Merry Christmas. May this be the most meaningful Christmas that you’ve ever spent in the Father’s presence. You will be listening to the beautiful music of Gloria Gaither, Reba Rambeau, and Donnie McGuire. All the songs are exceptional, but I want you to pay close attention to He Was Just an Ordinary Baby. As I quote a couple lines from this anointed song, He came to us with eyes wide open, knowing how we’re hurt and broken, choosing to partake of all our joy and pain. He was just an ordinary baby. That’s the way he planned it, maybe, so that we could come to him and not be afraid. As you listen, may you experience God’s loving arms embracing you and have a very Merry Christmas.
SPEAKER 04 :

SPEAKER 05 :
He was just an ordinary baby. That’s the way he planned it. Maybe anything but common would have kept him apart. The children that he came to rescue Limited to some elite few When he was the only child who asked to be born And he came to us with eyes wide open. Knowing how we’re hurt and broken. Choosing to partake of all our joy. An ordinary baby That’s the way he planned it Maybe So that we would come to him And not be afraid With exception of miraculous conception, both his birth and death he planned from the start. But between his entrance and his exit was a life that has affected everyone who’s walked the earth to this very day. of condescension He became God’s pure extension giving you and me a chance to be remade He was just an ordinary So that we would come to Him and not be afraid. So that we would come to Him and not be afraid.
SPEAKER 04 :
It’s a time for singing. It’s a time for friends. A time for wrapping packages to see. It’s a time for hugging everyone you meet. A time for hanging on a favorite tree. It’s a time for secrets no one knows but you. A time for family and neighbors too. A time for children. A time for toys. But mostly It started with a stable, astrologers who traveled far. It started with some shepherds, amazed to find the story true. It’s a time for singing. It’s a time for friends. A time for wrapping packages to send. It’s a time for hugging. It’s a time for children, a time for toys, but mostly it’s a time for joy. It’s a time for children, a time for toys, but mostly it’s a time for joy. Just another night out on the hillside Sheep to watch until the morning light Shepherds try to fight away the slumber Telling tales to make it through the night Suddenly the night stands still That’s the game. Messiah is born. King of every nation. Messiah is born to Israel. Glory to Him. He who reigns forever. Let us rejoice and worship Him.
SPEAKER 05 :
Do I hear music?
SPEAKER 04 :
Could there be music? Or am I getting lost? Yet I thought I heard a song King of every nation, Messiah is born to Israel. Glory to Him, He who reigns forever, let us rejoice and worship Him. Messiah is born, King of every nation, Messiah is born to Israel. Here is forever, let’s rejoice and worship Him.
SPEAKER 06 :
You ask me why My heart keeps singing Why I can sing When things go wrong But since I found The source of music. I just can’t help it. God gave the song.
SPEAKER 04 :
Come walk with me. fields and forests We’ll climb the hills and still hear that song For even They just can’t help it God gave the song Through all the years My heart keeps singing Days are done, and nights are so long, for since I’ve found the source of music. In the space of the beginning was a living word of light. When this word was clearly spoken, all that came to be was right. All creation had a language, words to say what must be said. All day long the heavens whispered shining words in scarlet red. Still some failed to understand it, so God spoke his final word. On a silent night in Judas’ hills, a baby’s cry was heard. A baby’s cry was heard. Glory sang the angel for us, glory ever. God has come to walk among us. Christ the Lord is born this night. All creation sing his praises. Earth and heaven praise his name. All who live come join the chorus. Find the words his love.
