Good morning, welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue sharing with you the message I’ve been sharing with you in the last couple of broadcasts that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called True Value, in which we are studying what is precious to God and what is precious to you. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message, True Value. The kingdom of God is the system, laws, and ways, and methods of God. That’s the kingdom of God. So in Matthew 13, verses 44 to 46, the kingdom of heaven is like what? Treasure. We’re talking about what’s precious. What does God call precious? A treasure. And he said the kingdom, Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is treasure. Hidden treasure. See, it’s not for everybody. It’s not just laying on the ground on the surface, sticking up like a rock out of the ground for you to trip over like a stump that you just trip over when you walk along blind. No, you got to dig in and look for it. It’s hidden. It’s treasure, but it’s hidden. You got to seek it. And when a man found it, he hid it again. And then his joy went and sold all he had and bought the field. So he got the kingdom of God. He said, this is the kingdom of heaven, the kingdom of God. It’s got so much worth and value. You can sell everything to get it. Seek it, pursue it above all things. Again, verse 45, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. And you know, I’ve used this and I’ve heard other people use it like we are the pearl of great price. We are pearls. Yes, we are. But this is actually saying the kingdom of heaven is a pearl. The kingdom of heaven, the kingdom of God, kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven, one in the same. The kingdom of heaven or the kingdom of God is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. It is a pearl. The kingdom of God is a pearl. And when he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. This shows us that the kingdom of God is precious. Matthew 6 verses 19 to 21. Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. And of course we know that does not mean you don’t have a savings account. Does not mean you don’t have a retirement account. Does not mean you can’t even have investments. It’s not what it’s talking. It’s your treasure. What is most valuable to you? Don’t consider your savings account. your retirement account, your investments to be your treasure. It’s just stuff. Don’t make it your treasure. Yeah, go ahead and have savings account, retirement account investments, but that is not to be what you consider to be a treasure. That’s not your treasure. Verse 20, but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is there, your heart will be also. So what you need, and this is the point of the whole lesson, is you count as treasure what God calls treasure. God does not call money treasure. Most people do. They’ve got 10,000, a million or 10 million in the bank. That’s their treasure. It shouldn’t be your treasure, not considered a treasure to you because it’s not a treasure to God. What’s a treasure to God is people, his children, his kingdom, his purposes and plans being fulfilled, his will fulfilled. Jesus, his blood, his sacrifice. We are to count as treasures what God counts as treasures and put our value on those things more than on the natural things. Because, you know, things can come and things can go. We’ve all experienced it. But guess what? If your heart’s in those things, you will feel very hurt and lost and broken and maybe hopeless and despairing. if they get ripped away, if there’s an economic crash and the bank closes and you don’t have any retirement anymore. I mean, some years ago, the 401k system crashed. People lost their 401k and that’s what they had put their trust in for their retirement. Well, it’s too bad you put your trust there because if you put your trust in God, you’re not shaken. even when the bank shakes and collapses. So if we keep our trust in God, he will provide for us through ups and downs of economy, the economy, ups and downs, the peaks, the booms and the recessions. God will keep us provided for in all situations. And there are people prophesying doom and gloom in the future. That everything, I mean, of course, we know that things are going to happen during the tribulation. Personally, I believe confidently in a pre-tribulation rapture. We’re not going to be here in the tribulation. And that’s when most of the bad stuff is going to happen. But there can be some bad stuff and will be between now and then. But people are talking about having to eat insects and there will be no food. The shelves will all be bare. God flew in birds and dropped manna for the Israelites for 40 years. He’ll do it for me. He fed Elijah with ravens. He’ll do it for me. And you have to believe he’ll do it for you. Even if you go to every store, Walmart, King Soopers, Safeway, Sam’s, Costco, and every shelf is bare. Are you going to panic or be fearful? Most people will. But we just go home and say, okay, God, fly it in. He can fly it in. It’ll be at your doorstep. And I’ve heard so many testimonies of food showing up on doorsteps that I believe it will happen. And I believe and trust God for me. I mean, I lived, I’ve traveled the world as a missionary by faith.

I did not have a big organization sending me. And I bought ticket by ticket by ticket by faith. Went to city after city, country after country, 19 countries in 12 years by faith. And trusted God every way for direction, for protection. I had supernatural protection, supernatural provision when it was needed. I’ll back up. And one of the first places I went, third country I went the first year, Papua New Guinea. Went to Mount Haagen up in the mountains, village there. And I was teaching faith in the Bible school, grass thatch building. And my room was thatch holes in the wall through the thatch. The wind blew in at night and we were in the mountains. It was cool. Had to layer on blankets, no electricity. And I’m teaching faith and God providing. Well, the host and hostess that I was living with the pastor and his wife, uh, The wife, listening to the teaching in the classroom, went into the house. Well, they had some electricity wired into certain parts. They had a refrigerator and it was wired with electricity. And she opened it and needed something. She said, okay, God, we need fish for cherry and we need chicken for cherry. Guess what? That afternoon, knock, knock, knock, knock, knock on the door. And she opened the door and somebody’s down there with a whole fish, not cut up and sliced and packaged, just a whole fish dead. And said, my boss came into work today with a whole bunch of fish and told everybody to take some. And I wasn’t going to take any because I didn’t need any. But the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, bring this to cherry, brought a fish to the door. Same thing with chicken. Somebody came later, knock, knock, knock. The Lord said to bring this chicken to Cherry. And the pastor’s wife had said, God, we need chicken for Cherry. We need fish for Cherry. Knock, knock, knock. Brought it to the door. I know it’ll happen, even if shelves are bare. At my house, knock, knock, knock. Here, Cherry, some chicken. It’ll be the same. God will do it again. You need to have the same faith. We do not put our trust in the economy. You know, even a year or two ago, the ships couldn’t get through and there was so much shortage of things in the stores because they couldn’t get delivered. Their transport was blocked and there was a real shortage of things. I didn’t have shortage always more than enough. And I’m sure every one of you can say the same if you’re a believer. Because God does that for his kids. But I’m just saying no matter what happens in the future. Don’t have your confidence in the bank accounts. In the retirements. In the investments. Or in the stores that you rely on. Walmart and Safeway and King Soopers. They could all be gone. But you will still have your source. God. Amen. Okay. All right. Matthew 6, 22 to 23. The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. And there are different interpretations of applications of that. I mean, people say, what does that refer to? If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. But today when I was studying and preparing, the Lord was showing me, what is your vision? What is your focus? Okay. What is your dream? What is your purpose? What is your purpose in life? What is your vision? What is your dream? That is where your eyes are. That is what you are focused on. And so that’s your eyes. If your eyes are good, what you’re focused on is good. It will produce light and life in your body and in your life. If your eyes are bad, or if you’re focused on the natural, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness? No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. Verse 25. Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life. That’s what I’ve been talking about. What you will eat or drink or about your body, what you will wear is not life more important than food and the body more important than clothes. Look at the birds of the air. So every time you wonder about where am I going to get food? Look at the birds. They’ve got food. Are you not more valuable than they are? Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap or store away in barns like people do. And yet your heavenly father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow? They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon and all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, it’s gone. Then will he not much more clothe you? Oh, you have little faith. So do not worry saying, what shall we eat or what shall we drink or what shall we wear? For the pagans run after all these things. The godless people run after all these things. And your heavenly father knows. He knows what you need. But seek, everybody say it with me. Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, which is his right ways. And all these things will be given to you as well. What is precious? The kingdom of God. Seek it first before the food, the clothes, the retirement. Seek the kingdom. And when you seek that first, your food, clothes, and retirement will be taken care of. Seek God first. Seek his kingdom first. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called True Value, in which we are studying what is precious to God and what is precious to you. And we will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow and remember God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
