to perform. Jesus was granted authority for his ministry.
00:21:21 Barbara Carmack
From God the father, he gave that authority to us, my friend, by a natural extension of the meaning of escocia, which is authority. Sometimes it donates the spheres in which authority is exercised.
00:21:36 Barbara Carmack
God has established Spears of authority in the world, such as civil government. This use of authority indicates a relationship between at least two individuals, where one is the ruler, and we have that kind of authority. Because our ruler is Jesus, we submit to him.
00:21:56 Barbara Carmack
We are subordinate to him. The in the relationship. It accepts the rulers, orders. We accept Jesus orders in his word.
00:22:06 Barbara Carmack
Not by external constraint, but out of the conviction that the ruler is entitled to give orders. Yes, my Jesus is entitled to give me orders and Holy Spirit also, and that it is the duty of the subject to obey and recognize the authenticity of the rulers, position and orders.
00:22:25 Barbara Carmack
As we see him as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and we will submit, there’s a wonderful words that he’s given to us not only in the gospel but in the Epistles of Paul. Ohh, praise the Lord. What a declaration.
00:22:39 Barbara Carmack

Oh, praise God. Say it with me. Greater is he who is in me than he who is in the world. There’s a beautiful story of the Believers authority in Acts 3. This is after Jesus is gone and Peter and John are going into the temple at 3:00 in the afternoon. They’re going through the.
00:25:38 Barbara Carmack
And a certain lame man we hear a couple of chapters later. He was 40 years lying there, begging, begging for all kinds of alms. And I believe that Peter and John, they were just new at this, but they they stopped and they said look at us.
00:25:58 Barbara Carmack
And this guy thought they’re going to give me something. Well, they did better than that little coin they were going to give him. We don’t have any silver or gold, but such as we have, we do.
00:26:07 Barbara Carmack
To you. And why do you think that something was? It was authority in Jesus name and that’s what they said in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Rise up and walk. I’ll tell you their authority and faith in the name of Jesus. God that man healed and he went walking and leaping and praising God.
00:26:28 Barbara Carmack
Oh, I love that old song walking and leaping and praising God.
00:26:33 Barbara Carmack
Peter and John were demanding of the devil to release his hold on this man, and he did by the authority in their mouth. I want you to remember and realize what authority you have today as you release that authority in the words that you say out of your mouth. God bless you and keep.
00:26:51 Barbara Carmack
You. It’s been so much fun.
00:26:53 Barbara Carmack
Being with you today, Kimberly will be with me tomorrow and it’s it’s going to be great. It’s going to be a wonderful future. Don’t think negative. Think positive and you’re going to be a winner. I love you. Take joy.
