AMERICA – THE ONCE BRAVE AND THE ONCE FREE

In Revolutionary times, Thomas Paine said the following:“These are the times that try men’s souls”.And indeed these are the times that try women’s souls, some at least now that the United States Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade.Thomas Jefferson admonished Americans of his time that the blood of patriots must be shed from time to time in order to refresh the Tree of Liberty. In short, the Constitutional America of 1776 (Declaration of Independence) and the Constitutional America of 1787 needed new patriots, new passion, new commitments to liberty and freedom. Now more than ever that is true.
