SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue sharing with you a message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called The Story of the Glory. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message, The Story of the Glory. It says he blessed them. What did he do? He released multiplication, anointing, multiply in those loaves of bread and fish multiplied. So it is a multiplying, increasing anointing to just keep expanding and expanding and increasing until they fill the whole earth. Man lost that. And the blessing became the curse. And in Genesis three, the curse of sin and death came. And then by toil and the sweat of your brow, you will dig out of the thorns and find something to eat. So the blessing became the curse. And the number four, I want to focus on this real quickly, is the fourth thing God gave man was the glory, his own glory, his own glory. And that’s where we had read that he saw he was naked. Was man naked completely when God created him? No, everything God created was clothed from the inside out. Bears were clothed with fur. Fish are clothed with scales. Birds are clothed with feathers. man could not have been made naked because nothing was made incomplete so if you were to look at God God said let us make man in our image in our likeness what is God clothed in the glory God is clothed in glory God is robed in glory what is glory glory is light life and power it is the light of God it is the life of God life is light when you know science without light there is no life So light and life and power. So the manifestation of his power is the manifestation of his glory. The parting of the Red Sea was the manifestation of his glory. The raising of Lazarus from the dead. Jesus said, today you will see the glory. It’s the manifestation of power. Light, life and power. That is the glory of God. God is robed and clothed in glory. And God had made man in his own image. And the life of God was in the man. Well, then also the light of God was in the man. And so the glory of God was in the man. Man and God looked alike. And man walked around in the same glory that God did. Man walked around in the same glory that God did until he sinned and the lights went out. And the glory departed. Ichabod, the glory departed. And he saw he was naked. Why? Because the light was gone. The glory departed. He was naked, then stripped. And at that point, light became darkness. Life became death. The blessing became the curse. Love became hate. Faith became fear. It says he was filled with fear and he hid from God. So the light was gone and he saw he was naked. That was the first time he ever saw his body. It was the first time he ever saw his body because he had been clothed in as much light and glory as God himself. So he lost the glory. So the four things, the position, high rank, and then the authority God gave to man to rule over the earth, he lost that, and Satan became God of the world. And then the blessing God gave to man in verse 28, and it turned into the curse. And then the glory of God that God had robed man with, and if you go back to Psalm 8, 5, and crowned him with glory and honor. You made man a little lower than God and crowned him with glory. Right there it says it. Psalm 8, 5. You crowned him with glory. So in creation, God had clothed man in glory. And he lost it. Ichabod, the glory, departed. So what is the story of the glory? It’s actually the full cycle of story of redemption. Man died. was given position authority blessing and glory he fell fell fell below the angels the fallen angels the animals he lost his position he lost his authority the blessing reversed into a curse and the glory departed and he saw he was naked and he was in darkness And fast forward in time, all the way forward, 4,000 years later, Christ came. Christ came and redeemed us so that we would be delivered and that we would be raised up again. And the first thing God said, Ephesians chapter two, verse six, and God raised us up and seated us together with Christ in the heavenly places. So where we had fallen way down there to a low position in Ephesians two, six, it says, and God has raised us up together with Christ and seated us together with him in the heavenly realms. And I want to point out something seated us with him. We actually have a higher position than Adam because Adam was made a little lower. Then God, we are seated with Christ in the heavenly places. So we actually are seated with Christ because we are the body of Christ. So we are one with him. We are seated with Christ. We have high rank and position restored to us. Glory to God. And then as I taught on the series of authority of the believer, then God restored the authority back. Jesus said, all authority in heaven on earth has been given to me. And now I give you authority back. to trample on sticks and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. Whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven. Whatever you lose on earth. So we’ve been given authority back. Our authority to rule over the earth is given. And number three, then that blessing, the blessing. And we’ve been talking, we’ve talked some about the blessing and how the blessing came back. When I was teaching on healing, that we are redeemed from the curse. Galatians 3, 13 and 14. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us so that the blessing given to Abraham would come on the Gentiles. We have been given the blessing back. The blessing, which is the anointing to increase and multiply, is back on us again. We have authority and blessing. Boy, combine those and see what you can do. Authority and blessing. Powerful. And then last, I want to show you that we have been given the glory back. We have been given the glory again. And I want to show you these scriptures. In Romans 9, 23 and 24. What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy whom he prepared in advance for glory, even us. We are prepared in advance for glory, even us. And 2 Corinthians 3, 18. I love this scripture. And we who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory. So there’s the reflection of his glory coming out of us again, just like Adam. We reflect the Lord’s glory. Second Corinthians 318 are being transformed into his likeness. There it is again, likeness, just like Genesis 1, 26. Being transformed into his likeness from glory to glory. Boy, we are being transformed because what? We have the old fallen body. Our spirit is made new, but our mind has to be renewed and our body is still the old one. So we have to be changed into his likeness from glory to glory again. which comes from the Lord, who is a spirit ever increasing glory. So we are being changed into his likeness again, to be like him, to look like him in his likeness. Hallelujah. And then Hebrews two 10, he’s bringing many sons to glory, many sons to glory. And then last scripture, first Corinthians two seven, first Corinthians two seven. I’m going to read this in the amplified Bible because I like the amplified on it, but rather what we are setting forth is a wisdom of God. Once hidden from the human understanding, now revealed to us. Hallelujah. Wisdom from God, once hidden, now revealed to us by God. That wisdom which God devised and planned and decreed before the ages. For our glorification to lift us into the glory of his presence. For our glorification to lift us into the glory of his presence. So we are being changed and transformed into his likeness. from glory to glory to lift us into his presence for our glorification, that we would again be restored to that glory that we had before the fall. So that is the story of the glory. Man was created in God’s image, clothed in God’s glory, given authority and dominion to rule, blessed to multiply, and man fell and he lost it all. But Christ has come to bring us back and seat us with him again. Give us that position back. And then he has given us his authority in his name. And he has given us the blessing to increase and multiply. And then to lift us back into his glory as we are being changed from glory to glory. Our purpose is glorification. It is bringing many sons. He’s bringing many sons to glory. And when we are in Christ. Actually, spiritually, we are already seated there with him. We are already having authority. We are already blessed and we are already glorified. Hallelujah. In the natural, we still have the natural body to deal with, but spiritually we are there. That is our place in Christ. Hallelujah. Glory to God. And that’s the story of the glory. Praise the Lord. Father God, we praise you. Hallelujah. Lord, we just thank you. And you put that mobile in the sky full of stars and moon and galaxies for us to look up to. Because why? Because of man. The angel said, what is this man that you’re so mindful of him? Lord, you did it for us. You put the grass and the flowers and the trees here. You put the horses and the deer here for us. And then you put us here too. Be filled with your glory. We thank you, Father, for all that you have done. It is your purpose that we should be your sons and daughters in Christ. There is neither male nor female. But we would be seated with you in heavenly places, ruling and reigning with you from this moment and every moment. We thank you. And you have given us authority. You’ve given us blessing. And you’ve given us your glory back. We thank you, Lord, for your glory. The glorious baptism. The glory is back. Hallelujah. We praise you, Father, and give you all the glory and honor. Lord, you deserve all the glory in Jesus’ name. And everyone said, Amen. Amen.
