SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning we are going to continue and conclude the message I’ve been sharing with you in the last several broadcasts that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called, What Are You Saying? What Are You Saying? So join me now in our live service for the conclusion of this message, What Are You Saying? What Are You Saying? Without weakening in his faith, you say, wait a minute, wait a minute. I thought he weakened. He had Ishmael. Hold your finger there. We have to answer that one right now. Hold your finger in Romans 4. Go back to Genesis. And we’re going to see the progression of what happened in the faith of Abraham. In the faith of Abraham, God had given him promises. In Genesis 13, 16, God said, I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth. All right? So there’s a promise. I’m going to give you offspring. And then in Genesis 15, verse 2, Abram said, O sovereign Lord, what can you give me since I… And then the King James says, seeing I remain childless. Seeing? The King James uses the word seeing. What was he seeing? He was seeing the natural. He was seeing he was childless. He was seeing no hope. He was seeing no way out. He was seeing no way for this to ever change. Seeing I remain childless. He gave you the clue what was happening. It was what he was seeing. And he was still seeing himself childless. Seeing I remain childless. Now turn to Genesis 17. Genesis 17 see now his lapse of faith was when he was about 75 and then older and he had Ishmael and he had these promises for 25 years but notice in Genesis 17 verse 1 when Abram was what 99 when Abram was 99 years old the Lord appeared to him and you could say appeared again and And God said to him, verse 4, Now notice verse 5. No longer will you be called Abram. Your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations. Now, the name Abraham means father of many nations. Now, what happened? When he was 99 years old, God was able to get him to change what he was saying about himself. in changing his name from Abram to Abraham. Now to us, Abraham just is a word. But if you translate it as father of many nations, then he’s walking up to somebody and introducing himself. And he says, the other guy says, hi, I’m so-and-so. And he says, hi, I’m father of many nations. So now every time he talks about who he is, he’s saying, I’m the father of many nations. Every time his wife calls him to dinner, father of many nations, come to dinner. Father of many nations, your food is ready. And what is he hearing and what is he saying constantly? I’m the father of many nations, father of many nations, father of many nations, father of many nations, father of many nations. I am the father of many nations. Once he got it in his mouth, it was in nine or 10 months and his wife was having a baby. Just like that. Once he changed his mouth and God got him to change what he said. And when he changed what he said, he changed what he saw. He no longer saw himself childless. He saw himself as the father of many nations. When he changed his mouth, the mouth changed the image. You see, that’s where it starts. Sometimes people don’t understand. They think, oh, you just say it. I tried saying that something for five times and it didn’t work. It’s not going to work after five times. Because, understand this, the first step… Or the first step in the process, when you start speaking, is it starting to change you? It’s changing your image and however long it takes to change you. And you start saying father, many nations, father, many nations, father, many nations. This sounds crazy. Father, many nations, father, many nations. But after a while, it’s going to start changing your own image. And then when you start saying, oh yeah, I’m the father, many nations, then you’re starting to actually have on the inside the image, right? picture of what your words are saying, then there’s the power in it. And when God could get Abraham to change his words, he changed his body. He changed his wife’s body into a young woman’s body. And she conceived and had a child in less than a year. When Abraham was 100 years old, Isaac was born. Took less than a year after his words changed. So yes, he started out, he lapsed, his faith lapsed for years and years and years and years and years and years until he changed his mouth, until he changed his words, until he changed what he said about himself. And when he changed what he said about himself within a year, it came to pass. came to pass. So we have to be careful about what we’re saying because it’s what we’re saying. Yeah. Out of the abundance of your heart, your mouth speaks, but sometimes you have to do the reverse process to get it back into your heart. You’ve For 25 years, he said the wrong thing his whole life. But once he got his mouth right and said and said and said and introduced himself, I’m the father of many nations. I’m the father of many nations. His wife called him father of many nations. Once the words were changed, then his image was changed. And then it came to pass. Amen. So that’s where then he got fully persuaded when he was 99 and go back to Romans four when he was 99 and he got fully persuaded. Let’s look at verse 18 against all hope. Abraham in hope. He believed he didn’t believe when he was 75. He didn’t believe when he was 80. He didn’t believe when he was 85. He didn’t believe when he was 90. He didn’t believe it when he was 95, 96, 97 or 98. But when he was 99, God changed his mouth and it changed his heart and it changed his eyes. It changed his seeing. And so he believed and so he became what he said. He called himself the father of many nations and he became the father of many nations. Just as it had been said to him, so shall your offspring be. Verse 19, without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead. So you don’t have to ignore the fact, but you have to see the word as greater. What God said is greater. What God said is the truth. And this fact is going to change. And that’s another sermon. Truth versus fact. God’s word is truth. And truth is greater than facts. Facts are what you see around you. Facts are temporary. But the word in John 17, Jesus prayed to the father and he said, your word is truth. The truth is greater than the fact. And the truth will always change the fact. You’ve got to put your faith in the truth and not faith in the fact. Put your faith in the truth because the truth can change the fact. So without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact. We’re not ignoring or denying facts. We are changing facts with truth. That his body was as good as dead since he was about 100 years old and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. And look at this verse 20. Yet he did not waver through unbelief. Now he did waver for 99 years, but at the age of 99, he changed. And for those 10 months, he did not waver. For 10 months, he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but he was strengthened in his faith. How was he strengthened in faith? By saying it every day. I’m the father of many nations was strengthened in faith and gave glory to God. That’s the second key. When you have to be seeing it on the inside and saying it every And then giving God glory for it. Thank you, Lord. I’m healed. Thank you, Lord. I’m healed. Thank you, Lord. My children are saved. Thank you, Lord. This is growing. Thank you, Lord. This is coming to pass. Giving glory to God. As you are saying, this is done. Glory to God. This is done. Glory to God. He gave glory to God. Verse 21, here we are being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. So if you are fully persuaded, how do you get fully persuaded? You keep the word in your mouth and you say it and say it and say it and say it until it changes your own image, until it changes what you see about yourself. And you say it and say it and say it and let it work that inner image on the inside of you. And you keep saying it and then you are believing it. And by saying it, you’re also releasing your authority. By voicing it, you are authorizing it. By voicing it, you are authorizing it so that it then has the power to come to pass. And God’s word comes to pass. God’s spirit works on that word to bring it to pass. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Let’s have everybody stand up. Father, I thank you and I praise you because your word is so powerful. Father, sometimes we don’t realize how powerful your word is, but your word is so powerful. It can change any and every situation. There is no situation on earth. That is more powerful than the word. There is no situation. There is no physical body condition. Even if it’s in the last stages of some terminal disease, there is no condition of children on drugs, on alcohol in prison. committing murder that is not able to be changed. There is no situation and circumstance on earth that cannot be changed by the power of your word. And when we speak your word, getting it into our heart, believing it and saying it and not being moved by what we see. Seeing what is unseen, calling those things that are not as though they are done, not living by natural faith, but the God kind of faith, God kind of faith, seeing God’s word as a finished reality. And I thank you, Father. We give you praise. We give you glory and honor that your word does have that kind of power to change us and to change our circumstances and situations. So we give you praise and glory and honor now for it, Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen. Now I just want you all to say, lift up your hands and say, Father. I thank you that your word is true. I believe your word. It is the truth. I agree with your word. I don’t agree with negative circumstances. I say your word will come to pass in my life. I am healed. My cup overflows. My children are serving God. I have a strong marriage or family. I have a bright future. I have a future filled with success. A future in the glory of God. I believe it. I declare it. I decree it. I agree with you today. I agree. In Jesus’ name, amen. Amen. Hallelujah. And they’re in the top category called radio broadcasts. You will see this message called, What are you saying?
