SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherri Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue and conclude sharing with you a message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Faith and Authority. What is great faith? So join me now in our live service for the conclusion of this message. Faith and Authority. What is great faith? And I’ve heard of plants being blessed and thriving. I’ve heard of when they were blessed, spoken over. And I’ve heard of plants dying when somebody cursed them. I mean, even in modern times, not just in the Bible. And so Jesus spoke to a tree and said in verse 14, may no one ever eat fruit from you again. And then in verse 21, the next day, Peter remembered and said to Jesus, Rabbi, look, the big tree you cursed has withered. So he’s all amazed. And Jesus said in verse 22, have faith in God. But I’ve shared with you before the word in literally is the word of, and you should write it in your Bible. If you don’t have it in the notes of God, meaning this is the faith of God. You’re not just believing in God right now. You’re now believing with the faith of God. This is God’s faith. This is the God kind of faith. And then it begins teaching you how God’s faith works. And verse 23, I tell you the truth. If anyone says to this mountain, go throw yourself in the sea and does not doubt in his heart, but believes what he says will happen. It will be done for him. So is the mountain talking about Pike’s Peak or Mount Evans or no? What’s the mountain? It’s a problem. It’s talking about a problem. Pike’s Peak is just fine right where it’s at. We’ll like to leave it there, right? So it’s talking about the problem that you have. And so what do you say to the mountain? Go. Go, go, go. Now, you know what most people do? Most people talk to their friends about the mountain and then they might talk to their pastor about the mountain. They talk to their family about the mountain, but they’re usually going over and over and over it, talking about it. And God never said, and Jesus never said, talk about the mountain and then it’ll go away. Is that in the Bible? Talk about it. The more you talk about it, then it’ll go away. No, it’s not in there. As a matter of fact, the more you talk about it, it seems to just get more entrenched, stronger, bigger, at least in your own mind. It gets bigger because you’re building it up. You’re building it up and making it stronger and stronger. We have to learn to stop talking about it. And Jesus said, talk to it. And I recently heard a minister as he was preaching his message. He was saying just recently, maybe like in the last couple of years, his tailbone had been hurting for a long time, like months. And this is a man of God who preaches what I’m preaching tonight. And he said his tailbone had been hurting for months. And one day in the car for the nth hundredth time, he was telling God, God, my tailbone hurts. And God said to him, well, you’ve been talking to me about it for all these months, but you haven’t yet talked to your tailbone. And I was like, duh, because he’s preached this before. So he starts talking to his tailbone and he says, tailbone, I command you in Jesus name, you be healed. I command pain to be gone in Jesus name. And he said in 15 seconds, the pain left. And he was like, wow. And he went and he sat down on one chair and it didn’t hurt. Then he went and found something like a block of wood and it was hard. And he sat on that and it didn’t hurt. Then he went and he found a piece of concrete and he sat on that. It’s like some people, if they saw me going and sitting on everything, they think he’s weird, but he was just testing it out and it didn’t hurt. The pain was gone. And there he’d been putting up with it for all these months, complaining about it. And God said, you’ve never talked to it. That’s what you’ve got to do. Don’t talk about it because talking about it doesn’t change. It doesn’t make it go away. But whatever it is, what is it? The mountain, the problem, the problem. You talk what to it. And what do you say to it? Go and you can say go in Jesus name because Jesus gave us his name. Now go back to Romans four, go back to Romans four, where we just were at the end of verse 17, Romans four 17. And the last line in the verse says, the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. Now, Now, that word call in the Greek is a word that we associate with legal things. The judge will issue a summons. And if you get a summons in your name, if I got one and it says you must appear in court on such date. Now, I have to obey that. If I don’t, I can be in big trouble. Right. You can be arrested. Well, that’s what that word is. Calls the things that are not or the things that you could say are not here. things that are not here. It summons them as though they were here. Now that’s the things that are not the thing that you don’t have that you want. The thing you want, what do you do? You summon it. And the word we use usually is come, right? Come. So that’s where we say in the name of Jesus, $2,000, I command you to come. That’s where we say healing. I command you to come in my back. That’s where we command things to come. Job, come. If you need a car and you’re believing for a new car, I command a new car to come. Based on Romans 4, 17, you have to believe that you have the authority to give the commands that you are authorized to. And we are, as I taught in that series, we are God’s governing body on earth. The ecclesia is the Greek word translated church, but it literally means a governing ruling body like a Senate. We are God’s Senate. We are God’s house of Congress on earth, making the laws and then setting things up for the way they should be. And so when people say, God, why did you allow it? The truth is we allowed it. We are the ones who have the authority. Why did you allow it? And God said to that man, why haven’t you spoken to it? You’ve talked to me about it, but why didn’t you say something to it? Your tailbone. And so you call or summon the thing that is not the thing you don’t have or the thing that’s not here that you want and you command it to come. So then putting these two scriptures together, is this easy or not? Mark 11, 23. What do you say? Now, what does the mountain represent? Rock. The problem. What do you say to the problem? Go. Okay. That’s Mark 11, 23. Now Romans 4, 17. This is calling things that are not. This is going to be what you want. What do you say to the thing you want? Come in Jesus name. So it’s like a two-sided coin. The thing you don’t want, the problem, the mountain, you command it, go in Jesus name. And the thing you do want, you command it, come in Jesus name. Okay. And so I say to the pain, I command pain. Go. I command healing. Come. I am healed in Jesus name. If it’s, if it’s lack, I command lack. Go. I command 2000, 10,000, 20,000, whatever you’re bleeding. I command $20,000 to come now in Jesus name. And then you have faith in the authority of your words. And let’s go back then to Matthew chapter eight. And this ties it all back. You know, in the Jewish culture, they believe in taking everything in a circle. A teaching has to go in a circle. This teaching perfectly goes in a circle. Back to Matthew chapter 8. And this will give you the confirmation for what I just shared with you. Matthew chapter 8. Again, verse 8 and 9. The centurion replied, Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof, but just say the word only and my servant will be healed. Verse 9. For I myself am a man under authority with soldiers under me. I tell this one what? Go. And he goes. And I tell that one what? Come. And he comes. Just what we were saying. And it’s right here. Come and he comes. And I say to my servant, do this. And he does it. So you can say, be blessed and it will happen. Be blessed, be increased, be fruitful, multiply, and it will happen. He will do it. It will be done. And then Jesus turned around and said to those following him, I tell you the truth. I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. So here was a Roman centurion. He was a military man, not a Bible scholar, but he understood authority and he saw that everything Jesus did, he did by speaking a command and he saw the sick were healed. The paralyzed took up their mat and walked away. The bowed over were straightened up. The blind saw the deaf heard. Everything was by command. He commanded demons and they obeyed him. He commanded wind and waves and it obeyed him. And he said, I understand that when you give an order, it’s done. And so you just say the word only and my servant will be healed. And then Jesus then said to us in Matthew 18, 18, whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven. Whatever you lose on earth is loose in heaven. So that he gave us that authority in Matthew 18, 18 and Luke 10, 19. I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing will hurt you. I give you authority. I give you my authority and I give you my name. So that’s the authority that’s in my name to rule. I give it to you. And now you do in my name what I would do if I were here. So this is the greatest faith in the ministry of Jesus. A man who recognized, say, go and it’ll happen. He goes, say, come and it’ll come. And so in our lives every day, you can’t affect everybody out there. They’re affected by their own belief, but you can speak to your situations and you have authority to say, go to the mountain, go to the problem, command it, be removed from you and And then you have authority to call and command to come to you the thing you need and want and you’re believing for. The victory or the breakthrough that you need. And you have authority over the enemy. That’s the devil, Luke 10, 19, over all the power of the enemy. So that if he’s stopping you, that’s the other thing we’ve learned is that he will try to stop and hinder and block. What’s coming. So you command him be removed and all obstacle be removed out of that path, be destroyed and cast down in Jesus name so that the harvest can come through because we do have an enemy, but we have authority over that enemy. And when we use our authority over the enemy and when we use our authority over our own bodies, over our own finances, over our own property and command the bad to go and the good to come, we will see the words carried out, the fruit of those words becoming sight. And you continue to stand and believe and knowing that everything you say is carrying creative power. It is creating it. While you’re believing it, if you don’t quit, you will see it and it will come to pass and you’ll have it. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise God. Father, we thank you and praise you for your faithfulness to us tonight with your word. Thank you for revelation and understanding. Thank you for showing us that we can use the same authority that Jesus used. That you gave us authority over demons, but over the earth, over the elements, over the animals, over the things in the earth and in the world that affect us. Over every mountain we command that is problem, we can command to be gone and it will be gone. We command the good thing that we need to come. Father, thank you for this revelation that is the key. And one of the very big keys for us living in victory as overcomers in this life and in this world, because we are not in this world without authority to be left victims, helpless victims of the circumstances. Whatever comes by, we get blown over by it. No, we are here to rule over circumstances. rule over our situations and rule over the earth that we live in. And we thank you, Father. We have this authority. We give you praise and glory and honor in Jesus name. Everyone said amen.
