SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue sharing with you the message that I began sharing with you last week that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called The Anointing. And in this lesson, we are studying what the anointing is, what it can do, and how you can receive it in your life. This is a powerful, life-enhancing message. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message, the anointing. What is an anointed husband and father? A yoke-destroying, burden-removing husband and father. What’s an anointed mother? A yoke-destroying, burden-removing mother and wife. Hallelujah. You can be anointed to be a husband and father. You can be anointed to be a wife and mother. And what is that? It’s being able to destroy yokes, remove burdens. When you speak to your family, you are ministering to your family to remove burdens. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And so that actually comes down to, and I’m getting ahead, but it’s what we say and how we say it. I’m jumping ahead. Let me back up a minute. What else can we have in the anointing? Number one, I said is revelation. That is the invisible power working on the inside, changing lives that you don’t see. And when we get to heaven, there will be a lot of all the people that said, I heard your teaching and it changed my life. I heard your teaching. It changed my life. And I’m expecting thousands upon thousands of those. So it’s on the preaching. But what else does it do? Not only revelation. In Colossians 1, 26 and 27, and I’ll summarize Christ in you, the hope of what glory glory is in Christ. Christ in you. The anointing in you, the hope or expectation of glory. So Christ in you, the anointing, the anointed one in his anointing in you produces glory. The hope of glory. So glory comes in Christ with Christ in you. The glory of God manifesting. Second Timothy to one, the grace that is in Christ Jesus grace. Now we’re going to be talking in another message coming pretty soon about grace. Grace is the empowerment of God and all of the gifts of God bestowed upon us. So it’s all of his gifts bestowed on us. That is the grace, and it comes in Christ Jesus, the anointed one. So when we have the anointing, we have the grace, the gifts of God bestowed on us. Hallelujah. Philemon, or some say Philemon. Philemon 1.8. In Christ, I could be bold. Oh, there’s another one. In the anointing, hey, I get it. Because I might not be so bold when I’m not standing in the anointing. But when the anointing is there, I’m bold. You can be too. In Christ, I could be bold. In the anointed one and in his anointing, I am bold. So if you feel a sense of shyness or timidity, get clothed in the anointing. Remind yourself I’m clothed in the anointing and get that boldness that comes with the anointing. I remember, I mean, a great example of boldness in the anointing is Smith Wigglesworth. And probably most of you have heard or read about that man who was known to be very, very bold, dangerously bold. One time he took a baby and threw the baby as hard as he could against the wall. A baby. Oh, it kicked the baby. Yeah, like a football. That’s right. Took the baby and kicked the baby like a football and it kicked against the wall and fell to the floor, healed. Perfectly healed. It was a bad illness, whatever it was. I don’t recall. It was serious. Very serious condition. I think they brought the baby from the hospital. I think they brought the baby from the hospital. Serious condition. And he kicked the baby and it hit the wall and they picked up the baby healed, completely healed. Hallelujah. Amen. Now he was anointed, but you know what? He said one time that I am not kicking that person. I’m kicking the devil. And another time a person had a big tumor in their belly. It was big like a baseball right in their stomach. And he pulled back his fist and he punched him as hard as he could right in the stomach. And that thing burst like a balloon and shriveled and went down to nothing and disappeared. And he did that all the time. One time there was a corpse, a dead person. And the person had been lying out on the bed dead for a while before he got there. He got there, picked up that corpse and threw it against the wall and said, walk in Jesus’ name. It slid down the wall into a pile on the floor. He picked up that corpse again and threw it against the wall and it slid down the wall into a pile. And a third time he picked it up and threw it against the wall as hard as he could and said, I said, walk in Jesus name. And that person came alive. The man came alive, opened his eyes and walked out the door. Hallelujah. Glory to God. So that man was bold. Now he had an anointing. He had an anointing to be bold. And like he said, he said, I don’t kick the person or punch the person. So I was kicking the devil and I was kicking. And I believe he also saw in the spirit. He saw in the spirit, the demons, right? And there was a gift of the discerning of spirits. Discerning of spirits. Gift working. So he could see the devil. And that’s what he was punching at. And that’s what he was kicking at. But for the people who couldn’t see the demon, they’re like, whoa, what is he doing? But he was bold. But he had that kind of boldness because of the anointing. In Christ, I could be bold. Philemon 1.8. And then Philemon 1.20 says, Refresh my heart in Christ. So there’s refreshing in the anointing in Christ, in the anointed one and in his anointing. Refresh my heart. So there’s refreshing in the anointing. Now you can go on to all the miracles and signs and wonders that can also be done in the anointing. Supernatural acts are. are done in the anointing. There’s the turning of water into wine and walking on water and all the visible miracles that are also… What I said before, those are mostly what people think about. But I’m showing you… Other things that are manifesting are the manifestations of the anointing. Revelation is one. The glory in us. The grace of God in us and on us. Boldness. Refreshing. All of these come from the anointing. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Glory to God. Now, how do you walk in the anointing? How do you walk in the anointing? Now, starting with the Greek word cryo, C-H-R-I-O, there’s two more Greek words that I want to just quickly share with you. The one word is en-cryo, E-N-C-H-R-I-O. And the other is epi-cryo, E-P-I-C-H-R-I-O. And the word en-cryo, means to rub in and to anoint. And actually the definition means to anoint oneself, one’s own self. This word is used in Revelation 3.18. Revelation 3.18, I counsel thee, you anoint your eyes with eye salve that you may see. Anoint your eyes with eye salve that you may see. This refers to revelation in your spirit, man, so you may see spiritually and be made free. But notice he’s saying anoint your eyes with eye salve. This is something you’re supposed to do. Now, I want to be careful how I say this because actually you can’t set yourself free. You know, When I talk about the anointing in you, you start with developing the anointing in you. And, Creo, I like to relate it to the anointing in you. And it’s the anointing that you’re building in you, in your character and in your revelation of the word of God growing. It’s all part of growing up spiritually. It’s part of sanctifying yourself, as it says in 2 Corinthians 6. Verse 14 through chapter 7, verse 1, it’s come out from among them and separate yourselves. What does Christ have to do with Belial? What do they have in common? Nothing. So separate yourself from those things. And this is the first step. How do you walk in the anointing? Number one, purify yourself. Purify yourself. yourself that second corinthians 6 14 through 7 1 therefore come out from them and be separate you can’t be united with belial christ and belial have nothing in common and then chapter 7 verse 1 purifying ourselves out of reverence for christ for the anointing purifying ourselves so This is what we do. Number one, we turn to Christ. We look upon him. And that’s the first step to getting saved and getting set free. And you may have soul bondages. You may have addiction bondages. And it is the power of God that will change you, will set you free. But you don’t have to just wait for God. For example, Jesus went to the man at the pool of Bethesda. And at the pool, the man was waiting for the waters to stir. Well, whenever the water stir, I don’t have anyone to get me down in the water. You don’t have to wait for some anointed miracle service to set you free. You get in the word. Turn your eyes upon Christ and on his word. His words are life. And they will break bondages off of you. The word is anointed. God’s word is anointed. And when you get into reading it and studying it, the revelation of it will start breaking the bondages off of your life. That you need to help set you free. And so it’s purifying yourselves. There’s a part that you do and there’s a part that God does. It’s like Paul said, I planted Apollos watered, but God makes it grow. You can’t make it grow, but you can plant the seed. Well, our part is to separate ourselves from Belial, from the ungodly, come out from among them. You can’t play in sin and get free and be anointed. Come out, be separate, and get into the word. And so there’s a part you do, and then there’s the part God does. But it’s basically, it’s drawing into his anointing. So en krio is developing your spirit, And your inner man and getting into him because God will work in you. In Ezekiel 36, 27, Ezekiel 36, 27, God says, I will put my spirit. You can also say my anointing because the Holy Spirit is the anointing. I will put my spirit in you and I will move you to follow my decrees. So if you just turn to him and you get into his word, he will put his spirit in you. And then he’s starting to move you. I mean, he’s like urging you and pushing you in the direction. If you just go with it. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called the anointing. And we will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
