SPEAKER 01 :
I so enjoy listening to that music. Thank you, Rachel, for putting that Christmas music up there on the slate. Oh, it’s a wonderful time of the year, and welcome to Call to Freedom. Oh, Kimberly is on her way home. She left at 6.30 this morning, and it was so hard to see her go. Oh, my goodness. But I prayed as I prayed with her, Numbers 6, 24 through 26. We always pray that over each other. I was praying that God would collapse the time and multiply the anointing. That’s something that Darren taught from the very beginning of his TV days with Praise the Lord Club with Jim and Tammy Baker. And that works. And she just called a few minutes ago and she’s filling up the white pearl, her minivan. and she’s in the eastern part of the panhandle of oklahoma so she’s just got boy three or four hours and uh i know she drives she drives fast but god is collapsing the time and multiplying the anointing for her praise the lord when we pray those kinds of prayers and i’m so grateful for darren carmack that he put so much of that anointing those anointed quotes like um Feelings and symptoms. Oh, my friends say that over and over. Feelings and symptoms are liars. God’s word is truth. He just poured that into me for almost 20 years. And I am so grateful for those wonderful anointed phrases that he used so much. So we pray for Kimberly right now that she will get home quickly and complete in complete peace in Jesus name. Father God. Oh, really enjoyed having her. I must be honest. That I am watching more news now because it is so exciting. For instance, this morning there was a. a speech by donald trump at mar-a-lago and it was an interview and anybody could come anybody could ask questions and he’s so free he was talking for almost two hours and he he had the president of the japanese soft bank there with him masa m-a-s-s-a masa is his name and this soft bank It’s crypto. It’s kind of a crypto thing. I have no idea what it is. But they had pledged $100 billion, not million, $100 billion to the Trump Foundation and for his efforts this next year. And so Trump is standing there, and he’s much taller than Masa. And he said, well, would you think about giving a $200 billion pledge to Trump? I mean, he was not at all intimidated or shy about asking him for $200 billion. So I love the fact that he was a businessman first. He loves the deals. The Art of the Deal is one of his foundational books. So he is just coming on so strong, and I am praying for him every day. I wrote down all of the appointees of the cabinet on a yellow pad, and I’ve got that in the office, and I pray for them every day, every day, every one of them. Some of them I’d never heard of, but some of them are very familiar to us because they were friends. uh… campaigning for their own elections so i hope that you’re doing the same thing because we’re not through praying i mean there was such a tremendous breakthrough that some of us just relax and we sit down and we sit on our duff for a while don’t do that we’re excited about this and we’re going to be one body praying for peace and praying for the opportunity to win others to the lord jesus we got four beautiful years ahead of us folks And, you know, when the enemy tries to come in like a flood, that’s Isaiah 59, 19. God sets up a standard. That’s his people. That is the church. That is the word of God standing up against the enemy. So I hope you’re continuing to pray for him. Let’s do the Monday Bible slogan. Oh, I’ve got so much to say, but we’re going to just go on and continue to praise the Lord and praise Jesus for what he’s done. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I do what it tells me to do. This is my Bible. It has given me new life. It is the word of God. When you say things like that, isn’t there a calmness that goes over you? It just kind of floods over you, a peace that passes all understanding. Praise the Lord. You are blessed to dispense for in him you live and move and have your being. And make sure to just drive around Denver. Kimberly and I went around Hilltop, which is north of Alameda, right east of Colorado Boulevard. Wow, the houses were lit up and the trees, and we just had such a great time going through the neighborhoods. So if you have time, do that. It’s just a wonderful time to see all the lights. And we had a wonderful time celebrating Christ’s birth and continual presence in our lives at our meeting Saturday. We rejoiced again at the election of President Trump as the 47th president of the United States. And we clapped our hands and shouted that God gave us four more years. Praise the Lord. and we got one of the gifts for the gift exchange was a pickleball set only it was a snowball set and so in that with the paddles were snowballs they were fuzzy little snowballs and the white ones lit up as you threw them so oh they were throwing them all over the room it was so fun we just had a great time i hope we missed you and i hope you will attend the new year meeting on january the 11th it’s just so much fun to be together folks it really is you can’t i can’t explain it enough but it is just so much fun to fellowship with like-minded believers the 2025 calendars will be coming out some of you who have given in the first part of december i’m kind of going to break it up and send you the calendars who have been given who have given the first part of December, you’re going to be getting your calendar sooner than the others who give the last part of December. I’m just warning you. So I’ll be sending them out, and you can keep track of your appointments and name your days. You don’t have to flip that calendar and look at all the bills. No! Name your days for blessing and riches and honor and glory. I do, and it’s just been a marvelous thing every year. I’ve done that now for about 20 years, and it’s just been wonderful. That’s another Darren Carmack thing, anointing and revelation from God. Our memory verse for this week is Psalm 84, verse 11 and 12. For the Lord God is a sun and shield. He gives grace and glory. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. Oh, Lord of hosts, how blessed is the one who trusts in you. And I know Kimberly loves to talk about grace and glory because that’s in Heinz feet in high places. And she’s read that book. I’m sure she reads it every year again for the last 25, 30 years. And Heinz Feet in High Places is a marvelous book to give to someone who’s just beginning to grow in the faith, who’s had some fear in their life, and now they don’t know what to do. And that book, Heinz Feet on High Places, by Hannah Hernard, is just a marvelous gift. I hope you can find one or order one, even for yourself. It’s just a marvelous book to have. And that’s Psalm 84, 11 and 12. And I’m just going to read the passion. Psalm 84, verses 9 through 12. It’s so beautiful. God, your wraparound presence is our defense. In your kindness, look upon the faces of your anointed ones. You’re anointed. As you’re listening today to the program and just longing for more of God, you’re anointed. Holy Spirit has anointed you. Verse 10 of Psalm 84 says, For just one day of intimacy with you is like a thousand days of joy rolled into one. I’d rather stand at the threshold in front of the gate beautiful. Remember, that’s where they healed that man. who had been crippled for 38 years, praise the Lord, ready to go in and worship my God, than to live my life without you in the most beautiful palace of the wicked. See, he’s saying here, the psalmist, I’d rather be Just with you rather than the most beautiful place of the wicked. Oh, I would, too. Last week, Assad was thrown out of his huge palace in Syria. And now he’s in Russia. Maybe it’s been two weeks ago. And everything, billions of dollars that he has spent. He’s counted up for himself. He has accumulated into yachts and homes and all kinds of worldly things while the people in his streets in Syria were going hungry. And now his palace is ransacked. I saw a picture of it. Boy, it’s in ruins. He even had a whole room just for his daily haircuts. And it’s just amazing what these rich people do. Verse 11 of Psalm 84, for the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise. Did you see the moon last night? Oh, gorgeous full moon. Wow, the sun. I’ll tell you what, his presence is brighter than the most brilliant sunrise. Wrapping himself around me like a shield, he is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Those who walk along his paths with integrity will never lack one thing they need. Did you hear that? You’ll never lack one thing you need. Now, maybe not your desire, but one thing you need, for he provides it all. And verse 12, O Lord, what euphoria fills those who forever trust in you. And I know it’s not an easy thing to trust in God, to leave everything that you’ve learned in this world and trust in Him every moment of every day. But I’m learning, and it’s so beautiful, and I don’t want to go back to the old. I don’t, to the old ways. My confession for today by Rick Renner, I confess that God has given me a shield of faith that protects me against the works of the enemy. If I will hold my faith out front, and today I commit myself to doing that. Remember, faith is a shield. You can hold it out in front of you. God’s word guarantees that this mighty shield will thwart the fiery darts that the enemy wants so desperately to throw at me. My shield will cause those darts to bounce off me. Oh, thereby protecting me from being struck. It’s kind of like the pickle snowball, pickleball snowball I saw Saturday bouncing off of people. I will walk with my shield of faith out in front so that it covers me as God intended for it to do. As long as I do that, I can be confident that I will move forward in life, move forward without the enemy winning any full scale attack against me. Praise God. See, God has not given us that spirit of fear. The enemy is trying to get through that shield of faith that you have. You’re holding up a shield of faith as a believer in Jesus Christ. And that arrow cannot go through that shield. Praise God. We are protected, folks. And Rick Renner says, I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name. Praise the Lord. Well, God wants you to have a peaceful state of mind as you look at the end and completion of another year in your life and the beginning of a future that, by the grace of God, will be exciting and a great adventure. God’s word in Colossians 3.15, and this is also in the Passion, tells us, “…love becomes the mark of true maturity.” Did you hear that? Love becomes the mark of true maturity. Let your heart be always guided by the peace of the anointed one. Harmony that comes from Christ ruling your life as he called you to peace as part of his one body. That’s one thing I’m so thankful for. At our Saturday meetings, and we have them once a month, second Saturday of the month, There is a oneness and a love among the group. They are willing to just go out and do extra things for their brothers and sisters. It’s a marvelous thing to see in the body of Christ. And he goes on, Paul goes on in Colossians to say, and always be thankful. Verse 16 of Colossians 3 says, let the word of Christ flow. live live dwell live be alive in you richly flooding you with all wisdom and we know that in proverbs 7 4 it says wisdom you are my sister you’re going to be very close and intimate with wisdom god’s wisdom wisdom you are my sister and understanding you’re my intimate friend so you’re going to learn god’s wisdom and his understanding get rid of the world’s wisdom and and get into God’s wisdom in your life. Apply the scriptures as you teach and instruct one another with the Psalms and with festive praises and with prophetic songs given to you spontaneously by Holy Spirit. So sing to God with all your hearts. Let every activity of your lives and every word that comes from your lips be drenched with the beauty of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. and bring your constant praise to God the Father because of what Christ has done for you. Oh, many of us have tried to climb the ladder to success. We really have. And we started out that because in your education in the world, They let you graduate school saying, you’re going to be an engineer. I mean, I don’t know if you took tests, but we took tests. And you have more affinity for being an engineer or a teacher or a doctor. So they’re kind of throwing out in front of you things that you can do in this world. And we want you to be successful. Well, God does, too. But it’s not without him. And so every time we go up one more rung, you know, we’re going up the ladder to success, we lose more of our peace and joy, not to mention time spent with our family. Our lives are consumed with the pressure and stress of trying to hold on to what we’ve gained. Okay, once you’ve gotten your million, once you’ve earned, quote, earned your million, then you have to put it in a bank or savings or make it, account for you and add up more and more and more and more. So you’re trying to invest in all kinds of things. It gets to be burdensome, doesn’t it? It gets to be worrisome. And our lives are consumed with the pressure and stress of trying to hold on. And yet, what have we gained if we haven’t had the covering of peace in our family and in our life? We may have achieved so much in life, and if we don’t have peace to go along with the success, what is there to dwell on in our senior years? What do you dwell on as you’re getting older? We’ve got to have, kind of in our savings account, only not savings, but we use it every day, that peace that passes all understanding. Maybe you’ve had to work extra jobs to get all the bills paid for in this economy. As you tithe, yes, tithe on what comes into your bank or the place where you deposit your income. You never have to worry about God supplying your every need. He’s always there to give you everything you need. And your tithing isn’t for God. He’s got all the riches of the world. Remember Haggai 2, 8, and 9. The silver is mine and the gold is mine, says the Lord. But he’s doing it for you. He’s doing it so you can let go and let go. And let go. It’s hard. And let go. And be generous. And Philippians 4.19 says, My God shall supply all you need, all you need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And then there’s Romans 14.17, another beautiful verse from Paul. The kingdom of God is not eating and drinking and enjoying this temporal life, but it is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. God wants you to have your needs met abundantly. He’s more in attune to that than you are even. He is looking forward to knowing that you are successful and you have been supplied everything you need and be in a position to bless others. That’s the goal, that when we accumulate and we’ve got money and God is continuing to bless 30, 60, 100 fold, and some of you enjoyed that so much, then you begin to give to others. but not at the expense of doing with anxiety and tension and a life of worry. I’ve been there and done that. And I’ll tell you, I will take the peace that passes all understanding, that guards my heart and my mind today than anything else. As Kimberly left this morning, I knew that God was going to keep her. and there was a joy in knowing that she had been here for a week, and we had enjoyed her presence, and she played her flute Saturday. It was so much fun. And so we know that even when our loved ones aren’t near us, God is protecting them. Praise the Lord. You may be so busy and stretched from pillar to post with activity, especially at this time of year, and your Heavenly Father knows that. When you are willing to take a moment of time in your busy life and just be silent… Ah, meditating on God’s love and faithfulness. He will bring that intimacy into your life. He knows how busy you are and all he wants is a few intimate moments. That’s all he wants, friend. It’s like you’re tithing. He doesn’t ask for 90% of what you’re earning. All he wants is your giving of 10%. 10% on 100, it’s $10. On a dollar, it’s 10 cents. All he wants is a moment of your time. And you only reveal yourself, including your innermost thoughts and secrets, to someone with whom you are intimate. I remember the time Darren says, you know, I have a lot of secrets. And by the time, right before God took him home, he says, Barbara, I have told you everything that I have ever known. I haven’t kept any secrets from you. And it was such a precious, endearing moment to know that this mighty man of God had been so comfortable with me that he told me everything, all of his ideas, all of his thoughts, because that’s challenging to trust someone with all those thoughts and ideas and dreams. So I know that you can only reveal yourself including all those thoughts and secrets, to someone with whom you are intimate. And we all long for that human love. But God wants to be that someone. He wants to be that someone that blesses you. He wants you to have the desire to be more intimate with him. Well, we know that Holy Spirit in you is the one that is giving you all of the anointing that you need. And His very breath, Holy Spirit’s very breath is in you. And there’s a beautiful song by Amy Grant, Breath of Heaven. I want Rachel to play it right now.

Oh, beautiful. Oh, this baby. This baby came to die. This baby, this precious baby that we celebrate came to die. One of the most anointed phrases I’ve ever heard from a song is the one you delivered. will soon deliver you the one you delivered Mary the one you brought into this world will soon deliver you and that’s what our Jesus did he died and now he’s sitting at the right hand of God the Father and he’s interceding for you and me isn’t that the most wonderful I mean we can’t even describe it in words no words we can’t we can’t there are no words all we can do is just rest and and just meditate and let him speak to us. Let him speak to you today. Just take a moment. Be quiet. Just turn off that phone and be quiet for a moment and see what God can say to you. Oh, it’s been so good to be with you today. God bless you and keep you until we see you again, hopefully tomorrow. I love you. God bless you and take joy.
