Good morning. Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning I’m going to begin sharing with you another message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Going to the Next Level. So join me now in our live service for the beginning of this message, Going to the Next Level. So tonight the message God gave to me and put in my heart is called Going to the Next Level. Going to the next level. And I have two text scriptures, Romans 1, 17. In the King James Version, it says, For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, the just shall live by faith. So we see here a progression here. From faith to faith. You can say from one level to another level. And then also 2 Corinthians 3.18 in the King James. But we all with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord are changed into the same image. From glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. So here again, we see a progression from glory to glory. It’s changing levels. It’s going from level to level. And our whole life should be going from one level to the next level to the next level. Woe to the person or sad to the person who just stays where they are their whole life long. That’s no fun and you don’t reap much and you don’t accomplish much. But we are always supposed to be growing and growing and growing and going from faith to faith, increase of levels of faith, and then from glory to glory, which is actually just the manifestation of the Spirit of the Lord upon your life and the anointings. And so we’re going to talk about that, but there’s going to be the increase of faith. There’s going to be the increase of anointings, increase of giftings, increase of power. Hallelujah. And to understand that God always has more. Never think, and I don’t think we do, that we’ve reached all there is and we’ve done all there is. There’s always more. Even if you have traveled around the world a hundred times, there’s still more. There’s always more. You never exhaust the greatness of the plan of God. Amen. And so for me, it has been a lifelong pursuit from the time I was a small child. and seeking after the things of the Lord, loving the Lord. Well, my parents tell me I was three when I was born again. I don’t remember that. So I cannot say I remember getting saved. I’ve just always been saved. But then getting baptized in the Holy Spirit when I was in elementary school, I don’t remember that either. I just have been speaking in tongues as long as I can remember. But I do remember when I was about 12 that I knew I was called to be a missionary. I knew I was called to be a missionary when I was about 12. And then just pursuing the things of the Lord and seeking after Him my whole life. So we are always pursuing what the Lord’s plan is. And so I want to share tonight how, how, how to go to the next level. And number one, you need to receive a vision from the Lord. And I’m not talking about an open vision where you see angels. I’m talking about the vision, like when you get a vision to do something. All right. You know what I’m talking about. Get a vision. All right. First of all, you need to get a vision. And I didn’t even plan to go there. But in Proverbs, it says where there is no vision, the people perish. And so you need a vision. But how do you get vision? All right. Number one, pray in tongues. Pray in tongues. Because when you pray in tongues, you are getting a download from the spirit of God to your spirit. I think of it like the Internet data flowing from one computer to another computer. It’s a transfer of data. A download. Well, that’s what you’re doing when you pray in tongues. You are getting downloads from the Spirit of God into your spirit when you pray in tongues. Now let’s read 1 Corinthians 14, verse 2. 1 Corinthians 14, 2. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men, but to God. Indeed, no one understands him. He utters mysteries with his spirit. Now, I think all of you understand. I’ve heard my teaching before on tongues. And some people who argue against tongues think that you always have to have an interpretation. No, you don’t. Because there’s two purposes for tongues. One is private interpretation. Prayer. Prayer is when you talk to God, right? And that’s what this is talking about. He does not speak to men, but to God. So one purpose for tongues is prayer, talking to God. The other purpose for tongues is God talking to man. It’s ministry. It’s a gift of a prophetic utterance from God to man. So one, it’s prayer, man talking to God in tongues. Well, can God understand? Then you don’t need an interpreter. In praying in tongues, you’re talking to God. He understands it. There doesn’t need to be an interpreter. But where God is giving a prophetic word to the church and you’re getting a download of words from God to people and you’re saying to them and you’re getting it in a tongue, then it needs to have an interpretation because the man doesn’t understand it. The woman, the people don’t understand. So in the ministry of tongues to the body of Christ or to people, There needs to be an interpretation or else the people don’t understand. They don’t get any benefit of it. But in the private tongues, it’s you talking to God out of your spirit. My spirit prays, Paul said also in 1 Corinthians 14. I pray with my spirit and I pray with my understanding. Well, obviously he’s contrasting praying with your spirit and with your understanding so that praying with your spirit is not with understanding. There’s a contrast. And so your spirit praying to God, he doesn’t need an interpretation. He knows what you’re saying. So there does not need to be an interpretation. But in that, it’s this connection and flow. When you pray in tongues, you’re talking to God. But there’s also this download of wisdom and revelation. And what we read in 1 Corinthians 14, 2 says, He utters mysteries with his spirit. Now that word mystery in the Greek dictionary, it means divine secrets. Divine secrets. What is it? It’s basically the plans and purposes of God. The plans and the purposes of God. As it also says in 1 Corinthians 2, no one knows the heart of a man except the spirit of a man within him. And no one knows the heart of God except the Spirit of God. Okay, let me turn there and show you. You need to see this. I know some of you, I know you’re really soaking this in, and you need to look at this. 1 Corinthians 2. Go there. 1 Corinthians 2. 1 Corinthians 2. Say amen when you find it. Okay. Starting in verse 6. We do, however, speak a message of wisdom. That’s also one of those mysteries. Among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age who are coming to nothing. Verse seven. No, we speak of God’s secret wisdom. That’s the one. That’s one. It’s actually the Greek word Mysterion. And it means divine secrets. We speak of God’s secret wisdom. It is his secret divine secrets, his secret plans, his secret understandings. We speak. So did you know you can speak God’s secrets? We speak of God’s secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined. What? For our glory. Before time began, none of the rulers of this age understood it. For if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. Verse 9. However, as it is written, no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him. What that is, is that you have not in your natural mind seen or heard or conceived the plans and the purposes of God. But is it totally blocked from you forever? Forever? No. Read the next verse. Verse 10. But now my translation starts with the word, but, but God has revealed it to us by his spirit. The spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God, the plans and the purposes and the mind of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him. In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the spirit of God. Verse 12, we have not received the spirit of the world, but the spirit who is from God. Why? So we may understand. Hallelujah. So we may understand. what God has freely given us. So those things that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived, God has revealed to us by his spirit. We’ve been given his spirit so we may understand. It is his will that we should understand. glory hallelujah and it’s by the revelation of the spirit and the spirit searches the deep things of god and verse 7 we speak of god’s secret wisdom that’s the word mysterion divine secrets well how do we speak it first corinthians 14 2 when we speak in a tongue we speak divine secrets So how are you going to get those divine secrets? How are you going to get the mind of God? How are you going to get the purposes and plans that have been hidden in Christ before the foundation of the world? Revealed to you, as it says in 1 Corinthians 2.10, he reveals it to you. How? By his spirit. And verse 12, so that you may understand. Understand. It’s God’s will for you to understand. So pray in tongues, pray in tongues much. And the more you pray in tongues, you’re getting this data transfer. You’re getting revelation transfer. You’re getting the mind of God, plans and purposes, divine secrets transferred into your spirit. Do you understand it immediately? No, because it’s first downloaded into your spirit and your spirit contains that and holds it. It’s kind of like your spirit conceives the seed. It’s like conceiving. Your spirit conceives the seed of it. And it’s planted in there and you don’t usually know it right away unless there is something specific. You’re saying, Lord, what should I do with this? And then you pray in tongues. What you just heard was the beginning of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Going to the Next Level.
