Now, friends, our title today is called Salvation, Everyone. Consider a wonderful text that we’ve studied before, but it’s absolutely worth studying again. And that’s Titus 2, 11-14. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age. looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. You know, God provides everything needed for one to be saved. Everyone! Thank you, Lord. Thank you. You know, the Apostle Paul put it best when he said to those saved Corinthians in 1 Corinthians 15, 57, But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. These Corinthians were victorious because of the grace of God that appeared to them and taught them. And therefore they denied the wrong and lived for the right, looking and longing for hope every day and for the return of Jesus. How beautiful, friends. And that salvation is for everyone. Now let’s study further. But first, another gift to come your way. Our J-Web.

However, the Gospel Gleaner is an email publication only, so we want to be sure that we note that with you. A little later, we also have a special video series that is email only, or rather online only. We try to mix in a proper mixture of mailing and online and And we try to make sure that we have something for everyone. So thank you for the tools that you use available from us here at International Gospel Hour. Now let’s talk about something else available. Salvation. Everyone. It’s available. You see, our lesson text says the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3.16 Whosoever. Everyone. And there is no respect of persons with God when it comes to the salvation of everyone. Romans 2.11 You know, friends, this is a distant cry of the Calvinistic teaching of limited atonement, meaning that God only died or Christ only died for those that God preordained to save. God saves people and yes, a few are going to be saved. We note that from Matthew 7, 13 and 14. That wide is the gate and broad is the way that lead to destruction and many go in thereat. But narrow is the gate and straight is the way that leads to life eternal and only few there be that find it. But, friends, it is not because God’s atonement is limited, because, remember, it has appeared to all, to everyone. It’s because not everyone will accept His gospel. That is the power of God to save, Romans 1.16. Salvation is available, friends, again, for everyone. Let’s continue. Second, salvation for everyone. Well, not only is it available, it’s acceptable. You see, when we go into verse 12 from verse 11, teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lust. Well, now, how does one learn to deny? To accept the teaching. Well, one is taught, taught by the Word of God. that is sufficient so that we may learn. 2 Timothy 3 and verse 16, For all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. It’s the word, the Bible, that changes our lives so the man of God may be complete or thoroughly furnished unto all good works. And so the Bible teaches us, instructs us, how we should change and how we should live. For faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, Romans 10, 17. Salvation is available for everyone, and it is acceptable. Now, friends, this too is a far, far cry from another Calvinistic teaching of irresistible grace that advocates a direct operation of the Holy Spirit must come upon one to be saved. But, friends, what is interesting in this teaching is is that there may be one that does not want to be saved, but God will save them anyway. The Scriptures do not teach that, top, side, nor bottom. And there is also within this teaching that one may say, well, I’m going to wait for the Holy Spirit to come to me and let me know I am saved. But friends, if we look at the Bible, it gives us all things that pertain to life and godliness, 2 Peter 1, verse 3. It is the faith declared or delivered once for all, Jude 3. And friends, one can wait all he or she wants, but rather one should accept the command to wait upon the Lord or to do His will, which is the meaning of wait upon the Lord, to respond to Him. And friends, with that said, we may see the salvation that is available. It’s left for us to accept it, And we can and should study to know God’s will by simply going back to the Bible. Now, speaking of back to the Bible, here is our J-Web to tell you more of this awesome online study that is available. And friends, if you want to seek and learn more, this is the one. Our J-Web.
SPEAKER 02 :

SPEAKER 01 :
And friends, salvation, everyone! It’s advisable. I mean, the best advice? Listen. Let’s continue from verse 12. We should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world. looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto Himself a peculiar people or a people of His own special needs, zealous of good works. Oh, friends, how one is redeemed from Satan’s possession. by the blood of Christ, 1 Peter 1, 18 and 19. And one is purified unto God’s possession, set apart as that holy nation, that royal priesthood, the people of his own possession, 1 Peter 2, 9. And friends, the text advises, I mean, it is the course of action. Not only is salvation for everyone, it’s available, it’s acceptable, but yes, friends, it’s advisable. That is the option we should always take to obey God. That is everyone. Oh, how an individual can hear the Word of God as we mentioned earlier in Romans 10, 17. And how their faith comes by hearing the Word of God in Romans 10, 17. And their faith that without faith it is impossible to please Him, Hebrews 11 and verse 6. and yet with their faith they’re able to move upon repentance. Luke 13, 3, and confession of faith in Acts 8 and verse 37. And with the heart man believes unto righteousness, with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. That’s what he told those Christians in Rome who had been baptized into Christ, Romans 6, 4 through 6. baptized for the remission of sins, Acts 2.38, and in order to be saved based upon their faith, the words of Jesus in Mark 16.16. You see, friends, salvation is for everyone. It’s available, it’s acceptable, it’s advisable. Salvation, everyone. Let’s think on these things and put our lives where they need to be, and we’ll continue these studies together at another time. Thank you for joining me today on the International Gospel Hour. I’m Jeff Archie, and keep listening.
