On this encore broadcast, Darren and I talk about words and how they can affect your life. You must make a conscious decision to choose to change the way you talk about yourself and about others. Proverbs 18-21 says that death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love to talk will face the consequences. We get a call from Fran who says that her car was stolen right out of her garage. We prayed that for her car to be returned to her in good condition and because this is an encore show, I am glad to report that prayer was answered. Her car was recovered just a few blocks away in good condition. God does answer prayers. Now let’s join the program. Well, praise God. We are ready to go for it today. And I got to tell you we had a wonderful time last night to pray for people and watch God move. And he wants to do that. He is more eager to heal you than you are to be healed. He is more eager by far to bless you financially than you are to be blessed. And he is a greater giver than we are receivers. You know that bar? That’s right. And sometimes we have to tell people, “Look, you need to pray to receive an anointing to receive.” And many people don’t have that and you need that. And I believe so many times, Darren, our mouth is our enemy. And so many times we receive letters like one for instance here. I know it’s just, you know, you say, “Well, that’s just words.” And they really don’t mean that. But when you say, “My cancer,” or “My emphysema,” it’s you’re embracing what is actually attacking your body. If you look at it as a foreign destroyer who’s coming to kill you, you don’t want in any way to relate to that. If a man comes into your house or a thief and starts to destroy your house and rob you, you don’t say, “My thief,” or “My robber,” and Darren, so many of the letters, please pray for my emphysema. And I want to say that your words may be destroying you. And last night I was a person that was at the meeting was saying, “Disaster,” he on his envelope last night, he had disaster report and he was reporting what had happened to him. Why don’t we have praise reports? What God is going to do for us? And so many times the mouth is, you know, in our mouth on our tongue, our life and death. And when Solomon wrote this, he truly meant, that’s what it means in Proverbs. I can either speak life to myself or I can speak death. Great, the words carry the power, power of death or power of life. Well, let’s talk to a friend, your friend. How you doing? Good morning. Did you get my message? I didn’t. Okay, I’m calling because the thief came over and stole my car. What? I did third agreement on it. I’ve gotten some, but I need yours. Where was your car? In my garage. Okay. What? When did this happen? I had to happen between the time I got home last night at 10 o’clock and my daughter discovered at this morning at 8.30 and she says, “Where’s your car?” And I said, “In the garage.” She says, “No, it isn’t. It’s a nice idea to do this.” And I had to go out and look because I knew it was. And she said, “Did you park it down the street?” She tried and put something else. I said, “No, no, no, no. My car’s gone and we got into prayer right away.” And she said, “You need to call Darren and I called him, put a message on.” Okay. Let me ask you this friend, what model, what year is it? It’s an 88-ose mobile and it has two car seats in it. And they wanted to know the police want to know what’s the definite things on it. And I said, “We have a praise of the Lord, sticker in the back window.” Okay. Dennis Bumber with Jesus on it. And I’ve prayed and I really believe that that car’s coming back and it’s not going to be damaged. Okay. My goodness, how bold are thieves in the North Fiend? That’s what my neighbors said. They said, “That’s bold and I have a seven car, a driveway. They had to go a long ways to get it out from behind my house.” Oh my goodness. So that thief came over here and he lied and he stole it but he don’t destroy it. And that’s where I am. Well, let’s go after that. Amen. So what you’re saying, you don’t have wheels. Yes. All right, but you want them back? Yes, praise God. Well, Lord, we just ask you to send the angels out there to recover this automobile and we ask you to bring it back. Yes. And in any regard, whatever happens, we’re going to call us a blessing and not a curse. Yes. And so we just thank you. Lord, you’re looking after the situation and Lord, I believe, and I’m going to say that Fran is going to come out of this better. Amen. By far. And after I talked to you last week and you said that you prayed for the gift of faith and I’ve been praying for that message. Man, Lord, I just believe and I know those policemen thought I was nitty today but I believe it’s coming back. Well, you just tell them, you know, I may sound like I’m drunk but I’ve been drinking a new wine. Amen. Well, we just call it forth from the north east, south and west where ever it is in this city. Right. It’s going to come back to you. Amen. Thank you, Lord. And that’s how it returns out. You’re going to be blessed. Right. And I will be calling in the good report. Yeah, it sounds good. God bless you. We love you. I love you too. Don’t let the devil get you. Oh, he isn’t. All right. Bye-bye. Good. I’ll tell you. I will tell you. I will tell you. One time it was in 1985 in January. It was very cold. And my first husband, John, warmed up the car and it was in the driveway. And we went out to get in it and it was gone. And it had all our equipment, probably $3,000 worth of amps, speakers, microphones. These kids had taken it out for a joy ride. And five months later we got a car, insurance paid, we got a car in return. We had to return the station wagon. But five months later they found it in an alley, just a few blocks away. Nothing had been touched. It was unlocked and the speakers and mics and everything were still in the back of that car, Darren. So you got your stuff back. We got our stuff back. I don’t think Fran wants to wait five months. No, we got a new car in the meantime. Time time. Because of the insurance. But I’ll tell you. And that is really a violation. It’s a hassle. Well, it is. And it feels very violated when it happens. Well, I tell you folks, you probably tell here if you’ve been listening to Darren and Denver very long that we just don’t take a back seat to the evil. And we just feel like that we’re going to rule, subdue and dominate. And you can read about that. If you’ve never read that, get out your Bible and go to Genesis chapter one. Verse 26, verse 28. In fact, I’ll go back and get that for you right now. So don’t paraphrase it for you. But you need to realize, hey, we’re in a driver’s seat here. We’re supposed to be running the show. That’s Genesis chapter one verse 26. I hope it gave you the right reference there. Here it is. Then God said, let’s make man in our image according to our likeness and let them rule, rule, interesting word, rule over the fish of the sea or the birds of the sky or the cattle or all the earth and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. In other words, man is supposed to be in charge. And God created man in his own image and the image of God he created him male and female. He created them and God blessed him. God said to them, he’s speaking out of man. Be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth. You know, we kind of got that right. We’re all having a bunch of kids and grandkids. Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth. Now here’s the part that most Christians somehow just don’t read and go do it. Subdo it, rule over the fish of the sea or the birds of the sky or over every living thing that moves on the earth. In other words, you’re supposed to rule, subdue and dominate your circumstances. And some of you guys out there, you just lay down and you let circumstances run all over you and then you wonder why you’re losing. And God’s saying, hey, get up, take authority. He’s given a sad authority and Jesus named Jesus blood and the word of God. And we don’t just have to lay down and take it and be a bunch of whims and lose all the time. So that’s one reason we’re here on the air every day is to help you stand up and operate in your rights and your responsibilities and be a responsible citizen in the kingdom of God. That’s right. Praise God. That’s pretty straight in that part. Well, it is. I have a question from a listener and she says, I really enjoyed coming to your Tuesday meeting a few weeks ago. I do have a question, why did you say that it has to be either doctors or the Lord in one’s healing? You are the second person that’s told me I’m healed since she went to a meeting, more Cyrillo meeting and had hands laid on and she was healed. And she says, my favorite verses, Jeremiah 30, 17, for I will restore you to health. I will heal your wounds. Says the Lord. And I am praying for wisdom keeping up on new health and nutritional developments and trying to new approaches to her virus. And does that mean I’m not trusting the Lord? I’m confused. I know I can’t heal myself besides by his stripes. We were healed. We were. That’s past tense in 1 Peter 2.24. But is it okay to be searching for the healing? Well, I think nutrition is always important and a lot of our friends, Darren, they eat a lot of sugar, a lot of refined foods. And as we get older, I believe our bodies tear down as we ignore good nutrition in our bodies. So that’s never out of line. Never to go and look for good, better nutrition for vitamins, for minerals that are going to help our bodies because some of you are eating pure junk all day long. And it’s going to catch up with you. It truly is. And since our body is temple of Holy Spirit, we need to try to do the nutritional thing all the time. I believe that yesterday, Darren, I got a report, another report on an envelope about Satan just really winning the war with this person. And some of you are so focused on that disease or that illness or the attack by the enemy, you are not concentrating on God. And it’s so important when you’re in serious situations like some of you are that you praise God. You look to God. You find scriptures that are going to feed your spirit because you’re trying to speed feed your body and your emotions in your mind. But what you really need is to feed that spirit. Some of your spirits are starving. They are absolutely emaciated. That’s very well put, Bar. Some spirits are starving. We need to feed our spirit with the word of God. And it says in Matthew 4.4, “Man shall not live by bread alone.” That means McDonald’s and Burger King and Pizza Hut or whatever. And man shall not live by bread alone. In other words, your physical body is not the biggest, most important thing. And it goes on to say, “But every word that proceed without the mouth of God.” Well, that’s scripture. And sometimes we ask people, “Okay, now you have a certain need. Do you have any nutrition in that area?” It’s basically what we’re saying. We’re saying, “Okay, now you need healing. Do you know any healing scriptures?” Well, no brother, the darency is to barber its in their somewhere. Well, it’s in their somewhere so that you can take it out of that, out of the Bible and put it in your heart. And only the word that you have in your heart is the word that’s going to do you any good. Now, I’m holding my Bible here in the studio in my hands. I’ve got the whole word of God right here in front of me. Genesis all the way to Revelation. All right, but the word that profits me is the word that I’ve spent time meditating on, putting down in my heart. Well, I happen to believe in miracles. I’m a miracle guy. Well, I know a lot of scriptures on miracles. And I’ve studied those until I have a revelation on those. So when I pray for myself, I pray for Barbara, I pray for the ministry, I pray for people to come to class, people on the air. It’s easy for me to believe for miracles because I’ve seen God do miracles. He has a history with me. Praise the Lord. Amen. But you’ve got to get those scriptures in your heart. So I memorize scriptures like when I quote all the time, Mark 1027, with minutes impossible and people bring us impossible, messes all the time. But the word says with minutes impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God. Does that make me some kind of loony? Well, I’ll be a loony if that’s you know, they will be anything you want. But I know it works. I know that it just works. So get in the word of God, get to know the scriptures, get to know the heart of God. And you get to know the heart of God by knowing the Old Testament. And then you come into the New Testament and you see how Jesus came, He made all these open-ended promises. And then He says, “Now I’m leaving, but I’m going to send you a comforter who will always be with you, who leads you into all truth and tell you things to come.” And the Holy Spirit is the one that manifests these wonderful blessings, these wonderful promises. And we just teach and preach that all the time because it works. We want you to step into that miracle flow with God and stop being just an ordinary Christian that’s losing half the time or most of the time. Why don’t you turn that around and change that? Get into the word and find out what it says. Oh, Donald and Greeley, how are you? How are you, Darren? Good? Can you hear me all right? I can. I’m all for being on the winning side. Are we spiritually minded people expected to be some good to the world? I’m thinking of a Panama Canal. Do you realize that the way things are written that red China will be able not only to be the gatekeepers on each side of our canal, which they are now? But they will be able to go through Hutchison, Wampoa to do whatever or have their agent Wampoa to do what is in best interest of communist China. So how are you praying? I’m praying that I will trust in the Lord. That means me being in the Lord will I trust and to cast my cares on him. I do care that we don’t have our foreign missions right here at home because I can see within three years unless Christians wake up, spirit-filled Christians wake up and prefectively that the enemy will be taking over worse commanded. Are we not in the Bible to hold fast that you have? Right. You know, Donald, it says in Genesis when the Lord met with Abraham and he said, “I’m going to burn up Sodom and Gomorrah.” And Abraham said, “But, Lord, if there are fifty righteous, will you save it?” And he got down, he 50, 45, you know the story. 30, 20, 10. Father God, if there’s ten people, will you save the city? And the Lord said, “Yes.” Well, Donald, there are over 40 million evangelical Christians in the United States. And Donald, I’m going to trust in God. But do they know to pray for this? Donald, it doesn’t really, you know something when we ask God for the very best for our lives. Are we doing the best as stewards of God’s property to not study to show ourselves approved? Yes, and I believe each one of us are given a responsibility. And we are accountable to the Word. You know, Donald, what considers me more is when I go into, like the other day, we were in a Costco store. And I walked down the island, I looked at all of these VCRs and televisions and boom boxes and all that stuff, and almost all of them are made in China. And I think there was one made in Taiwan and one made in Japan. I learned something, Darren, in the 41 that we don’t feed the enemy. We sense crap iron to Japan and I have a feeling for all those lives that were lost. Right, I do too. For us stupidity. I lost relatives in that war. Well, your grandchildren be able to say, well, Grandpa, what did you do to keep our continent free of communism? Well, I can tell you one thing we do. We’re on the air every day blasting away with the gospel of Jesus Christ. I want to give you some good ammunition, okay? Right now the hope for keeping God centered people running the military bases is to have our senators and representatives. Vote for HR 2950 and insist that red China be denied their gatekeeper positions. They would be able to stop whatever they want to do of our shipping. Well, you want to know why we’ve got this mess. A bunch of Christians stayed home and let Bill Clinton get in the White House. You want to get down to bottom line? That’s right, Donald. You know, I don’t mind just fighting street fight. And you know, the ones that put Bill Clinton in the White House and gave us all this China business is Bill Clinton. And the ones that stayed home and didn’t vote were the Christians. I see you haven’t read the books because it was Jimmy Carter that first weakened the Monroe doctrine. But that was something that was Christians not voting again, Donald. And so we can call we can call all our senators and all of our representatives, but if we don’t go out there as a voter and vote for the man who is against abortion, vote for that man who is against the most favored. I’m going to ask the past history. Come and I tell you, but you know, we Christians have to get up and get the egg off our face and say, well, I one of those Christians that stayed home and didn’t go to the polls and vote, I was warned. The church warned these people and they didn’t listen. I’m looking back, pardon me. We’re looking back. We’ve got a future to serve the Lord in. I know that, but we’ve got to learn by the past. Yes, I’m trying. And I see we’ve got an election going on in New York. What are they doing? They letting all these convicts out on the street because Bill and Hillary have cut a deal privately behind the scenes. I mean, hey, we got to wake up and say, what do we got in the White House? We got a mess. Here’s help to wake up by this book for 6.95, this nail for the Panama Canal. I’m sorry, but I’m not worried about the Panama Canal. I’m worried about the people in Denver and all over the Rocky Mountain region. You aren’t much of the Chinese Communist who are going to be in the Rocky Mountain. You know, Donald, it says in revelations that all the nations are going to come against Israel. And it’s true that everybody, including the United States, is going to come against Israel, we know it’s going to get worse. But God is going to take care of his children. And that’s one thing, Darren, as I read through the book of Isaiah, God is going to take care of us. Right, Jim. Well, Donald, we appreciate your phone call. You and I don’t agree on everything except Jesus Christ. We create Jesus by my day of Christians. We got to become smart when it comes to voting. You got to find out who stands for what? And you know, I mean, we got to quit being naive and we got to go for it. And I really mean that. We got to get up and go for it. But you want to get my dander up. You start talking about things like this. And I will tell it to you straight. And a lot of you Christians will listen today. If you’re not registered to vote, get registered. Get informed and pray and ask God who you ought to be voting for. That’s right. There was a survey taken, Darren. And it said that 57% of evangelical Christians believe that Bill Clinton was doing a good job. Well, we need to wake up. I’ll tell you when you vote for full term abortion. Now I watched my three children born. I watched them come out of the birth canal. And to think that you could go into a delivery room and kill that kid from the back of the skull, take the organs out, sell him to somebody else and kill that child. I mean, Bill Clinton is a murderer. Let’s call it what it is. I mean, he is spilling the blood on the American people. We got to get up now. Folks, we don’t talk about in our deal here is to not fight abortion all the time. But we are anti-abortion. Okay. And when we got somebody in the White House that vetoes every bill that’s coming along on full term abortions, folks wake up. That’s one reason right there to not stand behind this guy. We need to pray. And we get that kind of stuff out of the White House. And it looks like we’ve got some good people on both sides of the aisle, both Democrats and Republicans coming up. I hope you will listen to your conscience. Vote your conscience. Pray. And follow these people through the primaries. I really believe that. I believe there are some good people coming up in the Democratic Party. I believe there are some good people coming up in the Republican Party. And you know, you were talking about abortion. And some of you who are listening have had an abortion. Let’s just face it you have. Let’s not stand in the aisle. Let’s just say, hey, I had an abortion. And I was young. I was scared. And is there any hope for me? Because you have to face it. You’re a murderer. You really are. I don’t care what the circumstances were. You murdered a child. And is there any hope for me? And yes, there is hope for you. And God has provided such a glorious way to repent of our sins in the Word. It says, you know, Darren, it says, if my people will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, he was talking about people who loved him. Then will I hear from heaven and I will forgive their sins? See, we commit sins every day. If we say that we don’t sin, we’re liars. It says in 1 John 1, 7. And but it says in 2 Chronicles, I believe 7, 14 that he will forgive our sins and heal our land. Darren, we need to humble our sins. And it starts with the church. It does. It starts with the church. You know, we need to have a revival in the pulpit. We need to have a revival in the people. But I’ll read it again, Barbara quoted it, my people who are called by my name. Hallelujah. If they will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I hear from heaven. I’ll forgive their sins and heal their land. Our land needs healing. Yes. No question. Our land needs healing. And there are some also I need to mention this third party candidates. I mean, they’re not just isolating the Republican or Democratic party, but we need to get informed as Christians. We need to ask the Lord, who do I vote for here? We really need to ask that. And we need to get out and vote. We need to vote. Yes, praise the Lord. Because we got a mess. Yes. It can be changed. I tell you, it’s not all over for us. I tell you, it’s not all over. We got a letter here from the lady. She said, since attending your Tuesday meeting and remember, Darren, you handed me a green card that says the prayer of thanks. Well, sometimes we handle so. Yes. And in on that little card, it says to expect miracles, to expect to have increases and commissions and all this kind of stuff. She said, well, since then, some fun things have happened. I made $100 in commission at work, which rarely if ever happens. I found $10 in my jacket pocket, another 20 in my purse. I’m waiting for now. I’m waiting for the bigger stuff. That’s great. That’s great. She says also pray for my Mary K business. And I’ll tell you, she has such a delightful personality. She’s going to be successful. What she did is she made $300 on her Mary K business. She gave it all back to the Lord. Now that seed, that’s the seed planting that we teach Darren. A lot of people teach in second Corinthians nine. And she gave it all back. That was a seed planting for her. And God is going to give $30,600 fold into her business. I believe that with all my heart. You know another thing she ended her letter with. She says, I want to see and walk in the land that he gives me and do to run me 28. God says, I will bless the work of your hands. But you got a trusting. You got a walk in relationship. You’ve got an awesome opportunity there to walk right along with God. And I’m watching Holy Spirit do some things for our family. I mean our family Barbara and Darren here. And one of these days, I’ll be able to share with you specifically. I’ve got the numbers, but I just want to make sure. But I’m just watching God go ahead of us. And he told me several times he said, as I was with Moses, I will be with you. And I said, man, that’s great. That’s good news. And I’ve asked him, Lord, would you do for me what you did for Moses? Would you speak the name of the Lord ahead of me? And I’m seeing that happen. I’m seeing that happen with business men that are just many over backwards for some quote unquote unknown reason. And these guys are not born again like we would understand being born again. And I’m just I’m just absolutely amazed that the favor God has placed on our lives, which is second Corinthians 98. God is able to make all favor bound into you that always having all sufficiency and everything you’ll have an abundance for every good need or deed. That’s good news. Barb and it’s working. That’s right. Last night, the caller that called yesterday Pete, he came to our meeting Tuesday night. And we prayed against the attack of cancer on his life. Well, here’s another precious power partner, Darren. And I would like to pray for you. You want to know something? There’s a guy really believe is going to I mean, when I said to him, he’s going to fight this thing. He’s going to stand. And he hadn’t been taught that, but I’ll tell you was catching the messages eyes were just snapping. I was watching you said on the front row, he is going to beat that cancer with the word of God and with determination. And when you get something like that, you got to become a fighter. Yes. Well, a father God in Jesus name, I bring Betty up to you this morning. And I ask father God that you come to her in a special way. Oh, Holy Spirit come with the healing power and glory that is only in you. We cannot do it on our own. And so we give everything that we have to you. I bind away that spirit of infirmity, that spirit of death, spirit of cancer in Jesus name. I bind it away from Betty and Jesus name. And I lose a spirit of health, divine health and well being peace, joy and righteousness to you today, Betty. And all of you that are experiencing sickness today in Jesus name, we lose a spirit of healing and grace and faith, faith on you today in Jesus name. Amen.
