CHRYSANDRA :
Welcome everyone to the callings radio show to all the dreamers. I’m your radio host, Dr. Chrysandra Brunson, founder and CEO of the calling. And it is such an honor to be with all of you today. You know, at the calling, we have realized that so many people are afraid to go after the dreams that God has put inside their hearts because they are afraid to fail. And that is just plain wrong because if God has given you a dream and you’re not living it out, you are wasting it. And we do not want you to live with regrets. That’s why it’s the calling we love to inspire, empower, and equip people to after God’s calling on their lives, to read the best kind of eternal legacy possible to have immediate impact on themselves and their families. We love to do this through so many different avenues, through custom tools, programs, conferences, but especially through this radio show where we bring on world-renowned guests to share how they’re going after their calling today. and how you can do the same and today is no exception we are so honored to be able to have a remarkable guest we also have a celebrity co-host on with us zach ferry zach we’re honored to have you and yes so special and we have the one and only jen boyle jen we’re so honored to have you on the show today Thank you. I’m so grateful to be here. We’re so honored. And this has been a long time coming as well, Jen. And we’re just so honored to be connected to you and just hear how you are continually just changing the world. Can you just share with our listeners a little bit of your leadership roles and the leadership positions that you are now leading right now?
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah. So I have a company called More Lifestyle Management and we add value in all of our clients’ homes just by taking care of them. We kind of set it up like a business and hire all the vendors and organize their house and kind of run it on the back end. But yeah, my team is full of like 28 women and we are just trying to do right by people. It’s been a huge blessing.
CHRYSANDRA :
That is remarkable. And Jen, what is the name of your company?
JEN BOYLE :
It’s called More Lifestyle Management.
CHRYSANDRA :
Okay. We love that. We love that. And Jen, how did you, so just take us into the story of how you started this company and the details behind it.
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, so I think it’s a few different things. I think we’re always guided in different chapters in our life. So I know growing up, my mom quit her job because my dad was out of control running his business. So I saw with him how to run a business. And then with my mom, I saw her kind of do the give and take and go run the household and really raise us. So it gave me a really good foundation on how to have a successful relationship, but how to have a successful home life, too. And to, yes, stay married, to have good kids growing up and whatnot. And then I moved to Denver and I honestly had no idea what I wanted to do. But, yes, I just go with the flow and have faith. And I started meeting people. all these agents and athletes and business owners and executives. And I just started taking all of their cards, not knowing what I wanted to do, but knew it was about who you know in the world to guide you on that path. And one day I was sitting down with this CEO that owns a really big franchising company. And he had a scratch on his wood floor and nobody wanted to fix it because it wasn’t worth the cost of going out there. And it upset me. I was like, this guy loves God. He’s doing right by people. He’s like growing his business and he would provide whatever for someone to come fix this. So I kind of got upset and I was like, why don’t you just give me your credit card and keys and I’m going to run your life. And he was like, yeah, that sounds like a good idea. And then I just then I really saw the need. I saw like, oh, this is a this is a CEO. This is how this household is not running. You know, the steps I need to put in place so people can spend their time wisely, whether it’s with their family, growing their company, having a vacation, having a date night. I can take care of everything in between.
CHRYSANDRA :
I think Zach and I both, we’re both like, we both need that. And so many people do. And just some of the people that you’re referring to, tell us one of your most favorite stories of being able to come in and you and your company being able to help them out and maybe the worst of circumstances.
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, I don’t know if I have a specific story because I just think it’s so beautiful. I don’t care what level you’re at or who you are in life. What it comes down to is we’re all people. So we all have like the same struggles. They’re just on different levels. So for me to come in and be intuitive and really read the room and understand what we need because, hi, I need the same things. I’m a human too. So I know where my time is spent or not spent or where I need to spend more time on it. So I can go in and really figure that out for people. But I can say my number one thing that I have felt Oh, so blessed to hear is like when our clients are like, you saved our marriage, like you like we wouldn’t like we wouldn’t still be be together if we didn’t have you someone that we could count on to take care of like those day to day things like you allowed us to have the vacations, the date nights or whatever. So that is my biggest like thing that.
CHRYSANDRA :
That touches my heart, I guess. Yes, that is. Well, I think that’s one of the biggest gifts to the world is being our best, the best versions of ourselves. But oftentimes it’s just polluted with so many unnecessary details that. If we don’t have the right team behind us or with us, then we start drowning. And so that’s such a gift. That’s such a gift, Jen. So in the beginning of starting this, was there a hiccup or a challenge in beginning to start the company or how did it start flowing together piece by piece?
JEN BOYLE :
I mean, there’s hiccups all day, every day. Welcome to being an entrepreneur. Yes. But you shift. But I think I grew up with team sports, so I wasn’t ever afraid to delegate or to lean on people, but I had to really realize that If someone… is doing it at 80 90 that is good enough like that is good because no one’s gonna be a hundred percent me and i think that’s where i was really stressed out in the beginning is like no this is how you fold underwear this is how you do this like i want this perfect or you know here’s this is this is what i expect a handyman’s finished job to to be like my expectations are are perfection I had to learn to let go a little bit and let, let God, if I trained somebody well enough that they would use their intuition and they would do a good enough job. That’s probably my biggest hiccup.
CHRYSANDRA :
That’s a good word right there for all the entrepreneurs out there.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yes. Yes. I think that that is, it is really hard to delegate and to know that, they’re not going to be no one’s the same person so everyone’s going to handle the different tasks differently in different seasons but that’s such great wisdom for us to be able to put in our pockets jen and so what kind of athlete were you um growing up
JEN BOYLE :
Um, well, I’m little, okay, I’m 5’5″, little, but, you know, my whole family was in basketball, so I thought I was, like, going to be this awesome basketball player, please. You were. You were in basketball. Oh, yeah. I played traveling basketball, you know, in my tomboy stage and softball, but then I played golf. Like, I just played sports, but basketball is definitely, like, in my family, so…
CHRYSANDRA :
Those fours. Hey, Michael Jordan, I think we all had, we wanted to be like him at some point, right?
JEN BOYLE :
Yes. It gave me a good foundation.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yes, yes. Well, Jen, so on this journey of just being able to continue to grow, tell us about a circumstance that you had to overcome in order to go after this company and this dream, because you guys have been in existence for quite a while now.
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, 12 years. Wow. So there’s not, there’s, again, with like being an entrepreneur or owning a business, I don’t think there’s ever one thing that I could like say this stood out to me. I can say it’s a daily struggle because I think everything is up here. Everything is up here in life. So I think it’s a daily thing to say, No, I’m not. I’m not choosing that. I’m going to choose positivity. I’m going to choose. I’ve got this. I’m not going to go with fear ever. So I think it’s like me being aware enough of what’s going on in my life, what’s going on in my business to choose. The positive, the not fear, the, you know, having the faith and going forward. And honestly, that could happen. That could happen on this call. That could happen. But it’s like hurrying up and shifting that that thought process to a different one every day.
CHRYSANDRA :
And you surrounded yourself with so many different, I mean, a pretty phenomenal group of people and these different leadership, you know, world leaders and that mindset piece that you were just referencing is paramount. What have been those key things that you’ve seen for people to regulate their minds and to be able to have that focus, the clarity without it being overcome with fear or anxiety? Has there been tools or tips that you have been able to personalize?
JEN BOYLE :
I think it’s so different for everyone. Um, you know, we all have our ways to get through things, but the more you surround yourself with business owners, with leaders, whatever, they all have this type of mentality, right? They choose greatness. They choose to have faith. They choose to keep going. So you have to continue to be around those people. But but everyone’s different. Some people choose meditation like not going to work for me, not a calm, meditated type person. So I need to have my run every day like I need it. and then I just need to catch myself like having a negative thought here and there. But I think if you are on that flow, if you’re on that journey, like every time you talk to somebody, you can catch them. Like, I think that’s some of my biggest value is like, if one of my team members is like, oh, we had to do this, this, and this, or a vendor, like, you know, the realtors right now are not having the best time in their life. But if they talk to me and they’re down, it’s like, okay, well, what if? Like, I just try to have them switch mind frames a little bit with the

CHRYSANDRA :
We are back. Thank you for listening to all the dreamers radio show. We are so honored to be here with Jen Boyle and Jen, you are just sharing just these incredible tips and tools for how you’ve been able to see clients of yours be able to, and yourself to be able to take in that situation of mindset shifts. And you’re just saying, what if, so what do you tell people?
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, just what if there’s always another option in life? So I just think it’s changing that mind frame and going from this is this is the way to what if there’s another way?
CHRYSANDRA :
I love that. I love that. And I think that that it’s a release of the stress of all those situations. Jen, what are the top issues that you see with your clients of just managing their time and ways that you would suggest for people to do the same in their lives?
JEN BOYLE :
So I think with my business, like no one has really ever looked at the household like a business. So I think if I can communicate well with somebody who understands that business, my friend, and that could be an athlete. You have to live your life the same way if you’re an athlete because you actually are a business yourself. Yeah. But it’s talking to people and saying, okay, well, do you have an executive? Do you have a COO? Do you have all of these people in place? Like that needs to correlate at the home front. Okay, are you buying your groceries? Are you doing your own laundry? Well, again, what if you weren’t doing that? Where could you spend your time? Could you have better sleep? Could you have more physical therapy? Could you, yeah, have a date night, whatever it is. So it’s saying, what do you value? What do you like doing? What are you good at doing? And then getting rid of the rest of the stuff. And I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in if I didn’t do it myself. There’s no chance. I myself go get my groceries. That does nothing for me. I hate it. And it is a time. So it’s like, I would rather be going out with my friends or doing something.
CHRYSANDRA :
So your question, I was reading your website and says you’re in the business of yes is always the correct answer. What’s the weirdest? Yes. In your career that you’ve given. Almost strange, right?
JEN BOYLE :
It’s so difficult because, again, we’re dealing with people. So the requests are crazy. We want to hear it. We want to hear it.
CHRYSANDRA :
Sorry to put you on the spot.
JEN BOYLE :
Remember how many NDAs I sign? Oh, yeah, let’s do it.
CHRYSANDRA :
We’re not making any names here.
JEN BOYLE :
I don’t know. The request, like, every day is something different because people know that we’ve pulled off miracles for them. Like, I have clients from nine, ten years ago, and I’m like, why did we do such a good job? Why have we moved that client nine times now so they think that the day before they can ask for us to move them? I’m just like… Or a dinner party like, yeah, the day before. Oh, we’re going to have 50 guests over. And yeah, we need you to get the cater and blah, blah, blah. Whatever. Like, thank God we’ve made contacts and we can make it happen. But that’s it. See why I run? That’s a level of stress that I just got to get out.
CHRYSANDRA :
You need to be chased. Yeah.
JEN BOYLE :
And honestly, it’s hard because again, when, when you are working with CEO CEOs and people that have that determination kind of mind frame, they live on a go, go, go mentality. So they don’t even realize that, Ooh, I’m going to ask for a miracle here. They just know it’s going to get done. So it’s hard to. That’s why you’re the best of the best. Yeah. Oh, it’s hard. It’s hard.
CHRYSANDRA :
You guys are based in Colorado, but have a national influence. Yep.
JEN BOYLE :
Yes. We’re in a lot of other cities now.
CHRYSANDRA :
Okay. Okay. And so what is on the horizon, Jen, for you guys? Just what are your dreams and hopes for this upcoming year? Yeah, season and year.
JEN BOYLE :
I want to become a better leader. I know when I’m stressed out. So I know that I need to bring on more team members, not just employees, not just executives and home managers, but I need to bring in um the daily stuff so i can just continue to grow i know this is what i’m good at i know i’m good at like getting more clients so i just i need to kind of what i’ve built hone in on being a leader and just own the company and get more clients um and that just takes more people more people um managing yeah all of our other cities the the miami the dallas the chicago so you know right now a lot is coming to me so i just need to be a better leader and and grow
CHRYSANDRA :
Oh, well, we know that this is a blossoming season and see that in such a huge way. Who would you say would be your ideal client for those that are tuning in that them themselves would be one or they know of someone that could be?
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, honestly, it’s just someone that needs more time. So it could be a busy family. It could be a single person. Yeah, a CEO, an executive. It doesn’t really matter. It’s just somebody understanding where they should focus their time at.
CHRYSANDRA :
I love that. And Jen, what does your daily family life look like?
JEN BOYLE :
Mine? Yeah. or my client.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yours, yours. We want to know what you what you love to do and yeah and just be able because we know that when you’re going after your dreams and calling there’s so many times where uh you know it’s all outlets that we’re living are calling not just in our quote-unquote job title but as a family member and uh just citizen so we love so we love hearing that you love starting your day with a run Is that right?
JEN BOYLE :
Yep.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yep.
JEN BOYLE :
And a lot of coffee.
CHRYSANDRA :
We love that.
JEN BOYLE :
But then, yeah, it’s just really running my business and going to every sports game possible to support all of my clients. But then again, my family’s in sports, so then I have to go to more sports because of my family. And then, yeah, I mean, my brother lives here, my aunt, uncle, like everyone lives here in Colorado, my parents. keeps me here a lot but me you know I take care of everybody else but forgot I kind of forgot to you know find a man along the way but that’ll come
CHRYSANDRA :
and i’m with you i’m with you we can be on the journey together yes well we know that your prince charming is coming quickly and he’s gonna be so happy that i mean he’s gonna win the jackpot with you likewise you too thank you well and going after your dreams and calling What would be your tip for someone that’s afraid to go after their calling and they don’t know, they just don’t know how to go after it. They have that deep down dream, but yeah, and they just, they buried it. What would you tell them to do?
JEN BOYLE :
Unbury it. I don’t know, don’t have fear in life. The worst thing is that you can fail, but big deal, like big deal, like onto the next one, like you can try.
CHRYSANDRA :
One more time, that’s huge, just what you just said.
CHRYSANDRA :
Well, you said that you could fail, but big deal if you do fail.
JEN BOYLE :
Yeah, it’s just not a big deal. I think we are so, you know, focused on ourselves and like how other people look at us or judge us. But like, who cares? We’re putting that pressure on ourself. And that’s fine. You need a level of pressure on yourself to be great. The amount of pressure I put on myself is outrageous. But when it comes down to it, Only you are putting that on you. The world isn’t putting that on you. Nobody else is putting that on you. So, like, get over yourself. Get on to the next thing.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yeah. Yeah. Well, I think you’ve been able to make so many people’s dreams come true every day. These miracle moments.
CHRYSANDRA :
Body man of a dreamer here.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yeah. Yeah. Fearless. And, you know, just being able to do that. When someone does ask you, I think, Jen, real quick, just for people to know, how have you been able to not only hear these fearless requests of these miracles, but also ask them of others to make them come to be? What would you say is the secret sauce to that just with relationships and being able to be a miracle worker and God, you know, being God’s miracle worker?
JEN BOYLE :
Well, you have to bring on the right people. You have to bring, whether they’re clients or your team or your friends, you have to surround yourself with like-minded people. can’t have too many people around me that aren’t thinking positively or aren’t thinking the what ifs or faith wise. So you have to bring that around you. And to me, it was my foundation, my faith, everything that kind of brought me to this. And now it’s like, that’s the only choice I want. I won’t think differently.
CHRYSANDRA :
Yes. Yes. Well, that’s huge. And I think that all of us need to make a, you know, examine who we are surrounding ourselves with and to ensure that it is people fueling our, our God-given dreams. And you’re such a perfect example of that, Jen. And we’re coming up towards the end of our show. How can people get in touch with you and your company and, and be a part of this movement? Cause I, I think, you know, Zach and I were like, sign us up immediately. We want to be part of this, but we also know people that need this.
CHRYSANDRA :
We didn’t know you existed. This is like a unicorn we just discovered, Eric.
JEN BOYLE :
