SPEAKER 04 :
Welcome to Called Up Freedom. Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ. And through us, through us, friend, spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. Oh, Paul is such a great anointed author of the books of the New Testament. I’m so grateful to have that in front of me every day when I wake up and When I go to the study after waking up and getting out of bed, I say, this is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it because there’s so much to be glad about. So much to be glad about. Let’s do the Monday Bible slogan. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I do what it tells me to do. Oh, we’re doing it more and more. This is my Bible. It has given me new life. It is the word of God. And at the beginning of November here, do you know there’s only 24 more days and Thanksgiving? i mean where did 2025 go i can’t i can’t think of it i’m so glad i have a journal because every day i go back and i say what happened this summer what happened this spring and i get to read about that as far as last year i can go back and say what did i do for thanksgiving of 2024 and i can go clear back to 1975. i know my girls laugh about that a lot Mom, what are you going to do with all those journals? Well, when I’m gone or if Jesus comes soon, we’re just going to let those things go in Jesus’ name. And I’d like to have you pray for Dana, my precious daughter. She moved to Pennsylvania two years ago, two and a few months, years ago to study a little bit. Her friend invited her there. And she did that, and it didn’t come out as she had planned. And she saw that her children and grandchildren, her two grandsons, had moved to South Carolina. I mean, they’re all moving to the East Coast. I don’t know what’s happening here. And so today, yesterday and today, she is traveling to South Carolina. Yep, she’s moving everything to South Carolina today. And so I appreciate your prayers for Dana Linnaeus. Dana Linnaeus Wells, praise the Lord. She’s been beautiful. She’s been moving all her life. I remember when she was only two years old. We had her on stage in churches and conferences. And she was two years old, and she could hardly hold the mic. But she sang Melody. Oh, it’s so precious. Such precious memories. So she’s always been kind of in a moving mode. And I pray that she will have a blessed time. I know that her daughter, Emma, and her husband, Coy, have provided a condominium for her, a townhouse, I guess is what she said. So I’m just thankful that she has a place. And we moved the piano, the young chain that was Dana’s, we moved it across the country. And Kimberly sent me a photo of the young Chang grand piano in Emma’s living room. So Dana will have that piano that is hers that her father gave her many years ago. She’s going to have it close to her again. So that’s such a blessing. What goes around comes around. Praise the Lord. And if you say good things, they’re going to come back to you. Praise God. You are blessed to dispense for in him. You live and move and have your being. And if you would like to listen to call to freedom programs, you can go to freedom street.org and click on resources, go to the radio shows and just listen to them 24 seven. If you want to. And it’s, it’s such a blessing. I know that it’s a, that I’m learning to appreciate. And Chris has just put all of the teaching CDs, I mean all of them, onto the freedomstreet.org website. And you can find them under teachingdarrenssessions.com. Darren Sessions, and you can listen to those wonderful anointed teachings. I’m not saying that because I was there. I mean, Darren was such a profound teacher, and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much, Chris, for doing that. It’s just such a blessing to be able to tell you where you can find good teaching, good anointed teaching. revelatory teaching praise the lord i’m so grateful um and uh if you’d like to donate while you’re there at freedomstreet.org you can just hit that donate button and give to the program you can also go to other sites the blogs are under i think they’re under teaching i didn’t look specifically but those are under voice of freedom now those are things that kimberly is putting online Also, you can get a power pack as a stock. You better start to planning about Christmas. And they’re great stocking stuffers. And you can get the acrylic for $10. And you can get the in a cassette case for $5. They’re wonderful. I love the ones in the cassette case because you can take one card out at a time. while you’re memorizing or going over challenging areas in your life. So if you’d like that, you can call after the program at 1-8… I’m being very generous here. You can call after the program at 1-877-917-7256 or email me at barbara at freedomstreet.org. And we’re getting lots of inquiries for the newsletter. And by the way, I was at the post office. I love your notes and your wonderful praise reports and also even your prayer requests. I pray for them. And I pray for all your loved ones that are going through some really hard struggles and This is one from a precious power partner, Beth, in Colorado Springs. And it’s just blessed my heart. She said, I use those Bible reading bookmarks often. Not always, but often. They get me directed until I need to focus on something in particular. Thank you. And I so like your newsletters. Our newsletters are short, but to the point. And they have great articles in them. We do not do advertising like so many other ministries do. We have the time to just put revelation knowledge into your hearts. That’s what our mission is here. And I could say that for Kimberly as well. She wants you to learn so much about Holy Spirit and Father God that all of these tragic things that happen in our world, they’re just going to slide off you like water off a duck. I mean, that’s what it is. And Beth goes on to say, and your lovely notes on the envelopes. Yes, if you get hard copy newsletters in the mail, I write little scripture on the envelopes. I love doing that. That is that’s part of my assignment. It’s just been a blessing. And she says over the first. The past few months of turmoil, they have really been a blessing. But you don’t have to continue. Oh, yes, I do. I have to continue. This is the Lord’s direction. This is the Lord’s leading, and it’s marvelous in our eyes. This is a lot of work, and I can look at what you’ve already sent. No, the work is a pleasure. When you love what you’re doing, it’s not work. And Beth says, I’d listened to you and Darren for years when I cleaned houses and the people were usually gone. In later years, you did so well carrying on. And I’m so appreciated when your daughter Kimberly joined in. And I’ve not gotten to listen to the radio in recent years. And that’s happening with a lot of people. But she said, I just now Googled. FreedomStreet.org to find you live and reruns so that I can listen again. And so many of you are finding FreedomStreet.org. And the things are changing. They are. All things are changing. And she’s saying, I hope that I can be able to do that regularly and listen to you. Then she has my favorite, one of my favorite psalms. Oh, thank you, Beth. Psalm 18, 1 through 3. I love thee, Lord, my God, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress, my deliverer, my God, my rock in whom I take refuge. My shield and the horn of my salvation and my stronghold. This is a psalm written by David when King Saul was chasing him. King Saul wanted to murder him because he knew that he was anointed of Samuel to be next king of Israel. So he was there to murder David. And David is saying, oh, Lord, you are my strength, my rock, my fortress and my deliverer. And oh, certainly God was his deliverer. And God is your deliverer as well. Then he goes on in Psalm 18, verse three. I call upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised. And I am saved from my enemies. You can say that today. I am saved from my enemies. Praise the Lord. Well, this last weekend. I mean, these weekends are just chock full. And sometimes there’s so much to talk about that I don’t know where to start. It’s the World Series Championship of the L.A. Dodgers. I was for the Dodgers. Thank you very much. And one of the longest games ever. I didn’t stay up to watch, but my son-in-law Matthew and his friends stayed up until the end of the game. It was a barn burner. What a game. And then yesterday when the Broncos played the Houston Texans, some of those games are so close you don’t know how it’s going to end. But the Broncos finally pulled it off, 18-15. These field goals are really important for winning. So we can’t even get into the political game in this country. So much is happening. that I’m grateful we have the president and cabinet that we have. Praise the Lord. President Trump really laid it on the line with Nora O’Donnell on 60 Minutes, and he was tough and wouldn’t give in to her threatening darts. Boy, she was trying to throw him, and it just hit a shield. I think you’re praying for him enough that there’s a shield right in front of him. And he said several times that Biden was an awful president and that the Democrats have lost their way. There’s something wrong with these people. And we know that Nora is a Democrat, so it must have really been hard for her to listen to this. And the hypocrisy rolls on and on. Now, from the American Center for Law and Justice website, Gavin Newsom declared war on the church. And this is in California. And we’re taking him to the U.S. Supreme Court. Oh, I praise God for organizations like American Center for Law and Justice, because Jay and Jordan Sekulow and their teams are just doing such great jobs. And there’s other wonderful teams. And today we face another urgent deadline. Today, California Governor Newsom is still trying to bankrupt a church with multimillion dollar fines over worship services during the pandemic. Can you believe they have to go clear down to the pandemic to get any kind of law lawsuit against a church? It’s one of the most insidious attacks on the Christian church I’ve ever seen, says J. Jesus said, give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God. Well, we know that they’ve never given to God. These organizations never have given anything to God. And now Caesar Newsome, Jay calls him Caesar Newsome, is going after the church’s tithes and offerings. It’s outrageous. We’re directing directly representing Calvary Chapel. filing a major appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to defend the church against Newsom. It’s one of the biggest Supreme Court cases we’ve ever taken on defending a church, and it will impact churches nationwide. Today is also a major deadline as we file a critical brief. to defend a Christian ministry after a state tried to punish the ministry by circumventing a major U.S. Supreme Court ruling. We helped to win. So they’re getting lawsuits against them. It’s just outrageous. The war on the church is expanding and major Supreme Court battles of this magnitude. to defend religious liberty will take significant resources. That’s why today we’re launching our Freedom Drive. Have your gift doubled to defend the church and religious liberty at the Supreme Court. Now, some of you have been giving over the months, over the years, but today it would be good if you go back to aclj.org. aclj.org and give $5 becomes $10 and $20 becomes $40. I mean, it’s a win-win. So have your gifts doubled and don’t let Newsom and the left eviscerate anything we’ve won. Defeat the war on Christians at the Supreme Court. And you can sign that petition as you give Defeat War on Faith at SCOTUS. S-C-O-T-U-S. Jay Sekulow, thank you so much, Jay. Wow. Things are just going on and on, and that’s why we need to thank God for his peace. Oh, Jesus said in John 14, 27, My peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives to I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Praise God. Our memory verse for this week is John 1. I’m into John. Oh, let’s get into John. If you haven’t been reading John for a while, let’s go. Let’s read John. John 1, 16 and 17. For of his fullness we have all received. We’ve all received Christ’s fullness. I mean, to the top, running over. Praise God. And grace upon grace, verse 17, and this is the one I want you to look at. For the law was given through Moses. Grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. And in the New Living Translation, from his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another. For the law was given through Moses, but God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came through Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord for Jesus and his sacrifice. I was reading Jeremiah 31, 3 this weekend, and I realized those words are words that all of us long for at one time in our lives and most of our lives. We long for people telling us, I love you. And especially if you’re married, your spouses, you love listening to those words, I love you. But also from your friends and relatives, your children, your grandchildren, I love you, Grandma. So beautiful. The tenderness of God when he spoke to a broken and disobedient people are profound. And this is in Jeremiah 31, verse 3. And John is saying, I love you with an everlasting love. If someone treated you the way the children of Israel treated God, you would walk away, never to try to have a relationship again. And here it says, Again, I will build you and you will be rebuilt. That’s restored. And I believe that word restored means better than it was before. I like that. Better than it was before and you will be rebuilt. And I believe Israel today is better than it ever was before. It may not have a gold temple, but friend, God is protecting them and keeping them safe. You will again be adorned with your tambourines and timbrels and go out to the dances of those who celebrate. Again, you will plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria. And that’s northern Israel. Samaria was the capital. And planters will plant and enjoy the abundant fruit in peace. Now, God is speaking to him during these horrible days of destruction. Jerusalem not only being without food, because these enemy armies were surrounding them and keeping them from getting food of any kind. They were starving. They were in a really bad situation right before they went to Babylon. And here’s God. He’s prophesying. You’re going to have great times. I again will plant vineyards. Excuse me. And I’m getting so excited. And you again will plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria. The planters will plant and enjoy the abundant fruit in peace. There will be a day when the watchman on the hills of Ephraim cry out, Arise and let us go up to Zion to the Lord our God. For thus says the Lord, Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob. and shout for the first and foremost of the nations, the chosen people, Israel. Proclaim, give praise, and say, O Lord, save your people, the remnant of Israel. God is always, if you read a little bit of the Old Testament, God is always prophesying goodness and restoration to his people who have been complaining. and disobedient. His love extends above all the bad things we do. And I love the fact that he’s saying, let us go. There’s going to be a day, friend, when you and I and the whole world are going to say, arise, let us go up to Zion, to the Lord our God. When Jesus sits on the throne in Jerusalem, oh, what a day that will be. What a glorious day that will be. And I want to turn to Isaiah 40. We’re going to talk a little bit about the messenger who talked about Messiah coming to the earth. And this is in Isaiah 40, verse 1. And we’re not going to get all through the 11 verses today. But it begins with comfort. Comfort my people. When you find that you’re in a real fix, when something dreadful has happened, when you’ve lost something, Some either a loved one or property or relationships. And along comes someone and wraps their arms around you and said, I bring you comfort today. That’s what God is saying to us. Comfort, comfort my people, says the Lord. Speak kindly to Jerusalem and call out to her that her warfare has ended, that her guilt has been removed, that she has received of the Lord everything. Lord’s hand doubles for all her sins. And the voice of one crying out, here it is, John, clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness. Make straight in the desert a highway for our God. This is prophetic about John the Baptist. Who is Isaiah speaking of? It’s John, Jesus’ cousin, who was the voice of one crying out in the wilderness. What a short assignment he had, but he completed it magnificently. He was not jealous in any way. He was not complaining in any way. He knew that his assignment was to proclaim and declare, Jesus the Messiah has arrived, and you will Read in John 1 that he says as he sees Jesus coming, Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Oh friend, it was Jesus. It was Jesus that died on that cross for you and for me. He accepted the assignment of coming to earth, teaching and revealing a new covenant to a people who would not fully understand it until Holy Spirit came. Jesus did everything he was given and died a conquering death for all of mankind. It was at the cross where we see Jesus. Here’s at the cross.
SPEAKER 03 :
Alas, and did my Savior bleed, and did my Sovereign die? Would He really devote that sacred head for such a worm as I?
SPEAKER 02 :
And the cross, and the cross where I first saw the light And the prudence of my heart I receive my sight, and now I am happy all the day.

the day.
SPEAKER 03 :
And now I am happy all the day.
SPEAKER 04 :
It was there by faith, Jesus’ faith, that I received my sight. And now I am happy all the day. Oh, praise the Lord for his goodness. In Isaiah 40, we’re reading from the fourth verse. Thank you, Lord God. Let every valley be lifted up and every mountain and hill be made low. I’ll tell you what, your mountains are disappearing, my friend. The mountains of obstacles and difficulties, they’re going to be gone in Jesus’ name as you believe and rest in him. Oh, what shall I call out? All flesh is grass and all its loveliness is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower fades when the breath of the Lord blows upon it. The people are indeed grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. So go up on a high mountain, Zion, messenger of good news. Raise your voice forcefully, Jerusalem, messenger of good news. Raise it up and do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, here is your God. Behold, the Lord God will come with might and with his arm ruling for him. Arm is Jesus. Behold, his compensation is with him and his reward before him. Like a shepherd, he will tend his flock. In his arm, he will gather the lambs and carry them in the field of his robe. In the fold, excuse me, of his robe. I’m crying and I’ve got to read. The fold of his robe. He will gently lead the nursing ewes. God is truly displaying his love and authority of power. And you have that love inside you as you have received Jesus as your Savior and Lord. Oh, if you’d like to have more and more word, you can call me at Barbara at 1-877-917-7256. Email me at barbara at freedomstreet.org. I’ll send you a power pack if you need a power pack, more scripture. We just can’t get enough scripture. We can’t because the word of God stands forever. It will never disappear. It will never go away. It’s forever and ever the word of God, Jesus Christ. Love you. God bless you and take joy.
