SPEAKER 01 :
Welcome to Call to Freedom. After a long weekend, it is just so good to be back in the studio. It really is. I need to thank Darren Carmack for getting me into this groove that I’m in. And I appreciate God so much for helping me to be a host for as long as I have without Darren Carmack being here. So thank you for joining me today. What a strange weekend. It broke 75 year record of rainfall. I called Kimberly and she said, yeah, mom, it’s raining here. You know, it’s usual for them, but not here. So we had an unbelievable rainfall this weekend and it got me into the house so I could do a lot of things in the house. And I baked a roast pork and it was just fun. It was just fun being here and getting the newsletter out. ready to mail out, which I did just now before I came to the studio. I was taking it to the post office and it must have looked heavy to this gentleman that was walking down the sidewalk to go in. And he looked at me and he says, can I help you? And I said, well, yes, thank you. So he took my heavy mailing tub into the post office. It was such a wonderful gesture. And thank you. Thank you. And I ask God to bless him with a double portion today as he goes about his day. So God is always there, friend, to help us in time of need. I guess I looked like I was really struggling, but those tubs sometimes really do get heavy. So God is so faithful. He’s so good. Oh, Father God, you are such a good God. Amen. well friend you are blessed to dispense for in him you live and move and have your being and there was so much that went on this weekend as far as our country and as far as as getting things in in view of what the truth really is and i i watched a lot of news shows because They were at Arlington Cemetery. And before I talk about President Trump’s message at Arlington Cemetery, that’s a cemetery with 450,000 graves. Did you know that?
SPEAKER 1 :
450,000.
SPEAKER 01 :
Folks, I can’t even conceive of that. I want to read a verse in today’s Word Power for Every Hour Bible Guide. that reminded me of God’s favor and blessing in our prayers and on our prayers. When you pray, God hears you. As a believer in Jesus Christ, he hears you. Now, the timing may not be like your timing, but oh, it does come. And here in Psalm 21, verse 1. King David wrote, “‘O Lord, in thy strength, the king and your people will be glad. And in thy salvation, in thy victory, how greatly we will rejoice. You have given us our heart’s desire.'” hearts desire folks and you have not withheld the request of our lips when we as a remnant in this nation prayed that prayer from second chronicles 7 14 god answered it in perfect timing and in his message president trump confirms god’s plan here i thought it was just so great of president trump to see how god have had kind of veered him off for a while and now has brought him back so good On Memorial Day morning, I listened to President Trump’s speech in Arlington Cemetery, and he was surrounded by Secretary of Defense Hegseth and also by Vice President Vance. It was wonderful. If you get a chance, Google it and listen. President Trump’s speech at Arlington Cemetery. He brought up the service and the sacrifice of three soldiers who died while representing us and who left family, and he had the family stand up. It was very moving. He didn’t go on to the next subject until that family stood up and the grandchildren of that person that died stood up. It was just really remarkable. Then he said something so profound. It could only be God that conveyed the confirmation of his presidency. And see, this is why I love to be live every day, Monday through Thursday, because I can tell you some things that I’m excited about. And then I hear from you either by message. You can call me at 1-877-917-7256 or by email, Barbara Carmack, C-A-R-M-A-C-K, at freedomstreet.org. And excuse my froggy throat, I didn’t talk so much this weekend, so I need to get back in the groove. He said something so profound. He said that he was disappointed when he lost in 2020. Of course, all of us were who are right-winged. But now he realizes that God accomplished that for a reason. So he, as president, could celebrate the 250th anniversary of our country’s birth, along with the Olympics and the World Cup that’s going to take place within his presidency. Oh, that’s so marvelous. And he said that the 250th anniversary is more important than any of those competitions. He gets to participate in all of them. So we pray, Father God, that you surround our president with protection and security on every side. We know that he is surrounded by human beings, but Father God, we thank you. Your angels are also surrounding him. We say that in Jesus’ name. And I want to say to you today, your angel is protecting and guarding over you. Each of us have an angel. Read Matthew 18, verse 10. Your angel beholds the face of God every day. Well, they don’t have time up in heaven, but they behold the face of God, your angel. So remember that. President Trump said to the crowd, it was God who did all this. so I could be president during the 250th celebration. He gave the honor and glory to God. It was God who did all this. And there was a cheer from the crowd and I got emotional and I was crying. It was a moment of high praise to our Lord. We are so blessed to have a president who honors God. I’m so glad I’m here to see it. I really am. And you need to thank God every day in whatever situation you are, that you are here to see a marvelous move of God in these last days. And another person who’s just not afraid of talking about Jesus Christ is Secretary of Defense. Here’s a Marine. Here’s a guy who’s a man’s man. And he announced a voluntary… monthly meeting of prayer at the Pentagon. It really ruffled the feathers of the left, as you can imagine. Secretary Hegseth addressed the crowd, informing those who chose to attend that it would be a monthly service that people could attend
