♪ All the kids, shout your prayers ♪ – Welcome to Victorious Faith. We believe you will be blessed, encouraged, and receive fresh faith to begin your day as you listen to today’s message with International Missionary and Bible Teacher, Cherry Campbell. – Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning I’m going to continue sharing with you the message that I began sharing with you yesterday. That I preached in one of our Victorious Faith Healing Services called TAP, the Power. So join me now in our live healing service for part two of this message called TAP, the Power. He’s the most high. And he has a kingdom that rules over what? Overall, the Bible says. The Bible says his kingdom rules over all. Now what does that mean? His rule, his authority and dominion. Rules over all. But Jesus came to earth to bring the kingdom of God to earth, to bring the rule of God to earth. In other words, if you think of it like Great Britain, Great Britain 150 years ago was a world ruling power. And they had colonies all over the world. India was a colony. The United States were colonies 200 years ago now. Over way back. But we were colonies of Great Britain. What does it mean to colonize? Colonizing is when you spread the kingdom or the rule of one nation or government over other lands and territories, when they expand their rule over other territories. So that the United States was a territory that Great Britain ruled over. India was a territory. Well, the kingdom of God started in heaven and that’s why it’s called the kingdom of heaven also. Some theologians try to split hairs and make a difference between the kingdom of God and kingdom of heaven and there is no difference. There’s only one kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven. They’re one and the same kingdom. They’re not two kingdoms. One kingdom, one God and king over one kingdom. But the difference is as the way I understand it, like when you think of the kingdom of Great Britain, Great Britain was the originating location country where it started. Or you could have said whoever was in rule that time, Queen Victoria, it was the kingdom of Queen Victoria. Referring to the head leader of the country, the kingdom of Queen Victoria or the kingdom of Great Britain, Great Britain being the name of the country. So kingdom of God refers to the head leader, kingdom of heaven refers to the originating country where it started and from which it all came out from and spread to the earth. So kingdom of God started in heaven. That’s why it’s called kingdom of heaven. It’s the home base. Home base originating nation for that government. But then God sent Jesus to earth to colonize and make earth a colony of heaven to bring earth under the rule of Almighty God and to bring the people on earth under God’s rule. However, it’s a voluntary subjection to his rule. Volunteer, anybody want to volunteer to be a subject of his kingdom? Yes, we all volunteer to be subjects of his kingdom. So he comes to bring the kingdom of God, his rule, God’s rule and authority to earth. But then it’s voluntary whether you become a subject of his kingdom or not. But he comes to preach the kingdom and the rule of God. Then the Lord gave me this definition, the kingdom of God coming to earth is the rule of God coming to earth with his power to set the captive free. The kingdom of God coming to earth is the rule of God coming to earth with his power to set the captive free. Now in the radio program, we’re talking about the difference between authority and power. Authority is right to rule, power is might and ability to act to perform. And giving an example of a police officer, he is invested with authority to direct traffic, stop the traffic, he can stand out there, a single man. In front of a whole bunch of cars, just put up his hand and by his authority badge, like a badge he would be wearing, then all the traffic is supposed to stop because of authority. However, he packs a gun too for power. In case there’s a big semi that says, I’m not gonna stop. All he has to do is pull out some power, flatten those tires and that truck will come to a stop. He’s got the power to back up his authority. So you see there’s a difference between power and authority. Authority without power, all you can do is hope that people will submit to that authority ’cause you don’t have any power to enforce it. Play, stop, I can’t do anything to make you, but now you’ve got to have the power to enforce the authority. Well then there was another authority that was here on earth that started ruling when Adam sinned. Satan. There was another authority here. And that authority, Satan is the king of the kingdom of darkness or actually he’s not a king, he’s called the Prince of Darkness. He’s lower than a king. He’s only a prince, Prince of Darkness. He thinks he’s bigger than he is, but he’s really not, what he thinks he is. So he’s a prince of darkness and he is the agent of the curse, bringing and spreading death, sickness, disease, lack. His army, demonic spirits working with him are working all over the earth to bring sickness, disease, lack, strife, division, war, all kinds of plagues, the whole curse. So that was what was here when Jesus came. Jesus came into the middle of that mess and said the kingdom of God is here. Now let’s go back to Luke four. Now see what this kingdom is gonna do. Luke four again in verse 18. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. Now the gospel to the poor, the anointing is the power to destroy Yolks remove burdens. So the curse that brought the poverty will be destroyed. That is the gospel to the poor. Whereas if the traditional thinking of gospel is only new birth, let me tell you what new birth is. New birth is the doorway into the kingdom. New birth is what gets you in the kingdom. But once you’re in the kingdom, then the whole kingdom is yours. Luke 12 32 says, “Little children, my father is pleased to give you the kingdom.” Wow. (congregation laughs) Now what if you had some rich guy come up to you and say, “Here’s the keys to my kingdom.” Wow. I mean, we have taken that so lightly. That’s everything God has. God just said, “Here’s the keys to my kingdom. I give you the keys to the kingdom.” That’s everything God has. You’ve got the key to the vault. You’ve got the key to the Lamborghini. (congregation laughs) You’ve got the key to the healing. You’ve got the key that what sets the captive free. So the gospel is whatever has you in captivity. I’m here to set you free. If your captivity is sickness, then the anointing will heal you. If your captivity is some mental problem, emotional problem, then the anointing will set you free. If your captivity is financial, lack and hardship, then the anointing is here to set you free and bring you into his kingdom, which is a kingdom of no lack. His kingdom is a kingdom of blessing, which is a kingdom of multiplication, where everything increases and never decreases. Everything lives and never dies. (congregation laughs) So your new birth is the doorway into it. That’s all you need to do is get born again. And then you are an heir of the kingdom. Get born again and you’re an heir of the kingdom. And all that he has is yours. Hallelujah. Amen, amen. And I love Luke 15 and the two sons, the story of the two sons and the father is a picture of God. And in verse 31, before that the older son is a picture of many Christians complaining, “God, why don’t you heal me? God, why don’t you meet my needs? Look what you’re doing for him. You didn’t do anything for me.” It’s a lot of Christians. It’s a lot of Christians and that was the older son. But do you remember at the beginning of Luke 15, the parable in verse 12, the younger son went to his father and said, “Give me my share of the estate.” I think you need to read it. Luke 15, ’cause you might not believe me. Luke 15, verse 12, the younger son said to his father, “Father, give me my share of the estate.” And then what did he do? He gave the younger son his portion. Is that what it says? Did he just give the younger son his portion? He divided his wealth between them, meaning the older son got his share. He got it, but he did it, no he had it. And that’s the problem of Christians today. They got it, but they don’t know they’ve got it. Luke 15, 12, the younger son said, “Father, give me my share of the estate.” So he divided his property between them, dividing between them, meaning the older son got his share. And the younger son got his share. And I like to say at least you got to give the younger son some credit for some brains. He knew he had his inheritance. He knew he got it, but the older son didn’t even know he had it. Didn’t even know who was given to him. Because think of the time the younger son went away to a far country, okay, it takes time to travel. It’s probably by foot, maybe by horse, to a far country that could be weeks or months. Then he squandered all his wealth, that could be weeks or months. Then a family comes in and he goes and feeds pigs, that could be some more weeks. And then it comes back home again from a far country that’s more weeks or months, probably at least a year or more, two, three, five years had gone by. And where is the older son? SLAVING! For his father. What you just heard was part two of a message that I preached in one of our Victoria’s Faith Healing Services called “TAP the Power”, and we will continue this message again tomorrow.
