SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning I’m going to continue sharing with you a message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called God Loves Me. And I trust this message is blessing you. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message, God Loves Me. Zephaniah 317, the Lord, your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with his love. He will rejoice over you with singing. Have you ever heard that God dances over you? Do you know that that’s, there are people who will say, well, that’s not in the Bible. Well, it depends on what translation you’re looking at. The new Jerusalem Bible says it like that. But let’s read God’s word first. God’s word to the nation’s translation. The Lord, your God is with you. He is a hero who saves you. He happily rejoices over you, renews you with his love. I mean, just think of him hovering over you as a husband puts his arm around his wife and embraces her and comforts her with his love. He renews you with his love and celebrates over you with shouts. of joy. So he’s celebrating over you. Then the new Jerusalem Bible, Yahweh, your God is there with you. The warrior savior, he will rejoice over you with happy song. He will renew you there again, renewing by his love. He will dance with shouts of joy for you. Those are all translations of the Hebrew word there for rejoice. And when I did the teaching on praise and rejoicing, some of the Hebrew words for rejoice means to skip, dance, spin around. That’s one of the Hebrew words used here. That’s why it’s translated in the new Jerusalem Bible dance. God’s word celebrate. It’s a rejoicing, but it’s a parting. It’s a physical exuberance, not just sitting there. Praise the Lord. No, it involves your whole body getting active, celebrating, jumping up and down, skipping like a calf, spinning around and dancing. That’s that word for rejoicing. So God delights in you. He rejoices in you. He sings over you. He celebrates over you. He dances over over you. And then God chose us. Jesus said, John 15, 16, you did not choose me, but I chose you. And then I’ll skip the next verse for time. You God loves us as much as he loves Jesus. John 17, 23. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and you have loved them even as equal to as much as you have loved me. Can you imagine? I mean, just think, like I said before, the father and the son and the Holy Spirit were always together throughout history. Eternity passed. They love each other. God sent his son and he said, this is my beloved son. This is the son of my love. This is my beloved one. And yet he says, I love you as much as I love Jesus. I love you as much as he loved you. Well, he demonstrated it in giving Jesus to get you. He gave Jesus to die to get you praise the Lord. Then his love is incomprehensibly great. Psalm 36, five, your love. Oh Lord reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. John 15, 13. Also greater love has no one than this, that he laid down his life for his friends. And Jesus fulfilled that the father fulfilled that gave his life for us. 1 John 3, 1, how great is the love the Father has lavished on us that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are. How great is the love? The Amplified says what an incredible quality of love the Father has given, shown, and bestowed on us that we should be permitted to be named and called and counted the children of God. Love is action. God demonstrated his love. He gave Jesus. We’ve already talked about that. John 3, 16. He gave his only begotten son. Romans 5, 8. God demonstrates his own love for us in this. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Ephesians 2, 4 amplified. God so rich is he in his mercy because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense. I like that word intense. God, just say this and think of this right now. God loves me with an intense love. God loves me with an intense love. The intense love with which he loved us. And then first John four, he showed his love by sending his son. So the birth of Jesus said to the world, I love you. Praise the Lord. God is a good God and wants good things for you. He loves you. And so this is why you can believe you can get your prayers answered. Because he wants to give you good things. Psalm 31, 19. How great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you. Jeremiah 29, 11. For I know the plans I had for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you hope in a future. 3 John 2. Beloved. Oh, there it is. You need to call yourself beloved. God’s beloved. I am God’s beloved. Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. That’s God’s desire for you. You are his beloved. Psalm 145, 9. The Lord is good to all. He has compassion on all he has made. There is no one he’s not good to. He even gives the atheist heartbeats, breaths. Brain synapses, intelligence to some degree. And God gives us great gifts. You know, love is expressed in giving. And of course, we already looked. The first one was he gave his son, Jesus. But let’s look at what else he gave us. Let’s not forget these things. And these are things like when I said before I pray over when I pray over my tithe, I look around my house and thank him for everything I have. And both spiritual and physical things, friends and family, all that. God, yes, he gave us Jesus, but then he gave us the Holy Spirit to anoint us. to be our helper, teacher, guide, comforter, to empower us. He gave us the gifts of the spirit, all the gifts of the spirit to help us because he loves us. He gave us the ministry gifts. Do you know the ministry gifts, apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher? These are gifts because in Ephesians four, he said, God gave gifts to men. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. So the offices, God gave apostles to the church as a gift to the church. And prophets are a gift to the church. Pastors, evangelists, and teachers are gifts to the body of Christ. So that we would all be brought into the unity and the knowledge of God. And that we grow up a mature church. So the gifts of the offices, ministry offices are to help bring us to a spiritual maturity. So they are also God saying, I love you. Hallelujah. God gave us his word. Second Peter one, four through these, he has given us as very great and precious promises. His word is a lamp to our feet and light to our path. His word is life and health to all of our flesh, our whole spirit, soul, and body. His word is truth that makes you free. His word is revelation. His word is the answer. His word is the path. His word is the light. His word is the truth. It’s the answer. Everything you need. Hallelujah. He gives us life, breath, heartbeats, brain synapses. Every time your heart beats, you can hear God saying, I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. Every heartbeat. God is saying, I love you. His continuous provision for us is showing he gives us everything, is showing he loves us. Romans 8.32, he who did not spare his own son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also along with him graciously, freely, generously give us all things? If God was ever going to hold anything back, he would have withheld his son, but he didn’t. He gave his son and he’s willing to give you every other good thing. James 1 17, every good and perfect gift is from above coming down from the father of the heavenly lights who does not change like shifting shadows. Second Peter 1 3, his divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness. Hallelujah. God meets every need you have and he’s willing to satisfy your desires. His continuous protection, the things you’ve been spared from many, you don’t even know you had been spared from God’s protection is saying he loves you. All the prayers God has already answered for you says that he loves you. Look at all the times he answered prayers. Look at all the times he came through for you. Jesus is still continuously giving. He is serving at the right hand of the Father. Hebrews 7.25. He always lives to intercede for us. Jesus is interceding for you. And back to the Holy Spirit. I should have put that up there too. I think it’s in Romans that the Holy Spirit is interceding. You’ve got an intercessor, two intercessors day and night while you’re sleeping. Jesus is interceding and the Holy Spirit is interceding for you. Praise God. You have two intercessors. God has proven his love for you. So don’t ever question his love. And people so ignorantly, blindly and foolishly say, well, what has God ever done for me? Just look at the list. Look at the earth. Consider your breath and your heartbeat. Think of every meal you ate. Did you eat today? How many of you ate? That was God saying, I love you. How many have clothes on? That’s God saying, I love you. How many have a house to live in a vehicle to drive? God is saying, I love you. What did God ever do? You are blind. Open your eyes. Look, the word, like I said, full of revelation. God saying he loves you. Read it. It’s one problem people have not reading it. So praise the Lord. God has proven his love. Don’t ever challenge him. Question him. Don’t say, God, prove it. He already did. He does every day. He does it every day. Hallelujah. God’s great desire to give is beyond man’s comprehension, although he has demonstrated it throughout history. He has always been faithful to his people to deliver them and bless them. He has always been good. Wait, wait, wait. I can just hear somebody say, but I had somebody, a loved one die. They didn’t get delivered. They didn’t get healed. Well, it wasn’t God’s fault. That’s another message. Don’t blame God. There’s the curse of sin and death. There’s the spiritual laws involved. So many things are involved. God has never failed his word. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called God Loves Me. And we will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
