The episode also sheds light on the integral relationship between faith and peace. Citing scriptures like Romans 15 and Hebrews 4, Cherri explains how joy and peace act as indicators of true faith, offering listeners practical steps to enter into divine peace. The message is clear: God’s peace is available to us 24/7, not contingent on external circumstances but reliant on our trust and belief. Engage with this powerful teaching to understand how faith-filled living instills joy and excitement, regardless of life’s challenges.

SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherri Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue sharing with you the message I began sharing with you last week that I preached in a series of messages in our Victorious Faith services called, What is the Word? And this is message five in that series called, What is the Word? Our Source of… In which we are looking at several things that the Word of God is our source of. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message. What is the word? Our source of dot, dot, dot. All things are possible to him who believes. So yes, what the promises are in the word of God are available to you. Yes, you can have them if you can believe them. That’s why it’s your capacity really that limits what you can receive your capacity to believe. Your ability to believe is the only thing that limits you. So if you will increase your capacity and strengthen your faith and ability to believe, strengthen your faith, then you can receive more and more and more. There’s no limit. No limit to what you can receive from God. God never put a limit on it. He didn’t put a limit on the finances. He didn’t put a limit on the healing and the health and the strength. He didn’t put a limit on the peace. He didn’t put a limit on joy. He didn’t put a limit on wisdom. He didn’t put a limit on a happy marriage. No limits. God never put a limit on anything. Just as much as you can believe, believe for the next level, go to the next level, go to the next level, the next level in every area of life. So the word of God produces hope. Hope produces joy. Now back to hope again. What is hope? Hope is a confident expectation in the promises of God coming to pass or for the promises of God coming to pass in our lives. So hope is confident expectation. I talked about that recently. Looking without stretched neck, you’re looking and you’re expecting it because you know it’s going to happen. You know it’s coming. And it’s also a picture, a vision of what’s coming. You can see it in your heart and mind. And that picture is like a blueprint and you see it and you claim it and you lay hold on it. And hope is the blueprint that your faith builds. Your faith is the builder of the hope that you have. The hope is the picture, the image, the blueprint. And faith goes then to work. I believe I receive it. I claim it in Jesus’ name. And it starts to receive what you have hope for. Having hope for the future, as you think of God’s promises coming to pass in your life, brings joy to your heart. Joy and excitement are the evidences of having hope. Key sentence right there. Joy and excitement are evidences of hope. I can tell if you are truly having hope. For God’s promises to come to pass, the healing, the finances, or a healed marriage or children or job or whatever in your future. I can tell how much hope you have by if there’s joy and excitement in you. If you’re really stirred up about it. I’m getting this. God is doing this for me. Yeah, I’m excited. Praise the Lord. Then I can tell, yeah, you’ve got hope. But if you’re sad, you’re not in hope or in faith. Joy and peace are evidences of faith. Peace and joy. Joy and peace, evidence of faith. Joy and excitement, evidence of hope. But if you’re sad, you’re not in hope or in faith. If you’re down, then you’re not either having hope or faith. Romans 15, 13, may the God of hope, he is the God of hope, fill you with all joy and peace as you trust. You can say as you believe. So that right there shows joy and peace are the evidences that you believe and trust. He fills you with joy and peace as you trust. As you believe to receive. So right there is the scripture. Joy and peace will be evident when you are in faith and in trust. He will fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. And then first Peter one, eight and nine, though you have not seen him, you love him. And even though you do not see him now, you believe in him now. And because you believe in him, you are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy because you are receiving the goal of your faith. Doesn’t say you have received. We are not yet transformed with a glorious body yet. We will get a glorified body. We are not yet in his presence in heaven. We’re in his presence here. But we have this glorious joy because we are receiving joy. We’re in the process of receiving the goal of our faith and the picture of the goal is hope. Hope is the picture of the goal, what you’re aiming for, what you’re moving for. And as you are aiming for it and going for it, if you really believe that you’re receiving it, you’re filled with joy, joy. inexpressible and glorious joy. Joy is the evidence of hope. Hope produces joy. Now for a complete teaching on joy and more teaching on hope, go to my YouTube channel. There’s messages on all of these that I am just touching these tonight, parts of them. Okay. then the word of God is also the source of our peace. Psalm 119, 165. Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble. Great peace have they who love your law. Isaiah 48, 18. If only you had paid attention to my commands… Your peace would have been like a river. Your righteousness like the waves of the sea. Now, how do you enter into his peace and into his rest? By meditating on and believing the word of God. Joshua 1.8. Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth. Meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you’ll be prosperous and successful meditating on it. And then Hebrews chapter 4. Talks about entering into rest, which is also peace. Peace and rest go together. They’re not exactly the same, but they’re very close and very related. Hebrews 4 verses 1 through 3 and 9 and 11. Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest, you could also say his peace still stands. Let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it. Guess what? You can fall short. fail to receive his rest and peace. So don’t, don’t fall short of receiving for. We also have had the gospel preached to us just as they did, but the message they heard. Okay. These people heard the message. was of no value to them. Why? Because those who heard did not combine it with faith. So there’s a lot of people who hear the word, but they don’t believe it. And so they’re not saved. They’re not healed. They’re not delivered. So it’s only a value. The message, the word is only a value when you believe it, combine it with faith. Now we who have believed enter that rest. And so you can also say enter into peace, peace, rest, peace of heart, peace of mind, and peace in relationships with others. So that’s both an outward peace with people and an inward peace in your heart and mind. And… You receive it. You enter in by faith. We who have believed enter that rest. And then verse nine, there remains then a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For us, it’s not just the Sabbath day rest like it was for the people in the old covenant, but it’s 24 seven. When you’re born again, Jesus is in you and he is the prince of peace. He’s the prince of peace and he is also the word. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. He is the truth. He is the word made flesh. The word became flesh and dwelt among us. And so he is the word and he is also the prince of peace. And receiving him and also receiving the word brings peace. And for us born again, children of God, it is available 24 seven, 24 seven verse 11. Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest so that no one will fall by following their example. What was their example? Disobedience? Yes. But their disobedience was because of unbelief. because they didn’t believe. Their disobedience was because of unbelief. They didn’t believe, so they didn’t obey. We must believe God. Faith is rest. If you’re not at peace, that is if you’re anxious or worried, you’re not in faith. It’s that simple. And people say, but I’m believing God. Well, are you really? How anxious and worried are you? Or how at peace are you? That’s the gauge. So your joy and your peace are the two gauges of how much faith you are really in. Are you in faith or are you in fear? Worry and doubt. Look at your joy. Look at your peace. They are the gauges to show. Are you really in faith? Because if you’re in faith, you’ll be in peace and have joy. Hundreds of times in the Bible, God said to people, do not be afraid. We can rest and trust in him and not be afraid in any and every circumstance. It doesn’t matter what’s going on around us so that this, I can even say back to joy and peace. Also, they are not afraid. Based on and dependent on outward circumstances. Joy and peace are not dependent on outward circumstances. It’s not dependent in who is elected president. You can be happy or sad. You can have peace or be worried, but really your joy and your peace should have nothing to do with who’s in office, what the laws of the land are, or even your physical body, your financial condition, your children’s situation. What you just heard was a continuation of a message that I preached in a series of messages in our Victorious Faith Services called, What is the Word?
