Looking for a meaningful and energizing way to begin your Wednesdays? You’re invited to join our weekly fitness class led by Rachel Bond, starting Wednesday June 11th from 7:30–8:30 AM at Faith Church out on the Plaza.
This class is open to men and women ages 16+ and is designed for all fitness levels. Workouts use just body weight, so all you need is yourself and a yoga mat or towel.
In addition to movement, each session includes a devotional and time for prayer, offering space to strengthen not just your body, but also your heart and spirit.
