If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. And it’s never compassionate nor altruistic to take other people’s stuff, whether or not it’s their rights, their property, freedom, livelihood, opportunity, childhoods or lives via force. Force obviously can be a weapon, but it can also be policy, unpredictable and excessive taxation, fear, coercion, government induced inflation. on the agenda of the World Economic Forum and the globalist elites, and make sure that you connect the dot that the head of the World Economic Forum now is also the head of BlackRock, who is Larry Fink. So whenever we see BlackRock, just know that that is being played out, the agenda of the World Economic Forum, which a few years ago one of the members said, by 2030, we will own nothing and be happy about it. And with excessive taxation and these policies, this affordable housing, eminent domain, all of these things are taking property. And if they continue this, they will get to that goal that we will own nothing. But I don’t think we’ll be very happy about it. And so just to stay tuned as we go through and and look at these issues, we have to reclaim liberty here in our country. There are so many that have put on the uniform to protect our liberty, and that commitment cannot be in vain. Right now we see communism is not only knocking at the door, it is at the door here in America. And even though we’re all whacked out about Mondami, who is said he’s a Democrat, says Democratic socialist. I love the word, the fact that he used Democratic, actually Democratic justice can also be mob rule. But we have same kind of politicians here in Colorado, and those policies are being pushed in many of our municipalities and our counties. And so, yes, we’re concerned about Mandani being openly a democratic socialist, but we’ve got that right here in the Colorado State Legislature and also on these city councils. And so we’ve got much work to do. in reclaiming our country we we are in our 1775 moment and uh i i really do believe that we are in the third founding of our country so remember remember my friends when you’re talking with your your kids as they’re coming back from college and getting together with family first of all you want to have reasoned conversations and that means that you need to do the research and know what you’re talking about and we really hope that the kim monson show helps you do that But you can easily say if something’s a good idea, you should not have to use force to implement it. And then you can talk about these different kinds of force that we talk about on a regular basis on the show. And as you know, we focus on the issues. We’ll mention the people. But we work diligently to try to stay out of the personality fighting here. So first thing, our word of the day. Let’s get over to that. And it is comport. It’s C-O-M-P-O-R-T. And it’s an intransitive verb. And it means to conduct or behave oneself in a particular manner. Number two, to agree, correspond, or harmonize. And let me go back. They did give us some examples from the American Heritage Dictionary. It says comport yourself with dignity. Number two, to agree, correspond, or harmonize. So this says a foreign policy that comports with the principles of democracy. And number three definition could be to bear or endure, to put up with. It says to comport with an injury. And so that is our word of the day. Before we get into talking about Veterans Day, it looks like the shutdown has finally gotten to an agreement to end the nation’s longest government shutdown. This is from Newsmax. And it says that on Monday, the Senate voted to pass the new bipartisan continuing resolution to end the 41-day shutdown and reopen the government. The Senate voted 60 to 40 to approve a funding measure that keeps military construction, Veterans Affairs, the Department of Agriculture, and the legislative branch funded through September 30, 2026, while extending funding for the rest of the government through January 30. After the vote, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Republican, South Dakota, thanked unpaid staff and Capitol police who stood near him on the floor. He said he realized the strain had been immense for six excruciating weeks. And he says, I’m very happy. It says the measure now goes to the House for approval before it reaches the desk of President Trump. And Speaker Mike Johnson said the voting will begin tomorrow, which is Wednesday. And Trump said Monday he would support the Senate agreement to end the government shutdown. And he called it a very good deal that he would abide by. And apparently the radical activist Democrats that were holding out on reopening the government, it was all about Obamacare. And we really need to repeal Obamacare. And of course, the narrative out there was that they wanted affordable health care for Americans. But let’s connect the dots, my friends. Since Obamacare was passed, health insurance premiums have gone up and up and up. And so they say one thing. The reality is something different. So it’ll be interesting to see how this continues to play out. So this was a headline from yesterday. And this was from let me just let’s see who it was from KDVR. It says Colorado politicians react to the proposed deal to open the government. Now, I find it, first of all, super interesting that they only included one Republican. And because we have two Democrat senators and we have four Democrat representatives and four Republicans. So but this is Senator Michael Bennett, who’s running for governor. He said instead of bringing forward a plan to extend health care premium tax credits, which again, that’s not how we should be reducing the cost of health care. Then it goes on to say President Trump and Washington Republicans have chosen once again to make it harder for everyday Americans to buy health care for themselves and their families. As a result, I will vote no on their funding proposal. The actual opposite has happened with Obamacare, but that is his message. Hickenlooper, Senator Hickenlooper said, Coloradans want lower costs and affordable health care. Today’s bills fail to address skyrocketing health care premiums caused by the Republican big bad bill. So I voted no. So again, look how they are couching this to try to blame the higher and higher health care premiums on Republicans, when in fact it was Obamacare that did that. And Obamacare had all kinds of force in it. Then next we had Phil Weiser, who’s running for let’s go back a little bit. Here we go. Let’s see. OK, so then next they quoted and this is KDVR. So, again, there’s only one Republican that is quoted in this whole thing. And it says Representative Gabe Evans said Democrats are practicing the politics of pain on the American people. Federal law enforcement, air traffic control and other federal employees are working tirelessly without pay. Millions across the U.S. are suffering. But remember, this was their leverage. Then they also quoted Representative Jason Crow, Representative Joe Neguse, Representative Brittany Pedersen and Colorado Attorney General and candidate for Governor Phil Weiser. So that’s the big news. But today is Veterans Day. And in World War One, known at the time as the Great War, this is from the Department of VA, says officially ended when the Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28th. 1919 in the Palace of Versailles outside the town of Versailles, France. However, fighting ceased seven months earlier when an armistice or temporary secession of hostilities between the Allied nations and Germany went into effect on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. For that reason, November 11, 1918 is generally regarded as the end of the war to end all wars. Well, human nature gets into the mix, and that was not the last war, unfortunately. Veterans Day continues to be observed on November 11, regardless of what day of the week it is. The restoration of the observance of Western State in November 11th not only preserves the historical significance of the day, but helps focus attention on the important purpose of the day. It’s a celebration to honor America’s veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. And eventually, the official, I think it was 19, this was one of the questions at one of the events that I was at, but it was not until the 70s did the, was it official in all 50 states that November 11 would be Veterans Day. And back in… When they were when Congress, when they were trying to make three day holidays, which this is pretty interesting, says the uniform holiday bill was signed on June 28, 1968, was intended to ensure three day weekends for federal employees by celebrating four national holidays on Mondays, Washington’s birthday, Memorial Day, Veterans Day and Columbus Day. It was thought that these extended weekends would encourage travel, recreational and cultural activities, and stimulate greater industrial and commercial production. Anyway, there were many veterans groups that got together and said, no, we would really like to have Veterans Day on November 11th. And so that is why we get to November 11th as Veterans Day. So today, a couple of things that you could do to say thank you to veterans is to contribute to the two nonprofits that I support on a regular basis on the show. Well, thank you. It’s great being with you, as always. There is always a lot to talk about, too.

Well, there is, and I was talking a little bit about the… It looks like the government’s going to get opened, and the radical activists that have taken over the Democrat Party were holding out for, it looks like, tax incentives regarding… that health care because health care costs have gone up or health insurance costs health care insurance costs have gone up significantly but jenny one of our great listeners said don’t forget to connect the dots and mention that polis voted for obamacare and at the same time we are now in investing in healthcare tourism here in Colorado. So Paula says that he’s concerned about affordability, but that unaffordability is laid at his feet. So that’s from Jenny. So let’s jump in here with election results from your Lundberg report, Kevin. It was a tough night for Lundberg for people that would like smaller government. And it was a big night for those that want more and more control of our lives. So what’s your thoughts on all this?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, pretty much you captured it. A couple of bright spots here and there. But let me point one thing out just to add emphasis to what you just said about Polis. Because I remember I ran against Polis when he was in Congress back in 2012. And this is back when Obamacare was right up front as one of the big issues. And I remember the very first time I debated him. He said, point blank, he said, I helped write Obamacare. So he needs to own that one lock, stock and barrel, because that’s what he claimed back then was occurring. And I have no doubt that he, you know, got into some of the details on that and And sure enough, yeah, Obamacare is part of the problem we have. And, you know, it’s deeper than just Obamacare, though. It’s the whole government underwriting of medical costs, which hasn’t lowered costs. It’s actually increased costs. Right. And, you know, that’s a good lesson of… what they’re trying to continue to push at us. It kind of reminds me of what happened in New York City, where costs are just out of control in that state, in that city, in that state, too, kind of like Colorado as far as the state goes nowadays. But the irony is those who are so much affected by the high cost of living somehow think the government can can cure those problems. And, you know, we call it socialism or you can just call it flat out communism because that’s about what they’re trying to put in place nowadays. But it doesn’t work. It’s never worked. You know, I’m reminded of I think it was Margaret Thatcher who was credited with the word of the problem with socialism is you eventually run out of somebody else’s money. Because you can’t do it efficiently.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, that’s happening here in Colorado. So Kevin Lundberg, Dr. Jill Vecchio, how I met her, again, back about 2011, 2012, when all that Obamacare was being debated, she was out on the stump explaining Obamacare is really socialized medicine. And what happened, she says, when government gets involved, and it’s not just with health care, we can see it across the board, Costs go up, quality goes down, and supply becomes limited. And I think Milton Friedman was credited with saying, if you put the government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in five years there will be no sand.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, I mean, that’s a bit of a joke, but it’s a very cruel one because it’s very true. The government is not efficient. The government doesn’t produce things. The government… moves things around and actually complicates things. And, of course, as government grows, liberty diminishes. So, you know, this is all the opposite direction. And let’s get back to the elections, because somehow the marketing of all of this was successful. In Colorado, both of the big – spending initiatives, what is it, NM and LL, I think it was, or NM?
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, NL, right, right.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, they passed. I live in Larimer County. They had two sales tax, county sales tax issues before us, and one of them failed, and one of them passed. And if you actually understand some of the – broke it down by areas of the county. And the bottom line is Fort Collins overwhelmingly supported both majors, but the rest of the county wasn’t quite enough who tried to defeat both. But one of them passed, one of them didn’t. So, yeah, more… More taxes for everybody, really. They spell it out as like the statewide ones. Oh, well, we’re just going to tax the very, very rich. Yeah, it doesn’t work that way. That’s kind of like how income taxes started in this country. They claimed that they were only going to tax those people who were making, I think it was a million dollars or more or something like that, which was just a phenomenal amount back then. And it was a tax of, I think, 1% or 3%. It was fairly minimal. So, Kevin… It’s grown. It always grows.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and because ultimately government… So with this LL and MM, I really think that at some point in time we’ll see that instead of taxing people at $300,000, that benchmark will go down and down and down. And so this is a real challenge for us that loves the American idea and the… And the freedom of the individual. And that is that socialism is based on envy. And so LL and MM really were based on envy. It’s like, oh, yeah, okay, we’ve got this great thing that we’re going to say, healthy school meals for children. And LL and MM were based off of Proposition FF that was passed by the people of Colorado in 2022. And when I did the analysis on that particular bill, there were five new bureaucracies that were created. When you hear the word bureaucracies, you’re going to hear the word bureaucrats. And I don’t know any bureaucrat that works for free. Have you ever seen a bureaucrat that worked for free?
SPEAKER 15 :
No, no, it works the exact opposite. And of course, when it comes down to bureaucracies, um, belt tightening, um, the only way they know how to do that is, is, is to reduce services, but never reduce their own paycheck. I remember when I was in the legislature and we had a real downturn and, um, one of the, um, things that happened was that the real estate market collapsed and real estate agents could no longer find work and half of them literally half of them gave up their their licenses because it just wasn’t working for them so what did the state agency that oversees those licenses do increase the cost doubled the they doubled the price of registering as an agent so that they could keep everybody on staff. But they only had half as many people to work with, you know, half as many agents. But but the bureaucracy continued because, yes, the bureaucracy’s first goal is to maintain themselves. And then maybe they’ve got some government function that they try to accomplish as well. But But it becomes its own little kingdom, and everybody has to preserve that because, of course, they’ve got a job, and they’re going to keep their job. And part of their job is to stick their nose into your business.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and the other thing with this healthy school meals for all children, with all these bureaucrats, they will make sure that they are paid first before there’s any school child that gets a meal. That’s just the way it works. And so that’s unfortunate. Well,
SPEAKER 15 :
It is, and let me also point out that, in my opinion, it’s not the job of the school to feed the kids. It’s moving things around. I was talking to a teacher just a couple of days ago, and it’s a math teacher, and they teach at a charter school. But she started to describe to me all of the different processes and systems that they have to deal with that have nothing to do with math, but have everything to do with managing these students. And, you know, and she’s promoting the fact that it’s just too complicated. Well, creating, you know, a food bank for all the kids is one more of those complications, which I don’t believe belongs in the schools. It didn’t a long time ago when I was there. I mean, yeah, we had a cafeteria and you paid for your food. And frankly, I brought my own food because it was better food than what they could provide.
SPEAKER 03 :
I know. I haven’t heard of one kid that really said that they loved school lunches. And there is already a national, there’s a federal school lunch program. So this is just another tax. A lot of money is going to go to bureaucracies. And the people of Colorado fell for it. So when we come back I’m going to ask former State Senator Kevin Lundberg, what do we do about this? Because we are losing the fabric of our state, our country, when we are voting in socialism. So we’ll continue that discussion. And it’s super important that we talk about these important ideas. And Kevin, you are on the forefront of what we are trying to do in Colorado to reclaim this beautiful state. You and I both have concerns about the election process here in Colorado, the open primary. You have a, with others, have a lawsuit to challenge that. And in fact, you had in your Lumber report had included this legal analysis by Rob Nadelson regarding open primaries. He’s actually going to be our featured guest in our number two. People, there are people that think that Colorado’s lost. What do you say to them?
SPEAKER 15 :
I say we need to keep pushing forward unless you want to lose it all. There are a lot of problems in front of us. Now, that lawsuit you’re talking about, the others are called the Colorado Republican Party because that’s the actual plaintiff that is challenging the open primary, which we have contended is one of the problems we have in our election system is political parties can no longer select their own candidates. and I’m very grateful for Rob Nadelson’s analysis that he put together. He’s a very careful scholar. I’m glad to hear that you got him on in the next hour because he is – Whatever he tackles, he just digs down deep. I understand he used to teach law up in Montana, and now he lives here in Colorado, and he dug down and said, well, let’s figure this out. And in Colorado, it’s not alone, as his article points out, that the state of Texas has a similar lawsuit challenging their open primary system. But that’s just one element of many things that need to be addressed. Back to your original question. The last thing we should do is throw up our hands and say, I can’t deal with this. We must deal with it. It is our responsibility. Yeah, the elections are going south for a whole lot of reasons, one of which is the whole election system is is I think the best term I’d use is bankrupt. Here in Colorado, we have a registration system that is so open-ended that virtually anybody, and maybe people that aren’t even people, are being registered. For sure, our mail-in ballot system sends out ballots to any name and address that’s on the election rolls, or voter registration rolls, I should say. And I know that there are hundreds of thousands of those ballots that don’t have a legitimate voter on the other end and possibly more than hundreds of thousands. But back when they put mail-in ballots in place in 2013, they intentionally took about 300,000 inactive voters out. on the list or on the list, the inactive voters really means the voter isn’t there anymore, but they made them automatic. They just, by virtue of the, of the bill that created the mail-in ballot system, they folded these inactive voters back in and mailed out ballots to them or to, to that address, I should say. So we’ve got a problem there in our registration system. We’ve got a problem in our wholesale sending in ballots. And I still contend that we have a huge problem in Colorado and across the nation and many other states with the whole system that counts the ballots, that collects them and then And then somehow magically they don’t count ballots anymore, by the way. They count images of the ballots, which means you create an electronic version of your ballot, which then is run through some mysterious. And I call it mysterious because they refuse to allow outside information. third-party analysis of these systems. And until they open it up with full transparency, they have zero credibility. All of these things are very troubling, but you can’t quit. You’ve got to work that much harder. Let me give you a little ray of hope right before your break here comes over. Because of all the problems that we saw in the election this last week, There were a few bright spots here in Larimer County in the Thompson School Board. We had one conservative on a board of seven. Well, now we’re going to have two. because Lori Goble won her election. Why? Well, because she worked really hard, and she did the right things to convince the people, and because the district doesn’t include four cons, too, because in that district, we don’t have anybody that’s really standing up for the right values on that school board. But here in the southern part of the county, we finally got another one. And I know you know Lori. You interviewed her right before the election. And, you know, things like that are happening in little bits and pieces. And then at the national level with Trump and his focus on – and he understands very, very clearly how – Deep the problem is, and I believe that he has directed his administration to dig as deep as possible and to try to try to cure these things. We’ve got to push on and we’ve got to push on with all diligence towards the 2026 election. This election, we’re off here as consequence, important things to be learned here, but the real motherlode of political progress will be made in 2026. And frankly, that’s one of the reasons I’m working with Protect Kids Colorado on our ballot initiatives, because we want to put some good questions that will cure some of the problems we have in our schools and withhold transgender ideology on the ballot. so that the people can make decisions where the legislature refuses. And maybe we can get some new members of the legislature, because if those things are on the ballot, I want every candidate to be grilled on these specific points. And I think that we can overwhelm the system with the right votes in 2026, but only if we work really hard between now and then.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, we do have a lot of work to do. This came in on the text line. It says, Polis is paying transgender surgeries with taxpayer money and abortions with taxpayer money. How does that help the cost of health care? and then they said force versus freedom, says Polis, and the Democrats are about death and destruction. And those seem like such strong words, but you really look at the action with abortion, the death of a baby, with transgender surgeries, the destruction, really, of body parts, and maiming these kids for life. When I went down and and testified on one of Scott Bottoms’ pieces of legislation this last session, I started my comments with, in the old days, if you would have had bad guys come in right into town, line up our… our young people cut off their penises and cut off their breasts, we would have stood up and protected them. But this is actually happening. It’s hard to believe, but it is happening now in 2025 America. And it’s been happening for a while. Kevin, your final thought before we go to break.
SPEAKER 15 :
The stark reality of what you say is so, so true. And we think, well, it couldn’t happen here. Well, it is. And if you want to know where it’s headed, look up to Canada, where now they are actively euthanizing people for that means killing them, murdering them. And one of the justifications is, well, it certainly helps on the health care costs.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, that’s another argument that they’ve used for abortion as well. But to our listeners’ point, which do you prefer in life? Do you want death, destruction, chaos? Or would you like life, creativity, and order? Those are the big questions that I think that we are facing right now in these elections. And we’ve got to figure out how to message it. If we get a… To the point where we can message it correctly, we will make some progress regarding these elections. And it’s really twofold, Kevin. It’s, first of all, we’ve got to move away from an election illusion to elections that are transparent, fair, and honest. And that’s one thing. But the other thing is, is we also have to engage in the battle of ideas, which you’re doing with Protect Kids Colorado, is that… Even if we had free, fair, honest, and transparent elections, but people vote for death, destruction, and chaos, well, we’ve got a problem. So we’ve got these two things that we have to work on, the elections and also hearts and minds, the culture, Kevin.

He’s the author of the Lundberg Report. It’s published on Saturdays. It’s very well researched. Great links. I would recommend that you add this into your repertoire of trying to stay on top of things, not only here in Colorado, but also throughout the nation. Lots coming in on the text line. Kevin. And so one of the questions, there’s this concern regarding the state GOP, as Mark says, that if they don’t stand for something and basically our AWOL and the mainstream media has the narrative, then it’s no surprise that we lose elections. He says that this This kind of stuff does not comport. I love the fact he used today’s word of the day with liberty. So first question regarding the lawsuit on open primaries. Initially, when Christy Burton Brown was the chair. My understanding was they didn’t sign on. I guess she did not sign on as the head of the Republican Party on that lawsuit, which created legal problems for the lawsuit. Now Britta Horne is the chair. Is she a staunch supporter? Where is that whole thing? And correct me if I am not getting that quite correct.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, let me give you some of the history on it to start off with. Of course, the open primary system was adopted through a measure called Proposition 108 back in 2016. What’s the 2016? Yeah, 2016. And this is semi-open, actually, in that it requires… uh unaffiliated voters or allows unaffiliated voters to vote in either the republican or the democrats uh primary and being a mail-in ballot system they’re sent a ballot for both parties and then they choose one one or the other and in 20 so that went into effect in 2018 and 2020 and uh and in following um in 2021 the State Republican Central Committee passed a resolution calling for a lawsuit challenging the primary, knowing that it’s, you know, the facts are what Rob Nadelson certainly fortified with this article he published last week, that it’s unconstitutional. You can’t force a political party to accept votes from non members for their candidates. I mean, that’s the purpose of a party is to field candidates for the general election. And here the party itself is prevented from doing it. And you incentivize people to not be a part of the party. And as a consequence, half of the voters in Colorado are not affiliated. And why? Well, because they get a ballot from both parties. So they get more say, you might say, than others. They can choose. Anyway, in 2021, the assembly said, let’s do it, or the committee said, You’re right. Christy Burton Brown was the chairman at that time, and she drug her feet. She just never quite got around to filing that. And, you know, she claimed, oh, we’ve got to know this. We’ve got to know that. The fact is they didn’t do anything until the next go around when Dave Williams was elected. And actually, I ran for chairman back then. And I made that my kind of number one campaign thing is we’re going to challenge this. And so we did. And in 2023, in July of 2023, we actually filed the lawsuit in federal court. And ever since then, we’ve been going through all the multiple stages to get to a trial. Right now, we’re waiting for the judge to either give us a summary judgment or go to trial. And he has been sitting on it for months. So we’re not seeing any progress from the judge. And we can’t force him to to go any faster either.
SPEAKER 03 :
So we need to connect a couple of dots here for people. And that is 108, one of the forces, to my understanding, behind that was Kent Theory. And Kent Theory has been wanting to change Colorado elections for many years. He was also one of the big guys that was behind ranked choice voting. and fortunately the people of colorado defeated that i think it was last year we were we came out hard against it 14 million dollars was approximately i think it was 14 million was was put into that issue to try to get the people of colorado to vote for it we said no there are some municipalities such as fort collins which you look at the results that fort collins is moving towards socialism because of who is in the elected office and these bureaucrats But the other dot to connect is the Republican consultant that runs a lot of these initiatives for Kent Theory is Josh Penry, who is a very influential consultant here in Colorado. But he’s a Republican. And so it’s important that people understand these connections. And it’s taken me a while to connect them.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, and actually, let me explain why they’re doing this. Because they’re actually eliminating the effects of political parties. Who does that favor? Well, it favors the very rich guy who can now manipulate the political process without these grassroots political party individuals. having any influence over the process. I think it’s… I mean, I served with Josh in the Senate, and frankly, he had better ideas back then. I’m deeply disappointed that he’s the guy behind this. It’s just, you know, these are rich people trying to increase their influence over elections at the expense of the individual, because… the political parties, the major political parties in particular, Republican and Democrat, are ways for individual citizens, just John Q. Public, like you and I, to make a meaningful impact on the political system, on, you know, who do we field for elections and what policies do they present? Well, That’s how come theory and Penry and other people who, you know, Josh, I don’t think is a very rich guy himself, but he certainly knows how to live off of the people.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, he’s working his way towards that, though, to my understanding.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, I’m sure of that. I’m sure of that. And, you know, it’s a very profitable business. Well, bully for him on that. But but but not not very good for we the people, because this is why they’re doing what they’re doing. And yeah, it’s not a partisan issue. It’s a get rid of the parties altogether issue.
SPEAKER 03 :
so that we can control and that we can and the thing about on the on the republican side i’ve said this is on the democrat side the radical activists that have taken over the democrat party when they have a candidate they look at him they say how can we win on our side when we have these well-meaning people that step forward that want to run for office somewhat naive and neophytes because they’ve been taking care of their families, their business and all. The consultants that they then hire, the first thing out of their mouth is, how much money can you raise? And so the consultants make money whether or not the issue or the candidate wins or loses on the Republican side. And that’s one of the reasons why our state is in the situation that it’s in. And I had a conversation recently with somebody and I said, I get politics. OK, I get how all this is played. I get that. But we are now past that in in Colorado because we now have policies in place that are cutting off body parts of our children. We’re aborting children up until the time of birth. So this is no longer a Democrat or Republican. This is right or wrong. This has gone past this. It’s do you believe in the liberty, the responsible exercise of freedom, or do you not? Do you believe in the vision of freedom? I’m going to create it equal with rights from God of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness or not. And so this is no longer just a little political game. This is for keeps right now. Kevin Lumberg and I’m throwing that out. I’ve got about a minute left. The three segments have gone so quickly. Your final thought.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, first, I want to answer a question you asked, and that is, where’s the current chair of the party? Ritterhorn on the open primary lawsuit. And she assured me when she was elected that she is in support of the lawsuit. And I haven’t seen a whole lot of reason to say otherwise. But we don’t have much to do. But the real point here is, yes, politics. You may not be interested in politics, but I guarantee politics are interested in you. And if you’re not involved, you’re in deep trouble. But if you are engaged and involved, as so many people are doing right now, I’m very upbeat and positive about what’s happening. When I see people rushing out to help us with the initiatives, for example, in signature gathering, things like that really make a huge difference. And I just beg people and I beg your audience to participate. to do what you can to make a difference right here and right now because it’s going to mean everything to us in the future.

The first definition is to conduct or behave oneself in a particular manner. So they had an example from the American Heritage Dictionary of comport yourself with dignity. Number two, to agree, correspond, or harmonize. So a foreign policy that comports with the principles of democracy is their example. Or number three, to bear or endure, to put up with. And their example was to comport with an injury. And we need to be comporting ourselves as Americans, that we stand on the shoulders of giants. I end the America’s Veterans Story Show with that all the time. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and we do. And we are in our 1775 moment, our third founding of our country. It’s a huge battle of ideas. And when I was talking with Kevin Lundberg in the first hour, the big choices really are, do you prefer death or life? Do you prefer destruction or creativity? Do you prefer chaos or order? And you can see the radical activists that have taken over the Democrat Party are really on death, destruction and chaos. We’re seeing it in these blue cities. And so we’ve got to we’ve got the recipe. vision of our declaration in our constitution to have a society that’s that’s based on life and creativity and order and uh… but those are the big battles that are going on as you’re talking with your friends your family your kids coming home from college this holiday season. As you know, we search for truth and clarity and look at these issues through this lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you shouldn’t have to force people to do it. That’s a great place to start a conversation. But it’s important that we engage in this battle of ideas, and that’s why we do the show, is to try to help you get your brain around all of these issues. I ended up this weekend at three different events honoring veterans. I’m doing one a little bit later today as well. But this was—I was at a church on— Sunday morning where they were having a breakfast for veterans. And this was on the wall. And this is our quote of the day. It says only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you. One is Jesus Christ and the other, the American veteran. Well, we are working on that. I’ve got a funny story. At this breakfast that I was at on Sunday morning, I went up to see a friend of mine. She and her good friend were getting signatures for Protect Kids Colorado, which we were just talking with Kevin Lundberg about. And there was a third friend that was there as well, Mary. And I mentioned, we were talking about it, and I think Mary was focused maybe helping somebody sign a signature or whatever, and I said that Erin Lee, who has really become the face on this whole transgender issue because her daughter was targeted at an after-school… Art Club. And in fact, they’ve created a movie, artclubmovie.com. You can watch it for free there. But Erin broke her story on my show. And this was back when she had said to me, she said this was when it was not very many people media people were talking about this issue and kane who is on the show regularly and founder of task force freedom northern colorado had had texted me and said we’ve got a mom up here whose daughter was targeted in northern colorado And I said, well, gosh, do you think that she would want to tell her story on the show? And he said, well, I’ll ask her. And so we broke her story on our show. And of course, it’s gone national and international. But anyway, we were talking about it. And one of the girls said something about the Kim Monson show. And Mary, at the end of the table, said, I love her show. I listen to it all the time. And they go, well, this is Kim right here. And it was such a precious moment. I’m like, wow. So anyway, thank you to Mary and Kristen and Sybil. I really appreciate that. But let’s talk a little bit about veterans. As you know, I also have America’s Veterans Stories radio show, which has changed my life. But the American veteran, that quote, the fact that the American veteran, I don’t know of any other country in the world where veterans, A soldier has put on, or military has put on the uniform to protect somebody else. Normally it’s about conquest, but that’s not been the case with the American soldier.

No, our veterans are incredible, and I loved your suggestion. I think every listener out there should make this a mission today. to call every veteran they know and give them a special thanks for what they chose to do for all of us. Because without them, we don’t even have this conversation, Kim. Right. So I just, you know, I’m going to make a list. I have a lot of them in my head, but I don’t want to forget anybody. So I’m going to make a list today. and call every single veteran that I know and give them a special thanks. And I think every listener should do that. They should feel very special on this day, and if we all do that, that will go a long ways toward that goal.

That is a great idea, John Bozen. And the other thing, let’s get over to your business. You can help people with social security disability, things like that. Talk to me a little bit about that.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, we haven’t talked about that for a little while. In addition to helping folks with bad days involving motor vehicle accidents, trip and falls, slip and falls, anything that hurts them that should not have happened, we also have two attorneys in our office that are dedicated to helping people file for and obtain Social Security disability. And I talk to people a lot, but there’s so many folks that don’t understand or realize that we pay their deductions taken from our paycheck to support us when we get older, but also to support us, to carry us. If for any reason we are unable to work due to injury, due to illness, due to cancer is a common one. So if listeners out there know someone or if it’s them listening that haven’t been able to work, If you’re unable to work for 12 consecutive months, and you don’t have to wait until you hit that 12-month mark, if you’ve got a diagnosis or someone you know has a diagnosis or a condition or injuries that are going to prohibit them from working for 12 months, they should immediately contact us so that we can get an application filed for them, get them applying the proper way for Social Security Disability Benefits. And the reason I push that so hard is in Colorado, the average decision on an application for Social Security disability benefits is 281 days. That’s after it’s filed. And the majority of people are denied with their initial application, so then an appeal is filed, and ultimately most folks get Social Security disability by going to a hearing in front of an administrative law judge that makes the decision that they are or are not entitled to disability. So that whole process can literally last a year and a half to two and a half plus years. So it’s important, super important. If someone is unable to work, going to be unable to work for 12 months, they get that application filed as soon as possible. contacting us, letting us represent that person, allowing us to make sure that application is filled out as completely, as thoroughly, and in detail as possible, gives them a better chance of getting those benefits without going through the appellate process, going to a hearing. So they need to call right away, 303-999-9999, so we can get that application filed for them as soon as possible. Get that clock ticking.
SPEAKER 03 :
And again, that number is 303-999-9999. John, I was at a luncheon last week, and there was a woman who is an employer. I think she said she had about 20 employees. And when you mentioned Social Security deducted from your paycheck, what she said that she’s done, because with this automatic payroll deduction, people don’t have any idea how much taxes they are paying. And now many times paychecks are just deposited directly into, the employee’s account. So she has been taking their pay stub and copying it off and giving her employees a hard copy so that they have an idea on what taxes and fees are being deducted from their paycheck. I thought that was pretty brilliant.
SPEAKER 11 :
I think I better do that. I recently changed my payroll service, and now we do that direct deposit in the past. I’d never done that. So people got a check with a payroll stub, but they don’t now. And I think that’s a great idea. I’m going to steal. I’m going to adopt that idea for my employees because it’s important because I think you’re right. I think she’s right. People forget what they’re paying for, what taxes are being taken out. And I think it’s important people see that. Good idea. Thank you for sharing that.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, to connect that dot, because so many of our young people are being taught that it’s the employer who is greedy and the employer that won’t give them a raise. But if they take a look at what is forcibly taken out of their paycheck, they’ll realize that it’s actually PBIs, politicians, bureaucrats, and interested parties that are using force to take that money out of their paycheck. I agree. I think it’s a brilliant idea. So I’m glad that you’re going to use it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Further, and I can add to that, here are the taxes that I pay to have the privilege of employing you. Good point. Because so many employees don’t understand that, hey, it’s not just your salary. I’m covering a good portion, if not all, of your health insurance and matching taxes when you pay in for Social Security. I match that as an employer. So good ideas, Kim.
SPEAKER 03 :

You know what? I caught that. I initially thought it was Rob Nielsen, and then I caught that, and it’s like, ah, so why is it backwards?
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, it’s backwards because Rob Nadelson was taken. You know, anytime you’re a public figure, there are people who buy up websites with your name. And then when you want to use it, they extract huge amounts of money from you. And so my computer advisor recommended just flipping the name. So it’s NadelsonRob.com. And voila, we now have a website. Everything that I write is on that website, as well as biographies and… and other information, and there’s no subscription necessary or nothing to go through in order to get access.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and I don’t know if your ears were burning at hour number one, but Kevin Lundberg and I were talking about you in his Lundberg report. He actually referenced one of your recent publications at needlesonrob.com regarding the open primaries.
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, I’m glad he mentioned it. Let’s talk about him. No, let’s talk about the article. In 2018, or is it 2016? Forget the year now. I think he said it was 2016. 16, yeah. Coloradans adopted Proposition 108. which had the effect of creating an open primary system where anyone who was unaffiliated could vote in a Republican or Democratic election. party primary. What was interesting is that Democrats can’t vote in Republican primaries. Democrats can’t vote in any primary other than Democratic primary. And the same is true of Republicans. But if you don’t register with a party, you can vote in any major party’s primary. So not surprisingly, this has caused a huge increase in the unaffiliated voters in Colorado. My column explored not just Colorado’s, but these open primary laws generally, and concluded they may very well violate the freedom of association protected by the First Amendment. And the reason for that is that if somebody is going to be the nominee of the Republican Party, you would think that Republicans would be the ones to vote on that. When independents are allowed to vote on that, it can have the effect of swamping the Republicans in the primary and thereby foisting upon them a nominee that they don’t want. And I gave as a good example of that the 2022 gubernatorial primary on the Republican side. in which the victor, Heidi Ganalt, won by fewer than 50,000 votes, but there were something like 250,000 non-Republicans voting in that primary. So we don’t know ultimately if she was the choice of the Republican voters or not. There’s nothing against Heidi. It’s just that that A huge number of people got to vote in the Republican Party who had elected not to be Republicans. The same thing happened when I ran for governor in Montana in 2000. They have a similar open primary system, and as I explained in the article, There was a coordinated campaign in at least one county to have Democrats cross over and vote against me and one of my allies running for state legislature. So the open primary system is probably bad government and also probably questionable constitutionally.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and I say on the show, we don’t talk about personalities. I work really hard to stay out of that. But we talk about the people that are pushing these issues. And so the Kent theory, who was really very instrumental in, I think that was Prop 108 back in 2016 that was implemented, I think, in 2018. uh… was behind that as well as he was behind the ranked choice of voting question that was recently on the ballot which was defeated but they will be back but then at the very influential republican consultant uh… josh penry uh… it runs many of these campaigns for kent theory so that is an important dot for people to connect you know i i get i’m not going to get into personalities but i think that there are several motivations behind that and by the way in the case of prop want to wait
SPEAKER 10 :
There was, I think, $5.3 million spent to promote it and only about 70,000 opposing it. And yet it only passed by 53%. So that huge amount of money that was infused into it helped to get it passed. Now, what’s the motivation? I think there’s several things going on here. One is that you have a lot of people on the left who do not like what sociologists call mediating institutions. That is to say, institutions that stand between the individual and government, especially the federal government. So political parties would be a mediating institution. Churches, corporations, even state and local governments are mediating institutions as opposed to the federal government. And that is why you see the left… routinely attacking corporations, for example, or certain religious denominations, or families. All of those are mediating institutions. Political parties are traditionally the poor man’s way of participating in politics. So you don’t have to be rich to have a real influence, traditionally, if you work in a political party. What you do is you work really hard. You hand out literature, and you work with the candidates, and you attend strategy meetings, and you basically gin up support. Well, once you take political parties out of the equation or weaken them, as has happened in Colorado, then the big money gains. So the little guy loses his ability to participate. effectively in politics, but the big money people are now able to get their candidates on the ballot and maybe get their candidates elected. And so we’ve seen that phenomenon. I mean, after all, our governor is one of the four people who masterminded the blueprint to flip Colorado and make Colorado blue. So that’s that’s a common thread running through this. A lot of big money basically trying to squeeze out the parties. Now, I realize, Kim, a lot of people don’t like political parties. I mean, you know, Democrats trash Republicans and Republicans trash Democrats and and independents trash both of them and so forth. But they they play important roles in our politics. way of life. And as I said, they provide a way in which people of ordinary means can participate in politics they otherwise wouldn’t have.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and one other thing just to mention before we go to break is I remember that I think that might have been my first year that I did a voter’s guide. And at that time, hardly anybody was doing voter’s guides. And I looked at that, that Prop 108, and I was sitting next to a very influential Republican at a meeting where he was stumping for this Prop 108. And I’d always looked at him, very respected, freedom guy. And I said to him, you know what, as I’m reading this, I’m very concerned about it. I think I’m going to come out against it. And so that was one of my first voters’ guides. And in retrospect, and one of the other things about it, Rob Nadelson, was that it gave unaffiliateds that they would get both ballots, Democrat or Republican, but it also shut out all of the other called minor parties, the Libertarian Party and all of those. It didn’t include them, that they could have a voice in that. So everything just didn’t fit to me.
SPEAKER 10 :
Yeah, the Republicans and Democrats are prohibited from nominating people through a closed primary, but the minor parties can. And I suppose there were strategic reasons. There is also an opt-out provision whereby, in theory, a major party can elect not to use the open primary system. But it’s actually what I call an ad horrendum provision. provision, which is Latin for saying it’s really designed to horrify you into not using it. As I said, I think that this issue has constitutional implications. The Colorado Republican Party has a current lawsuit against it, which I hope they prosecute a little bit more diligently than has previously happened. And the Texas GOP also has challenged the constitutionality of this system.

Okay. Well, this is super interesting, and people can find your article at NadelsonRob.com, right? NadelsonRob.com. That’s correct. That’s correct. Okay. She said that, yes, the same is happening in Texas. The Secretary of State is trying to stop the closing of the primary. She is a Republican. Any idea when we might get judgments on Colorado and the Texas challenges, Rob Nadelson?
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, the quick answer is I don’t know. I mean, the trial judge in the Colorado case is considering setting a trial to hear the validity of the Colorado law. I’m not sure why a trial is necessary. But there hasn’t been any movement by the judge for months. The Texas lawsuit is pretty new. Interestingly enough, Ken Paxton, the attorney general of Texas, whose job it would normally be to defend Texas’s open primary law, has said he can’t defend it. He can’t defend it because he also agrees that it’s unconstitutional. So the supporters have enlisted a very accomplished law firm to defend it. So it could be a while, but I hope it moves because we’ve got another election cycle coming up I should also mention, Kim, I’ve got another article coming out involving yet another one of these ballot issues. This one passed in 2018. That’s coming out in complete Colorado this morning. And the article is actually largely about how Attorney General Phil Weiser has been misusing his office, misusing taxpayer resources in his gubernatorial campaign to campaign against President Trump. But it also talks about the measure that was passed in 2018, whereby we transferred apportionment of legislative districts and congressional districts away from the legislature and to independent commissions. That was another thing that virtually the entire establishment supported, left and right, and that I don’t know about you, Kim, but I voted against, because I don’t believe in taking… power away from the people’s elected representatives, even if they’re Democrat representatives, and handing them over to an independent commission not responsible to the people. So look for that article, hopefully this morning, in Complete Colorado, dealing with both Attorney General Weiser’s conduct and also with the reapportionment initiatives that were passed in 2018.
SPEAKER 03 :
And on that, on 2018, we were a hard no on that in our voters guide as well. Good for you.
SPEAKER 10 :
Because there were a lot of very good conservatives, staunch freedom people who thought that this deal was best for them. And I remember speaking to one of them and expressing my skepticism because I saw an independent commission in action in Montana when I was there. It’s captured by the left, winds up being captured by the left. But even more importantly, it lasts only as long as the left finds it convenient, as we’ve just seen in California and as we’re seeing with Attorney General Weiser’s statement here in Colorado.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, and one of the basic reasons why I was a strong no on that was as I analyzed that particular question, just what you said, but I don’t call it an independent board. It is an appointed board. And so here you have an appointed board that’s going to be issuing the decisions on these districts, and the appointed board is really appointed independently. primarily by the party that’s in power. And so it took away any opportunity for we the people to have a voice in that because it took away any of the elected representatives to be making that decision. That was why I was a strong no on that.
SPEAKER 10 :
We’ve seen, for example, from the California experience and from the Montana experience, that independent boards are just as able to gerrymander as the legislature. The difference is that when a legislator is running for reelection, that legislator has to answer questions about gerrymandering. The so-called independent board never has to answer really any public questions. There’s no public accountability.
SPEAKER 03 :
You got it. We have Wyatt in Wyoming on the line. Wyatt, what is your question for Rob Nadelson?
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, good morning, Kim and Rob. The lady from Texas kind of stole my thunder with regard to the judges, but maybe we could move it out a little bit farther. What can we do, Rob, when the judges, this one in particular, is just sitting on that judgment and stalling?
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, not too much. I mean, that’s for the parties to meet the parties to the suit to deal with. I suppose you could write a letter to the editor or post a blog. You don’t want to write a letter to the judge, but you could say, I don’t understand why there’s a delay here. We’ve got the 2026 election cycle coming up. If the judge doesn’t move, then the election cycle will be held under potentially unconstitutional terms. Under under under potentially unconstitutional rules. So just bring it to the public that may get some results. However, you want to be respectful and and and not try to. browbeat or intimidate the court in any way. Just simply point out that it’s in the public interest for the judge to go ahead and decide this issue. This judge is almost certainly going to rule against the Colorado GOP. He’s already ruled against the Colorado GOP on one important motion. But at least when he comes up with a ruling, that opens the way to an appeal so this thing can move up the system.
SPEAKER 12 :
I don’t know if I’m willing to be genteel and correct anymore. It seems that each time we play by the rules, the other side doesn’t. So it’s almost getting to the point where maybe we need to break a few rules.
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, I think that’s one of the reasons that you see some of the current conduct from the Trump administration. They’ve just decided to play by the same rules of the left. You know, Wyatt, I can confirm this from my entire career. I became active in politics when I was only 15 years old, and I’ve seen it over and over again. Whenever a rule becomes inconvenient to the hard left. They go ahead and they change it. It happened to me in my professional life. You know, as I was moving up the academic scale from associate professor to full professor to tenured, it always seemed that the rules got tougher for me and any other conservatives on the faculty. So it happens in academia. It happens in politics. And it’s unfortunately kind of a fact of life. Those are the folks we’re dealing with. By the way, I should mention that Kim mentioned that I’m now a senior fellow with the Mountain States Policy Center. Why, if they do cover Wyoming, there’s a young woman named Marta Mossberg who works in Wyoming, subjects I got to meet her over this past week. So you might want to get in contact with the Mountain States Policy Center and let them know whatever concerns you have, because they do, as I said, cover Wyoming.

Good morning, dear Kim and Rob. Good morning. Call me Rob. Good. Rob. Rob. I have been following Gavin Newsom’s Proposition 50 that he is doing in California. My concern is for all of us here, because if he… gets away with this thievery of taking votes from we, the people in California, and us in the end, if the U.S. Congress is packed with the people because of his gerrymandering and his radical redistricting.
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, fortunately for our side, we’ve got more ammunition than they do. California was already heavily gerrymandered. In California, the… Republicans get just about 40% of the vote, maybe a little less. But they had only 17% of the congressional seats. So he can only pick up maybe a few seats that way. Meanwhile, Texas has added five Republican seats. Missouri is looking to add Republican seats. And other so-called red states are looking at the same thing. Which brings up the issue of our own Attorney General, Phil Weiser, who wants Colorado to adopt a law to squeeze out the remaining Republicans in our congressional delegation, which I find interesting given the fact that only seven years ago, Amendments Y and Z were passed to remove Republicans the redistricting process away from the legislature to an independent condition. And there was widespread agreement with this, and the voters ratified it overwhelmingly. But now Weiser wants to go back on that deal. Fortunately, well, I don’t know if anything’s going to happen as a result of that. But if you look nationally, if the Democrats want to play that game, I think Republicans have got them outgunned.
SPEAKER 03 :
Okay, and you’re using firearms language, but we’re talking about this in the battle of ideas, right?
SPEAKER 10 :
Yes, I want to make absolutely clear that my expression was merely metaphorical in case someone blames the next shooting on me.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, I know in this day and age we need to make sure that we’re talking about, and I use those words as well, but it’s in this battle of ideas. Sandra, any other comments?
SPEAKER 05 :

And, Kim, great conversations, wisdom amongst you. Thanks, Sandra. Thank you. And this came in on the text line from Susan. She said, I agree with Wyatt. The other side, and I’m going to paraphrase that, the radical activists that have taken over the Democrat Party, this is not the Democrat Party of JFK or your grandpa or your grandma. So it says those that have done that are playing Smash Mouth while we are playing Tiddlywinks. It does appear like that sometimes, Rob Nadelson.
SPEAKER 10 :
Yeah, and we discussed this last show that there has been a shift in the Democratic left, usually expressed by the terms, these ain’t your granddaddy’s liberals, you know. I mean, I never agreed with my granddaddy’s or my daddy’s liberals, but they tended to play by the rules. The new gang is really, they’ve got authoritarian, totalitarian, even fascist leanings, which is ironic, of course, because they use those words to describe people who favor freedom. But that’s, again, a sign of totalitarianism. And totalitarians have the maxim, they follow the maxim, that the end justifies the means. if something justifies their power or their public good as they see it, then it doesn’t matter that you change the rules. It doesn’t matter that you’re unfair. And this is something we haven’t encountered this strongly in America recently, and we’re going to have to adjust.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, most definitely. And so let’s talk with Ron. He is on the line. Ron, what’s on your radar?
SPEAKER 09 :
Yes, Kim. Sir, When you have to take office, you have to take an oath to defend the Constitution, correct? That’s correct. So these judges that are obviously going against the Constitution, this is a blatant disregard of the Constitution, and they shouldn’t be in office.
SPEAKER 10 :
To them, it’s not so obvious that they’re going against the Constitution. And the reason I say that is that since the 1930s, there have been a long string of U.S. Supreme Court decisions that have effectively changed the Constitution. So let’s say, for example, you’re a federal judge, and someone argues to you that the food stamp program is unconstitutional. And I think that’s a legitimate argument. I mean… During the founding era, the public was reassured that social welfare matters were reserved to localities, families, and states. It was not a federal responsibility, and the text of the Constitution seems to support that. But in the 1930s, the Supreme Court issued two opinions in which they said that because Congress can tax for the general welfare, Congress can also spend anything it wants for the general welfare. Now, if you’re a federal judge and you’re faced with an argument that the food stamp program is unconstitutional, what do you do? Do you follow Supreme Court precedent, or do you disregard Supreme Court precedent, apply the Constitution as it was originally written, with the assurance that you will be reversed and even slapped down hard? So it’s not always that obvious. Also, judges’ biases sometimes get in the way of their judgment. A judge can be proceeding in good faith and still have unconscious biases. So I wouldn’t be as judgmental, so to speak, on some of the judges making these decisions. There are a few cases where the conduct, I think, has been outrageous. By and large, they’ve got cover, at least some cover, even if they’re wrong.

So, Rob Nadelson, Ron, that’s a great question, and I just want to piggyback on that. And I think we should go to the Constitution for this, this precedence thing where they’re making decisions on precedence, which could be bad decisions. is, I think, how we got ourselves into this situation. I know that’s a big question for not much time.
SPEAKER 10 :
Rob, you’re coming. Well, a good example is the same-sex marriage decision that was issued in 2015. If you go to natalsonrob.com or, for that matter, the Independence Institute website, you can find my article about that decision that came out at that time. It was probably the most overreaching decision the court has ever made. ever issued and was very bad constitutional law. But as of right now, it’s precedent. As you probably have heard, an attempt to overturn it has been turned back by the court. The longer a precedent like that remains in the system, the more it becomes embedded and the more reason that judges have for following it instead of the Constitution as written.

Okay. And Gammy’s on the line, and we only have really a minute for the whole thing. Gammy, quick question.

Great. I want everybody to go to www.dcsdk12.org. That is Douglas County Board of Education meeting tonight. They’re deciding about, you know, things like boys’ and girls’ bathrooms. And they have a Zoom. If you go to the regular website for the Douglas County, again, www.dcsdk12.org. And this really plays in with everything you all were saying all morning on the show. Our children are being butchered mentally, chemically, physically. And we sit here and we can’t seem to stop it. And I don’t believe that needs to be the case. They’re breaking.

It talks about what the Constitution meant right after the adoption of the Bill of Rights.
