Oh, I love you. I really do. And as I told you yesterday, some of you I will never meet on this earth, but we will meet someday. Oh, and I want you to know that our soul finds rest in God alone. In God alone is that rest, my friend. My hope comes from Him. And I want that to be your hope to in Him, in that wonderful shadow under His wings. He’s got you wrapped up in His wings and His wings of love. Praise the Lord. You are blessed to dispense for in Him you live and move and have your being. And last night, Kimberly and Matthew came separate vehicles because Kimberly is going to stay a little bit longer, but Matthew’s got to go back to His wonderfully good business that God has given to him. I mean, it is just growing and growing and He left. And Jonathan wasn’t available to come because he is in charge right now in Broken Arrow with their company. So I missed John being here, but he said he would come and see Mima one of these days. So I’m hoping he will and leave. I also I just appreciate our grandchildren so much. But Matthew and Kimberly are they are absolutely cutting off branches and shaping trees in my front yard. They’re busy at work with saws and all kinds of things today, getting grubby and dirty. But tomorrow they will be in the studio with me, Matthew and Kimberly. So I’m looking forward to that. And on Thursday, hopefully Matthew was kind of shaking his head no, but I hopefully I will interview Matthew about the success in his business. Oh, it has just exploded. And he said, Barbara, it is so wonderful to realize that we can work together in promoting such a great product. He is all in and God has truly blessed him. So I hope you’ll be tuning in tomorrow and then Thursday. And then Kimberly will be with me further. I don’t know how long she stays. You know, she’s like a butterfly. She flits back and forth, but it’s so good to have them for a while. Our memory verse for this week is Isaiah 54 verse 10. “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but my loving kindness will not be removed from you.” That’s God speaking to you. And my covenant of peace will not be shaken. Says the Lord who has compassion on you. It reminds me of that beautiful verses scripture in Psalm 46 verse 1. It says, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” I’ve memorized that verse because sometimes I face what I think are impossible situations and God says, “Oh, take a breath. Back up. Take a breath. Step back. I’m going to take a breath. I am your peace. I am your peace who has broken down every wall of division in your life. And it is so true he is our peace who has broken down every wall of enmity.” That means everything that has been separating us from God is now torn down by through the blood of Jesus and by his dying on the cross. Praise the Lord forever. That is so wonderful, so wonderful to know that. My confession for today by Rick Renner. I boldly, oh, and before I say this, I just want you, if you want to write down some of the initiatives and the amendments to our election, especially those of you in Denver, get a pen and paper, yellow pad or something because I’m going to be reading those to you. And you can write them down as I read them to you today. And from Rick Renner, I boldly confess that I’m grateful for and constantly aware of God’s goodness in my life. I have every reason to trust him. For he has proven himself to me again and again, and I know he will never let me down. He has shown his goodness and mercy to me and I am a recipient of his grace. Just think of Jesus wrapping his arms around you. That’s the gift of grace. That’s Jesus with his arms around you today and always. Praise the Lord. Oh, and I choose to live up my, lift up my hands and open my mouth and declare the goodness of the Lord. The Bible says, let the redeemed of the Lord say so. So I am saying right now, let the redeemed of the Lord say so, shout it out. That Jesus is Lord. Jesus, you are so good and redeeming and your mercy and doers forever. Thank you for showering us with your mercy and your might. And Rick Renner declares this by faith in Jesus name. I want to read Psalm 107. That’s where let the redeemed of the Lord say so. That’s verse 2. But I want to read Psalm 107, one through three in the New American standard. Oh, give thanks to the Lord for he is good. For his loving kindness is everlasting. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. Whom he has redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Don’t say ever in your life the enemy is winning. The enemy is winning. The devil is winning. Don’t say that. That’s out of your vocabulary now. God is victorious over the enemy. Behold, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy. Jesus said in Luke 10 verse 19. We’ve got to hold on to that. And it goes on to say in Psalm 107 verse 3. He has gathered from the lands, from the east, from the west, from the north and from the south. All his people. Let’s shout it out that Jesus is Lord. Do you think, let me ask you a question. Do you think God has gathered the Jewish people back to the promised land so that they can be destroyed? Uh-uh. No. No. Not at all. God is for them. He is with them. He has given them so much wisdom in all this war that’s going on. I mean, they have rockets coming in from the north and the east and the south. And I would think they would be absolutely frustrated with what’s going on, but they are not. They are advancing. Uh-uh. We stand on God’s promises and we do not move from those powerful words. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm for God can be trusted to keep His promise. Are the promises God gave in His word enough to last your whole life long? Oh, I hope so. I hope so. Our enemy is vicious and shrewd, but He cannot outsmart God. Isaiah 59 verse 19 in the Amplified tells us that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord lifts up a standard against Him, praise the Lord. Remember Jesus defeated Him by dying on the cross, being raised from the dead. So what do we do when the enemy comes in with condemning thoughts, patterns? We overcome Him with the word of God. The sword of the Spirit is the greatest weapon you can use against the enemy. That’s the word of God. It’s imperative that you memorize some of these verses that we’re going to go through and memorize them and say them often. Oh, I love the Bible. I really do. I love the word of God. It has sustained me through so much loss and the loss has become praise to God. I want to tell you, friend, do you, if you do not dwell on the grief and the sorrow and we all have lost in our lives? God is going to exalt you and raise you up to praise Him. I really say that with all that is in my heart because it’s happened to me. Even with all the loss that I’ve been through, I lift up God and He has exalted me to praise and worship Him. I’d love to go, I’d love to talk to you more about the power of Holy Spirit in our lives and the word of God. But I believe that voting in this election is so vital. And even though you live, we live in a blue state now. One of these days it will be a red state again. Why? Because that’s its name. Colorado means red state. Yay Rachel is giving me an affirmation. So I encourage and beg you, I beg you. Even as you are in the minority right now that you go out and vote. Show them that there is a group of people just like President Trump is going through the United States right now. Even the swing states, even the blue states, Pennsylvania and Michigan. He’s going out there and getting people together to vote. So I just want you to know that if you don’t go out and vote, then they will think that it’s a blue state forever and ever. So let’s give them something to be challenged for. I encourage you and I beg you to do that. Plan ahead where you will cast your ballot. And when you get it, fill it out and take it to a precinct near you. The precincts are named in the voting sheet. So go with a friend or a relative but cast your vote. And if you have to go alone, I do that. I go alone and I cast my vote. I take it to the precinct. I take to a church right on Hamden where I hand them my vote. And I believe the amendments and initiatives are the same for all voters in Colorado. So I’m going to, first of all, name the judges. And this is according to Barbara Carmack. You don’t have to agree with me. And there are a couple amendments and initiatives that aren’t just questioning here still. But I want to give you a little heads up about what they are about. Now as far as the judges go in the Denver area, only three judges, only three judges in that long list were appointed by Governor Owens in the years of 2005 and 2006. If you’re in different counties and you’re looking at judges and you don’t know what they did, you go and go online or if you have a son or daughter or anyone who can go online for you and just ask when these judges were appointed. And then you will find out the years and appointed by the governor who was either Owens or Hickenlooper or whoever they were. But lately it has been Jared Polis. And so that’s why there are three judges. I want you to keep in and that’s Judge Gilbert, M. Roman and Judge Jerry and Jones in the Colorado Court of Appeals. And Judge Andre L. Rudolph in the Denver County Court. Those three, Roman, Jones and Rudolph are the only three that I’m going to keep. The rest of them, I’m voting no. And you can clean the whole slate if you want to. I’m voting no on the voting sheet because they were appointed by either Jared Polis or Mike Hancock. So no to all the judges but the three that I named. As far as the amendments and initiatives, it seems like a revolving door so redundant. I talked to a friend of mine. She says, can you believe this? They’re trying to get the marriage back to you know, other relationships. But we’re going to say no. We’re going to say as far as the marriage is concerned. No. So here’s here starts the amendments. Amendment G is no. Amendment H is no. Amendment I and you can just go I, J, K and then we’ll go into the initiatives. I is yes. It’s bail exception in a murder decree. And there’s no bail for someone who’s charged with murder. And they may be found innocent. But if they’re found in circumstances that include murdering somebody. That’s why I voted yes. I’m going to vote yes. Amendment J? No. Repealing the definition of marriage. You definitely want to say no. You do not want to repeal that. We voted that once. That marriage is between a man and a woman. I don’t know here. It goes again and again. So no. On amendment J. Amendment K? No. Current constitutional deadlines for election stay in place. And so many of these I just voted because they stay in place what it has been. Now initiative 79 is no. It’s a ban on state local funding for abortion. And it stays in place if you vote no. So initiative 79 is no. Initiative 80 yes. School choice. I think parents should have school choice. I really do. My parents when I was small, they elected to go send me to a Lutheran school when I was just a small little type. And that was fine with me because the foundation I received at that little Lutheran school was just it’s kept me for years. I remember when my first grade teacher she told us all scooting our lit we had little chairs little benches that we set on in those days and scoot over in your bench. And so we all scoot over and she says I want you to understand that Jesus is always sitting beside you every day of your life. Whoa, I have remembered that all my life has not been an issue with me. Well, Jesus are you here with me? Oh, she is so so wonderful, such a wonderful teacher. Okay, initiative J.J. is yes, betting tax revenue initiative KK no the state’s taxation of firearms stays the same. And they were going to tax the firearm owners know that’s initiative KK initiative 127. No, it would allow hunting for mountain lions. Initiative 128 and if you say no, you’re still saying their hunting mountain lions is okay. And I believe that as they get closer to civilization, we have a right to keep our family safe from mountain lions. Initiative 128. Yes, parole eligibility is up to 85% of the sentence. Initiative 129. Yes, this is this is so silly veterinary professional associate and I did vote yes for it. Initiative 129 to have someone who’s learning the ropes to go and study under a veterinarian that has gotten a master’s initiative 130. Yes, funding of law enforcement. Who do people call when there’s a domestic dispute or a crime committed? They call 911. Yeah, who is that the cops, the police. So I really agree with more funding for the police initiative 131. Yes, all candidate primary voting. And I will have a voting sheet available call me at 1 877 917 7256. God has given us tools friend in his word to thwart the enemy and make sure that no evil will come near our dwelling place. He knew that we would be living in the last days and he gave us the ample warning in his word. We must use the word and our mouths to bring the deeds of the enemy to not a prime example of God’s people being wise in their decision making is Israel taking out all the cell phones and the pages and all the radio frequencies. So that hezbollah would be without communication and then they took out the three top hezbollah leaders with precision airstrikes they were getting ready for an invasion and now they’re advancing with ground troops. They had wisdom to know what to do step by step by step and Benjamin Netanyahu said in his speech we will have victory. I know that with God on their side they will win if God is for us who can be against us Isaiah 54 verse 17 says been in that coming day this is the day in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed you will silence every voice raised up to accuse you these benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord their vindication will come from me that’s God speaking their vindication will come from me God is going to come. I’m going to bring about a great victory for Israel and for the United States praise the Lord I the Lord have spoken no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that accuses me in judgment including the devil’s wicked voice I condemn this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and our vindication comes from him memorize that verse that’s Isaiah 54 verse 17 I know many of you have already memorized that. Second Corinthians 10 3 through 6 it’s in the message the world is unprincipled they don’t go by laws no everything is truth their truth my truth his truth her truth it’s a doggy dog out there the world doesn’t fight fair and we don’t live or fight our battles that way never have and never will the tools of our trade aren’t for marketing or manipulation but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture.
