Today on Call To Freedom with Barbara Carmack, we talk about some of the brutality happening at the hands of Hamas in Israel, and the support that solid conservative Christians are giving by way of support is much more than what our government has done. The ACLJ is fighting back, and Barbara updates us on that. Go to aclj.org to sign their petition.
Todays show is about staying encouraged in Christ, not allowing ourselves to be discouraged because God is on the throne and is for us.

Welcome to call the Freedom commit to the Lord. Whatever you do, whatever you’re doing right now, just lift your hands and say, Lord, this is yours today. This is your day that you’ve made. And I commit everything to you, commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. That’s proverbs 16, three, and as a lot of you know, that if you have a word power for every hour Bible guide, we’re in proverbs right now. And it’s so rich. I know every other verse is the evil and the wicked. But you can glean so much wisdom. You are my sister, understanding you’re my intimate friend. I love that verse from Proverbs 7, verse four, we can learn so much about God and his wonderful love letter. Let’s do the Monday Bible slogan. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. Praise God. Did you know that every scripture that has promise that has success that has abundance, you can’t take that? I have that in Jesus name. Oh, I have what it says I have. I do what it tells me to do. This is my Bible. It has given me new life. It is the word of God. You are blessed to dispense for in him you live and move and have your being. And if you would like to listen to previous programs or today’s program, you go to freedomst.org and just click on radio shows and you can hear those radio shows or you can download an app. To listen to KLT anytime, and that includes call to freedom. Oh, from a CL j.oaclj.org. And that’s where you go. But from American Center for Law and Justice, Israel is on fire. Biden is betraying her, and international courts are trying to prosecute Israel’s Prime Minister. As of Friday, Hezbollah blobbed over 300 rockets. In northern Israel, that was just in one day. So you can see how these people are fearful, they’re they’re running from their homes in northern Israel, and the UN has declared legal war on Israel in a shocking and blistering attack, the supposedly independent UN Commission of inquiry just released a report blaming Israel for everything. Everything. It essentially proclaims that Hamas’s brutal abduction, rape and slaughter of innocent civilians was justified and reasonable, that Israel had it coming. It’s so. It’s not even comprehensible. The only real support Israel is getting right now are the prayers of the conservative citizens of the United States. So don’t stop praying for Israel. Now it’s so important President Biden has blocked critical weapons and intelligence that would have allowed Israel to quickly defeat Hamas and end the war. Yet he too blames Israel. And as you can see, if you saw the video of him standing there frozen and how Obama took his arm, you know who’s in charge? You know who’s in charge and he took quickly, took Biden’s arm and escorted him off the stage. It’s outrageous. And your ACL J is aggressively fighting back. We just submitted critical written submissions to the UN, and we’re preparing to make a vital or oral. This is you can tell this is a vital oral intervention so that three times we’re fighting Biden’s deep state in court court, and we’re preparing our legal arguments to defend Israel from international courts. Now we’re working to send a critical demand letter in just days to respond to the UN’s blood libel. And law fair against Israel, I would call it warfare against Israel, but we face a major challenge. We’re battling the unlimited resources of enemies that seek to eradicate. Israel were Israel’s last legal line of defense and we urgently need your tax deductible support. Donate today and fight back. That’s how you can fight back, friend. Go to aclj.org and donate today to defend Israel. Sign defend Israel from evil attacks. And that’s from Jay Sekulow. Praise the Lord. We can do that and we will do that and we know the end. We know the end that all of Israel will be saved, so we just hop on that train on that faith train and we just go for it. We go for it, memory verse for this week is this is so good. It’s proverbs 16, verse seven. When a person’s ways are pleasing to the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace. With him. Do you have some enemies? Well, all of us do, and we can be so kind and gentle and forthright that our that soon our enemies will be at peace with us. The message translation of proverbs 16, verse seven is when God approves of your life, and he does. When you accept Jesus Christ, when God approves of your life. Even your enemies will end up shaking your hand. Have you ever met somebody that you? You just had a a battle with? Early on and. In your life. And then you meet them later on. In life and you. Hug each other. I’ve done that. And it’s it’s a. Miracle. Oh, God, it’s a miracle. Thank you. God, it’s a miracle. Praise the Lord. Oh, it’s so wonderful to know that God will take care of everything in your life, including those people that you find just a little hard to be kind to. I understand. I totally do. I’m going to my confession for today by Rick Ritter, so I don’t say anything else. Oh, I confess that I am sensitive to the needs of people who are around me. I am beginning to recognize when I need to. To help them, I am attentive, caring and Christ like in the way I deal with them. Learning what Jesus did for me. I am learning to be a comfort to others because I have the mind of Christ. I know when I am to help and when I am to say no, and that’s a that’s a problem for a lot of people. They just go along with it and they just. Take care of the people and they keep saying yes, yes, yes. When it should be no, no. Know and Holy Spirit speaks to my heart and shows me what to do in every situation. God spirit advises me about what I should do. I’m obedient to him and am not led by my emotions. Ohh, I’m still learning that friend. I declare this by faith in Jesus name. Thank you so much. Rick Renner. I’m still learning that and this is hard for me personally. Because it my emotions get caught in the middle sometimes and I go off with my emotions, I’m getting better. I’m getting and see. We’re all getting better. So pat yourself on the back and think always. Spirit. No, I I admit that I’ve gone to help people. When God told me to hold off because there are times when I’ve interfered with God’s work in enabling people as they’ve continued with their wrong behavior and inappropriate lifestyle. And I’ve just kind of accepted and gone with the flow and we do have to stand up with our standards. From the word of God, Holy Spirit will give you the wisdom and the power to do what is right for those you know who are struggling. There are times when I come into this studio not really knowing what the Lord wants me to say to you, to help you stay close to him and desire to learn from him the ways of truth and righteousness, because that’s foreign in this world. Truth is something that’s gone, by the way, and righteousness. No, it it the world. Is a sin. The world and after the fall, righteousness righteousness was not a part of the behavior of the people. So we need to learn that because Jesus is our righteousness, we learn that from Holy Spirit who’s teaching us about righteousness. There are so many voices out there that want your attention, and sometimes you give in to those voices and sometimes you stay on track. With the assignment that God is giving you, no matter what God loves you and he wants you to know that though you may take a wrong path or stump. He is there for you. You do not have to go to confession over and over and over again. Listen to what Paul has to say in Galatians 6 and oh, this has been such a dear chapter for me. Galatian 6 in the living translation says Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And I’ll tell you, I’ve been there. I’ve been there and I’ve seen how the church can actually kill. It’s. Ended and I remember the time with Darren right before we got married. Oh my goodness. I mean, it was into court for this person and into court against this person. And and always always friend it were. It was Christians who sued him, thinking that they had a right to get some. For instance, they thought that he had a bank account in Switzerland. Where he had garnered millions of dollars. Hello, he did not. Oh, praise God. So they just went to court and it’s just amazing how Christian people have criticized and judged each other. We need to be people of love. Friend, it goes on in Galatians 6 to be to say and be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself, share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. Oh, I love. I love the new living translation. Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. Wow, that’s a big thing in the body of Christ. Comparing. Well, they have a ministry. Why can’t I have that ministry? I know the word of. God, why can? And we go on and on and on with comparisons. For all, we are each responsible for our own conduct, those who are taught the word of God should provide for their teachers, sharing all good things with them. Are you providing for the one that you are learning the word of God from? I hope so, because that really builds up the inheritance that God has for you. Don’t be misled. You cannot mock the justice of. God and I love what the new American standard says, and also the King James version. That’s what I memorized Scripture from Galatians 6-7 and eight in the new American standard says do not be deceived. Don’t let deception be a part of your outlook. God is not mocked for whatever a man sows that’s you’re planting. You’re sowing seed. You’re sewing. You’re planting seed. This he will also reap for the one who sows to his own flesh, thinks only of his fleshly desires, and it will come from the and the flesh will reap corruption, but the one who sows to the spirit will from the spirit reap eternal life. You will always harvest what you plant. What are you plant? Building what are you planning? If you plan smiles, you get smiles back and that’s good. But will those smiles pay your bills and see when you give your first fruits? As Proverbs 4 verse let let’s look at that proverbs for it’s so good because you when you plant your first fruits. And with lots of wisdom, they are live to those who find them in health to their whole body. Watch over your heart with all diligence. That was our scripture for last week. For from it flow the springs of life and put away from you a deceitful mouth. Where is that scripture? Where is ice 10? OK, I’m not finding it right now, but it’s you will your barns will overflow with riches. Your barns will have abundance when you give your first fruits. That’s so important, friend that you give to God, give in to the ministry. That is blessing you and God will just bless you in return. Galatians 6, verse 99 in the King James Version says and let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we don’t faint. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good at just the right time. We will reap a harvest of blessings if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially to those in the family of faith, especially to those in the family of a. And so many times we see people giving in to lottery, we see them giving. I love animals. But when you give to the animals the ACA, a CPA, whatever it’s called to these people and they make sure the video has a animal that looks so decrepit that you’re going to give. You’re going to give, but that’s not where God wants you to give. If it’s your tithe, if it’s your first roots, especially to those in the family of faith as much as you love animals, friend, don’t let deception get hold of you. Galatians 69 had a special meaning for me personally. Because you may think that John and I had a wonderful adventure singing for Jesus for 10 years. But as happens in every sphere of life, we had our down times too. In 1980, it was a monumental time of disillusionment for John and me, because we thought we were in the center of God’s will. We were ministers of music to a very large church. And we were trying our best to give Holy Spirit the the unction and the honor that he deserves, and we had just so many friends in that church, and we were. Hired. Yep. And now I can laugh about that too. I’m so grateful, Lord. Oh, and we were devastated. We were totally devastated. I found myself dragging every day just to get out of bed. But we had to go on, and God was with us. He was with us. We didn’t do anything wrong. And see. I believe that so many of you have blamed God just a little because your wife has not turned out like it needs to. Forgive him. I know you’re charging him with something he didn’t do. Maybe we made some decision. That it’s hard for us to look at them and see them as anything but good, but maybe that wasn’t God’s will. And after this, after we were fired, then John went to work for another piano company in Greeley. And that’s after that we opened up our store and Kimberly was 12 years old by then. And John asked her to start teaching students, and she’s still teaching piano after 40 some years. So it was a wonderful opportunity for us in spite of the horrible circumstance. And that very next week, after we had been dismissed from this church, we were to sing in Boulder at a luncheon for women’s aglow. And it was a big deal. So we got on our best smile and the girls were with us. They were such troopers because they knew how hypercritical the artificial church was. They were beginning to understand. That not everything was roses and and beautiful thing. Things at the lunch in the Igloo Council had placed scripture beside each plate plate, and what verse do you think was on my plate? Yep, Galatians 69 and let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. And God has promised that at just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessings. If we don’t give up and oh, it was Holy Spirit all the way, but we didn’t give up. John went on to do other things and I went on to work with him a little bit at a time and we worked out so perfectly because Kimberly and. Anna, they were getting to the age where they wanted to be part of a band and marching band. They really loved music and and Kimberly had been studying flute along with piano. And Dana was loving drums, so we decided that that would probably be the best option just to stay in Greeley for a while. And that’s when John got the brilliant idea of opening his own piano in Oregon store something that he was so capable of doing. And until his death, that business thrived and God, blessed with great sales and harvest of Souls, I want to tell you that on the outside, the store looked like a place to buy instruments. But on the inside, around the wood stove, people were coming to the Lord and being filled with Holy Spirit. John had opportunity to not only sell his favorite. Instrument. But to tell people about the love of the Lord, oh friend, he has you in mind and wants to bless you. As Galatians 69 says, God has promised that at just the right time you will reap a harvest of blessings if you don’t give up. Don’t get discouraged. Praise him and he will give you your desire according. To his will. This will and it will manifest there. There’s a song I’ve got to I’ve got to have Rachel play it. I’ve had many tears and sorrows. I’ve had questions for tomorrow. There’s been times I didn’t know right from wrong. But in every situation God gave me blessed consolation. That my trials only come to make me strong. Oh. To build that faith that God has given to us friend, I’ve been to a lot of places and I’ve seen a lot of faces, and there were times that I felt so. All alone, but in. My lonely hours. Yes, those precious lonely hours. Jesus. Let me know that I was. His own, and through it all, I’ve learned to trust in Jesus. I’ve learned to trust in God through it all. I’ve learned to depend upon his word. You know the composer of this was Andre Crouch, and this was written in 1971 when Andre and his disciples were on concert tours all around the World, 68 nations they went to. But he was in deep. Disillusion, disillusion and disappointment. And minutes after we completed this song, through it all, there was an earthquake in the San Fernando Valley. He didn’t stop, he didn’t have anything to do with it. Sometimes we think when things happen, it’s ohh. I did something. I did something wrong and see that unbelief and fear and all of that starts crowding in. But don’t believe that. Don’t believe that. And that Romans 828 is true. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God to them who are called according to his. Purpose and that’s why I love this this wonderful song. I remember 1970 well before that. In college, the Kojic Singers came to Pasadena, which was a very conservative liberal college and man, Andre was on the organ, and it was just wailing. And the organ. Was just moving and the whole crowd of kids were shocked and then they were clapping and enjoying this brand new kind of music and that was in 1967. And then in 1972, Andre and the disciples came to Greeley, Co, Greeley color. Maddow and filled UNC ballroom. Kimberly was only about 3 years old then, and John and I were sitting on the floor and she went up and she was dancing with all her might 3 year old Kimberly. She loved the songs and she did all she’s loved them all ever since, and I would like you to listen to these words that Andre sings. God bless you.
Song
I’ve had many tears and sorrow.
I’ve had questions for tomorrow.
When I didn’t know right from wrong.
But in every situation.
God gave me blessed consolation.
Let all my trials come to only make me strong.
A lot of places.
And I’m seeing millions of faces.
But there were times when I felt so alone.
It became a precious, lonely hour for Jesus.
Let me know that I was his own.
I can say. Through.
Oh yes, I’ve learned to trust in Jesus.
I’ve learned to trust and die through it all.
Threw it. Oh yes.
I’ve learned to depend upon this word.
So now. For the story he’s brought me through.
Had a problem. I’d never know that God could solve them.
You never know what saying in the word of God could do, but now I can tell where.
I’ve learned to trust in team.
I’ve learned to trust and let me tell you. You are.
You should thank him for those valleys.
You can take him for those stars that is bringing you food right now.
You never have a problem. You never know that God can solve them.
You’ll never know what faith in the. But you can stand like a soldier. Into the fire.
Jesus have learned to trust in that.
Don’t you know I’ve learned tripping upon my sickness and pain, I’ve learned.
Upon this world, when the doctor walked from my bed and shook his head. Is.

Praise. I love listening to him. The music of Andre Crouch occasionally characterizes life as full of sleepless nights, burdens, and wickedness, and it happens, as we saw places where we were to stand pastors home when we were seeing. For Jesus. And these are exceptions folks, but in one place there was dog hair so thick it covered the blankets in the room where we we were supposed to sleep, and in another place as the floor was so sticky, it was difficult to lift your feet off the floor. I thank God that we had a motor home at that time where we could make excuses to stay in it. I really am, even though they were so sincere. God bless them and Andre Crouch places far greater emphasis on the cross bearing than the crown bearing. He depicts God’s humanity in a much more positive way. Life got a Crouch opens hopes that heaven will be his final home, but he urges believers to be ready for this life, this life when we see the mountains and we experience the valleys. This is this is not going to be our final home folks, and we need to be thanking God. In everything that. Happens and God bless him. I’m just so grateful for people like Andre Crouch that made my life fuller. My made my life so much more hopeful and full of faith because of the wonderful words that God gave him to write these beautiful songs. What a composer. Oh, and if I’d never had a problem, I wouldn’t know that. God can solve them and had so. True. And if we don’t ask for the problems, but when we have the problems, friend, let’s thank God, because he’s got a wonderful harvest awaiting you. If you don’t give up, if you don’t give up, he is there for you. God bless you. It’s been so good to be on the air with you today. And hopefully, unless God comes. Lord Jesus comes. I will see you tomorrow. God bless you and keep you and take joy.
