And there in the top category called radio broadcasts, you will see this message called tap the power. Now join me in our live service for the continuation of this message. Tap the power. God doesn’t make someone and then think, okay, now what am I going to do with this one? Let’s try to figure out something here. Oh, I run out of things. No, no, he doesn’t make someone and then try to, okay, what do I do with this one now? No purpose came first. A purpose made you have to be born because there was a purpose. I need a person that will be doing this. And then God’s okay. I want to make Judy. She’ll do that. A purpose then was in God’s heart and mind. Okay. I’m going to have someone do this. And then God says, okay, I’m going to make Albert to do that. So a purpose made you have to be born. You had to be born because there was already a purpose that you had to fulfill. You have a life because you have a purpose. You have a life because you have a purpose. There is something that you had to fulfill, and that’s why God gave you life. Hallelujah. And so that’s another slice of the pie. So then salvation is giving you the whole pie. That means you are born again in your spirit. Your body is made whole. Your finances are made whole. Your family is made whole. Your mind is made whole. Your work is being fulfilled as God created you for. That’s the whole pie that God is. That’s the package of salvation. That’s what salvation means in Greek and Hebrew. It’s the whole picture. New birth. It’s not just getting in the kingdom. It’s now the whole kingdom is yours. And the anointing will come to destroy every yoke in your life to make you free, to make you whole. Hallelujah. That is God’s will. That is God’s purpose. That’s why Jesus came. That’s what the anointing does. That’s what the blessing does. That’s what the kingdom of God does. And Jesus said, the kingdom of God has come to you. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. So let me show you that the power of God that is available can be present yet not tapped. Go to Luke. Luke chapter 5. Luke chapter 5 and starting in verse 17. And it says one day as he was teaching. Now, I’ll just quickly tell you this story. This is when the paralytic came carried by four men to a house where Jesus was teaching. And when the paralytic came on the mat carried by four men. They came to the house. The house was full and they couldn’t get in. So what did they do? They went up on the roof, tore off the roof shingles and let the man down through the roof in front of Jesus. They did that because there was no room to get in the door. So the house was full of people. Who is it full of? Luke 5, 17. One day as he was teaching, who was there? Pharisees and teachers of the law came who had come from every village of Galilee and from Judea and Jerusalem. They were all sitting there. The house was full. So who was in the house? the Pharisees and the teachers of the law. And I’m going to skip the last part of verse 17 and come back to it. Let’s read verse 18. Some men came carrying a paralytic on a mat and tried to take him into the house to lay him before Jesus. When they could not find a way to do this because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and lowered him on his mat through the tiles into the middle of the crowd right in front of Jesus. Verse 20, when Jesus saw their faith. Now Jesus saw their faith backing up to verse 17 and the end of verse 17. It says where all the affairs of the teachers of the law were there. The last sentence says, and the power, the power of the Lord was present for him to heal the sick. There was power in that room, power in the whole house. But if anybody else got healed, God would have written it. That would have been an important piece of information. And there’s no record anybody that was in the house got healed. Now, when you’ve got a bunch of Pharisees and teachers of the law, most people, a lot of people have something that they could get healed of. Most people have something that they could get healed of. And yet there’s no record that one of them got healed. The power was present to heal, but no record of one of them being healed. Except the one that came with faith. The paralytic. So the only one that tapped the power was the paralytic and the four that were with him because of their faith. Faith taps into the power. So, you know, it’s just like there’s electricity in the air right now. I mean, you walk and scuff your feet on the carpet and touch something metal. You’ll get a shock. There’s electricity in the air, but you get it channeled through the right wires, connecting it to a light bulb, and then you’ll get light. And if you don’t know how to tap the power, you’ll sit in darkness all night. The lights will be switched off. I mean, even if you don’t know there’s a light switch on the wall. You don’t know there’s a light switch there and you come in and sit in the dark. I sure wish it was light in here. I sure wish it was light in here. Well, just flip on the light switch. There’s a lot of Christians. I sure wish I could get healed. Tap the healing power. It’s present now. When the kingdom of God came to earth, the power came to earth and it never left. The Holy Spirit came on the day of Pentecost and he came to even spread the power through the disciples to all the world. The kingdom of God is here now for good forever. Kingdom of God is not leaving forever. And the kingdom of God contains all the power you need. And it’s right here in this room. All you need to do is tap in and draw some of it. Just tap in and draw some of it. It’s here. Just tap in and say, okay, I’ll take some of that. Tap in and draw some of it. Because it’s here. It never left. And it’s not for a few selected few. I’ll give it to you. No, no, yes, no, no, no, no. Yes, I’ll give it to you. No, I’m not going to give it to you. No, I’m not giving it to you. No, it’s for anyone who will tap into it. This paralytic tapped in. Let me show you another example of someone who tapped in. Mark five. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Mark chapter 5. In Mark 5, we see another person who tapped the power. And it’s the woman with the issue of blood. And she had to press through a large crowd. Verse 25. And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for 12 years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had. So she had had some resources to even go to the doctor. And then it’s all gone. Yet instead of getting better, she grew worse. When she heard, she did what? How does faith come? She heard. She heard about Jesus. And what happened in her heart? Faith. Faith. Faith rose up. She heard something. It must have been Jesus is healing people. And she heard about Jesus. Faith came in her heart because faith comes by hearing the word. So she heard about Jesus. Faith arose in her heart. She said, I’m getting up out of this house. She had to have been weak and had to press through a crowd. So there’s a lot of people. And then there would have been a lot of struggling involved. And verse 27 again, when she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and what? Touched. She tapped. Let’s say it like that. She tapped the power. She first heard, ah, there’s some good news here. There’s a healer. I’m going to go out there and get me some. That’s what she did. I’m going to go get me some. She went out and tapped and took hold of her own. She tapped, took hold of her own. She touched his cloak because she thought if I touch his clothes, I will be healed. There was her faith speaking immediately. Her bleeding stopped. She felt in her body. She was free, free. The anointing destroys the yoke. The anointing destroys the yoke. She was free from her suffering. Verse 30. At once, Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. What went out? Power. How did the power go out? It was tapped by faith. Faith. Power had gone out from him. It was healing power. He turned around in the crowd and asked who touched my clothes. Verse 31. You see the people crowding against you. His disciples answered. And yet you can ask who touched me. What does that mean? There were others that were touching him. rubbing up against him, jostling up against him, a crowd pressing against him. Let me in there. And people all right, falling on it. And some are touching him out of curiosity. I’ve had people do that in the mission field, white skin, and they rub it in our touch. What is, you know, they’re curious. So there’s some people out there probably touching with curiosity. Is he real? You know, there’s a touch there of curiosity. There’s a touch of accident. Whoops, bumping and jostling one another. And let me up there. You know, and yet were any of those people healed? Because none of those were touches of faith. So we see again, the power was present to heal. But there’s only one person mentioned that got healed. All the other people could have done the same. I’ll be healed if I touch him. I’ll be healed if I touch him. I’ll be healed. And the power would have been there for everyone that said that. But she was the only one. She was the only one that said, I’ll be healed if I touch him. And she tapped the power and power went out. Power was present to heal. So we see power can be present. I’ve given you two examples. Power can be present. But it doesn’t mean everybody is going to walk out healed. They have to tap it. They have to tap into it. Hallelujah. But it’s simple to do. It’s not hard. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith healing services called Tap the Power. And we will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
