SPEAKER 02 :
Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherri Campbell. This week we are going to continue and conclude our study in the lesson Kingdom of God Partnership. So join me now for the continuation of this lesson Kingdom of God Partnership. Galatians chapter 6 verse 6. The King James Version says, let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teaches in all good things. The New King James Version says, let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. The New International Version says, anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. And the basic Bible in English says, but let him who gets teaching in the word give a part in all good things to his teacher. In all good things and all the good things that he has and that he receives, share with his teacher. Now let’s look at that word in the King James says communicate and the new King James says share. The NIV says share the basic Bible in English says give apart. What is that word in the Greek? Now the new Testament was written in Greek. The old Testament was written in Hebrew. And so in the new Testament, in the Greek text, that word in the King James that is translated communicate is the Greek word coin O’Neill. Koinonia. Now you might be familiar with the word koinonia. Koinonia is the Greek word for fellowship, sometimes translated as church. So koinonia is the noun form of the word and koinonia is the verb form. And koinonia means to contribute, to contribute, to come into communion or enter into fellowship with. To become a sharer, to be made a partner, to join oneself to, to make oneself a sharer or a partner. So what Paul is saying here, what God is saying through Paul, what God has inspired, God is the author said in Galatians 6, 6, let him that is taught in the word communicate, contribute. share, give a part. That Greek word koinonio means come into fellowship with and communion with, be made a partner, join oneself to and make oneself a partner with him who teaches. with him who teaches. In other words, those who receive the ministry of the word are supposed to contribute share of their good things with their teacher. That is God’s system of kingdom of God partnership. That’s what we established at the very beginning of this lesson. When we started this lesson, what is partnership in the kingdom of God? It is people contributing financially and in service and in prayer to the various works of God in the earth. People are partnering together to do the work of the ministry. And we said partnership is God’s method of of providing the financial and physical resources for his kingdom work to be done. There are those who are called into full-time ministry to minister the word of God and serve the body of Christ and evangelize the lost. And they give their lives to it. And then there are the expenses of those ministries to operate and function to fulfill their call and assignment. The rest of the body of Christ is assigned by God to support financially in those kingdom of God works and ministries and services. That is God’s kingdom of God system of partnership. And so Paul is writing by the inspiration of God in Galatians 6, 6. This is actually not a suggestion. It is an instruction for every Christian to be involved in partnership support with those ministries that are feeding them spiritually and that God has called them to join themselves to. And if everybody in the body of Christ would give of their own resources to support the kingdom of God, works and ministries that God has ordained, every single ministry and church and work of God would be abundantly supplied. There would be more than enough if God’s people would do their part in their service to the kingdom of God by giving of their resources as God directs and leads them to. And as we already looked at in Romans, according to your faith. and knowledge and diligence and love. As you grow in these areas, you should also be growing in your giving and in your partnership with the kingdom of God works, the works of ministry that God has used to minister to you, his word to bring light and and revelation to you to help you grow spiritually, to help build your faith and encourage you and inspire you, those are the ones that you are supposed to give back into. And then also those works of outreach and ministry to preaching the word, preaching the gospel to the lost, evangelism, Bible schools, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, all the various works of ministry as God puts it in your heart. But you are especially assigned by God right here in the scripture. God doesn’t tell you exactly who to give alms to or where to give your evangelism support to, but he does say, let him who is taught give to his teacher. So you can follow your heart where you want to give benevolently to the laws, to evangelism and outreaches. Follow your heart and God speaks to you in your heart. But this, this is an instruction that is in black and white. You don’t need to pray about it because God said to do it. God said, let him who is taught in the word communicate, share, contribute, partner with him and give to him that teaches him. in all good things or give a part in all good things to his teacher, to his instructor. So you don’t even need to pray about it. You don’t say, Lord, is it your will? It’s written. This is not something that you just, well, do I feel led or not? God said in black and white instruction, let him who receives instruction in the word share, give a part in all good things with his instructor or with his teacher. And Paul says that again in first Corinthians chapter nine, verse 11, first Corinthians nine, 11, Paul said in If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you? So there the Bible says out of the mouth of two or more witnesses, let every word be established. We have two verses here that confirm that those who receive the ministry of the word are true. to share with their teacher. In 1 Corinthians 9, 11, it’s written like this. If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you? It’s a confirmation of Galatians 6, 6. So we see it again. And then in Matthew 10, verse 8, Jesus said, freely you have received, freely give. So these verses show that if you have received teaching and the ministry of the word that has helped your life, given you insight, understanding, revelation has helped to build your faith, encourage you, strengthen you, inspire you, then you should in turn change. contribute to the teacher and the ministry that is teaching you. Now, you may think that I’m just saying this, Terry, that’s just self-serving for your ministry. No, it’s not just for this ministry. It’s for every church and ministry. The problem is that this isn’t taught in most churches. The And there is a lack of this teaching. And God has called me to teach the fundamentals of the kingdom of God. This is a fundamental principle of the kingdom of God. And it’s part of what I’m called and assigned to teach. And so, yes, it is to bring a harvest in this ministry to support the radio ministry. So this teaching can continue and be broadcast and be spread abroad to all the earth. As God has called this ministry to the whole world. This is called to be an international ministry. But it’s not only to help this ministry. It’s to help everyone. Every church and ministry, all the churches and ministries that you are connected to. I have done this almost my entire life for as long as I can remember that those ministries that I received teaching from, I sow seed and even give tithes. I split up my tithe between the teachers that teach me and feed me and build my faith and help give me more revelation. And so I’m only teaching a principle I have lived by for decades, for decades. And so it is a basic fundamental principle of the kingdom of God. Hallelujah. And so these verses show that if you have received teaching and the ministry of the word that has helped your life and inspired you, given you insight and understanding and revelation of God’s word and has built your faith and encouraged you, then you should in turn contribute to that teacher and that ministry that is teaching you and all of them, all of the ministries that are teaching you to Share with all of them. That means you can split your resources between those teachers, ministries, churches that are feeding you spiritually. Praise the Lord. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Now, lastly, but not least. Let’s look at the rewards of partnership. This is something I’ve been eager to get to. The rewards of partnership. Now, I told you at the beginning when we were looking in the book of Philippians that we would be going back to it. Here we are. Let’s go back to the book of Philippians. And we already said that the book of Philippians is Paul’s partner letter to the church at Philippi because they partnered with him. Let’s look at Philippians chapter one, verses three through seven. I thank my God every time I remember you in all my prayers for all of you. I always pray with joy because of your partnership. There it is. Partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. So the church at Philippi, which was in Macedonia. He had partnered with Paul in the gospel. And he says from the first day or from the first time he was with them until now. So they didn’t stop partnering with Paul after he left Philippi. What you just heard was the continuation of a lesson that I taught called Kingdom of God Partnership. And we will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
