Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherri Campbell. This morning I’m going to continue sharing with you a message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Keys to Breakthrough Part 2, Releasing the Angels. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message, Keys to Breakthrough Part 2, Releasing the Angels. And then one more thing is that angels can appear as human beings. In Judges chapter 13, we read about Manoah and his wife. They are the parents of Samson. Samson, the judge. And when his wife couldn’t conceive and then the angel appeared to her, Manoah got up and followed his wife. And when he came to the man, he said, are you the one who talked to my wife? I am, he said. And then that man went on to tell him things about the son that she would bear. That would be Samson. And then verse 16 says Manoah did not realize that it was an angel of the Lord. So he was talking to this angel and he thought he was a man. So angels can appear as people. And then also Hebrews 13, 2 says, do not forget to entertain strangers for by so doing, some people have entertained angels without knowing it. Amen. And so we see that you might not know when you meet an angel. You might not know when you meet an angel. Now let’s get into the part that I really like to study. And that is the ministry of angels, ministry of angels. Angels do all kinds of service. Angels have specific gifting, specific callings and specific assignments. Some angels are called to individuals. Some angels are called to churches, which we’ll talk about later. Some angels are called to cities and some angels are called to nations. And some angels are called to do specific kinds of tasks. Now, for example, let me just jump ahead. It’s probably going to come up later. But those that are called to nations, do you remember in Daniel chapter 10 when Gabriel came to Daniel and he said that the prince of Persia withstood me? Well, the prince of Persia was not a man that was a demonic spirit because then Michael the archangel had to come and help Gabriel to break through that. Actually, that was the second heaven above and around the earth where the demonic spirits operate. Michael the archangel had to come and help Gabriel to break through there. Well, the prince of Persia was an angel assigned to Persia, a kingdom. Well, then he said, after this prince, there will be the prince of Greece. That was a demonic spirit assigned to the kingdom of Greece and then the kingdom of Rome. There is a demonic spirit assigned to the United States kingdom. The greatest spiritual warfare in all the earth is right over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. right over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, the greatest spiritual warfare going on. And Michael, Gabriel told Daniel, Michael, your prince, your prince. So Michael is probably even also the archangel, but the prince of Israel, the Jewish nation. And so you can see there are demonic spirits and there are angels assigned to cities. I mean, you can go into a city that’s just known to be a city of sin. And, you know, there are demonic principalities and powers that are ruling there. that need to be brought down. But there are also cities that have had outpourings of the spirit more than others because they’re ministering spirits that are guarding over that area. And so there are these angels that are assigned. Now we’re going to talk about starting in heaven. Angels do all kinds of service in heaven. Some angels stay in heaven all the time and they minister around the throne. And around the heavenly city. Some angels stay on the earth. In heaven, they do all kinds of service. Hebrews 1, 7 says, and speaking of the angels, he says he makes his angels winds, his servants flames of fire. So they are servants in heaven, servants to God. Revelation 21, 12. It had a great high wall with 12 gates and with 12 angels at the gates. There are angels that are gatekeepers. Angels are gatekeepers. Then there are angels who are worshiping the Lord. Praise him, all his angels. Praise him, all his heavenly hosts. Psalm 148, 2 and Revelation 7, 11 and 12. All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God saying, amen, praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God forever and ever. Amen. So there are those angels that are worshiping around the throne all the time. Then let me just mention there are, well, we’ll come back to this later. There are angels in heaven that are bookkeepers keeping the books, keeping the records on us. There are also angels in heaven that are helping and distribute to the heavenly supply to people on the earth. Things that are stored up in heaven for us on earth. Hallelujah. Now, some angels go back and forth between earth and heaven, bringing words from heaven to earth and bringing reports from earth back to heaven. In Genesis 28, 12, we see the stairway. He had a dream. This is Jacob. Jacob had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth with its top reaching to heaven. And the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. the stairway to heaven, ascending and descending. And then Jesus said to Nathaniel in John 1 51, he then added, I tell you the truth, you shall see heaven open and the angels of God ascending and descending on the son of man. So here we see some angels go back and forth and to bring this back to you, to bring words from heaven to earth and, And bring reports from earth back to heaven. Now bringing words from heaven to earth as we’ll look at next. They are angels that deliver messages from heaven, from God. Messages and instructions from God to you. These are messenger angels like Gabriel. Hebrews 1, 7, the New Living Translation says it like this. God calls his angels messengers. Swift is the wind. And in Matthew 1, 20, this is an example. But after he had considered, this is Joseph considered divorcing Mary. Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, to Joseph, in a dream and said, Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. So he received a message from God through an angel. Also in Matthew 2, 13, when they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. And said, get up, he said, take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. So we see another message delivered there. Luke 128, the angel Gabriel came to Mary and said, hail thou that art highly favored. The Lord is with you. Blessed art thou among women. And Revelation 1.1, this is revelation knowledge that is given. The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant, John. Revelation came through an angel to John. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Angels also report back to heaven the spiritual events in people’s lives. And this is something that a lot of people have not thought about before. But there are angels present in every church service. to watch what is done, to watch the hearts of the people, the actions, the obedience, the giving, the love, that service, not only in church, but even your own prayer closet, your prayers, your commitments, getting born again, getting baptized in the spirit, making a commitment to serve the Lord in a greater way. Those acts in your life are recorded. Hallelujah. And so there are angels in every church service. There are angels surrounding the church. And even in this meeting tonight, all meetings, Christian services, there are angels in the service and there is one angel in charge. Revelation one 20 says the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, the angels of the seven churches. So the churches had angels, right? We also see, let me quickly turn over here, jump into Revelation chapter 2. Revelation chapter 2, and I’ll just go through the seven churches for you real quickly. Chapter 2 and verse 1, to the angel of the church in Ephesus, write. Verse 8, to the angel of the church in Smyrna, write. Verse 12, to the angel of the church in Pergamum, write. Verse 18, to the angel of the church in Thyatira, write. Chapter 3, verse 1, to the angel of the church in Sardis, write. Verse 7, to the angel of the church in Philadelphia, write. And verse 14, to the angel of the church in Laodicea, write. So we see there the angel of the churches. So that means the angel of this meeting, the angel of your church, whatever the name is of your church, there is an angel of that church. There’s an angel of that church and then other angels as well working together with that angel to watch what is done, record people getting born again, baptized in the spirit, committing to God, giving of offerings, sacrifices and services done for the Lord are recorded. And then these angels are taking records of people, of all these things, being born again, making commitments, the giving of the tithes and offerings, the hard attitudes when they give, the service they give. And they take these reports back to heaven and they write them in the books, in the books in heaven. Every human being has a book of your good deeds written. Now in Daniel chapter seven, verses nine and 10, as I looked, now this is the judgment day. Thrones were set in place and the ancient of days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow. The hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire and its wheels were all ablaze. A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him.

Now those attending him, those would be the angels, right? Thousands upon thousands attended him. Those are the angels. 10,000 times 10,000 stood before him. Those are those people getting judged, being judged. The court was seated. The look books were open. It doesn’t say book singular. It says books with an S plural. Amen. Amen. There are the books. And then we go to Revelation chapter 20, verse 12. And I saw the dead great and small standing before the throne and books with an S were opened. And then another book singular was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. Okay, so what do we have here? There is a book called the book of life. That is the book that has your name written in it when you’re born again and says you are a child of God. Your name is written down in the book of life. So that’s the list of the names of all the people born again. And you better have your name written in that book. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Keys to Breakthrough Part 2, Releasing the Angels.
