SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning I’m going to continue sharing with you the message I began sharing with you yesterday that I preached in a series of messages in our Victorious Faith services called, What is the Word? And this is message number five in that series called, What is the Word? Our Source of… in which we are looking at several things that the Word of God is our source of. So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this message number five. What is the word? Our source of dot, dot, dot. You just quench that worried thought and replace it with all my children. are taught by the Lord and great is my children’s peace. All my children are taught by the Lord and great is my children’s peace. And that’s just one very powerful scripture. But there’s more scriptures that God promises your children will come back from the land of the enemy if they’re already out doing things they shouldn’t. And they’re away from you and away from God that your children will come back. Find those. And on my website, victoriousfaith.co, victorious like a champion, faith.co, co like Colorado. There’s a tab called help from God’s word. And under that is a list of scripture topics. And each topic has a list of scriptures with a confession. And there are scripture promises for your children, for your marriage, for your finances, your health, your job, your home, peace, joy, wisdom, guidance, court cases, all kinds of things. Go to that website, help from God’s word tab. And whatever it is you’re concerned about your children, your finances, your health, print out all those scriptures. When you click on the tab, it’ll open up a page. They are downloadable and printable. printable, download them, print them out, memorize one or two of them to answer the worry that keeps popping up in your mind, because that’s what you need to be doing. That’s how you keep your faith active on whatever you need in your life. Don’t allow worry. Oh, I just can’t help it. Yes, you can. You’re being lazy and irresponsible. You’re not taking responsibility. Your mind is your mind. Nobody controls your mind, but you, you put in it what you allow in it. You need to realize that everybody say my mind is my mind. I have control over my mind. I have authority over my mind. I have authority over my mind. I can cast down all imaginations that set themselves up against the knowledge of God. That scripture, you cast down the wrong thoughts. You replace it and put in your mind. God’s promise. You, the Bible says, resist the devil. He’ll flee from you. That means you’ve got to cast out that thought, quench it and replace it with God’s promise. If you’re worried about your finances and your needs, my God shall supply all my needs according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. So you’re worried. How am I going to pay the rent? How am I going to pay this hospital bill? How am I going to pay this or that credit cards? Or legal fees or whatever. My God shall supply all my needs. My God shall supply all my needs according to his riches and glory. So as soon as the worry thought comes in, you smash it. Smash it. Smash it. Smash it. With the word of God. Speak that scripture promise. That’s why you have to have one or two memorized. At least. Smash that thought with the word. So that you’re answering every thought. You replace every worry thought, fear thought, doubt filled thought with God’s promise. And that’s how you meditate on God’s word all day long. Because you’re worrying anyway. You need to stop it. And you, it’s your control. You’re in control of your mind unless you’re demon possessed and the devil has completely taken you over. And I don’t think so. You are still in control of you. So you have authority and you have the control of your mind. The problem is you haven’t been using it, your authority, right? your control. You’ve been letting your mind go everywhere and wander. So it’s used to being like an undisciplined child or an untrained dog, just running wild everywhere because you have let it go that way. You need to rope it in and put it in boundaries and give it its little corral. Give your mind a corral. You’re only going to stay on the word of God, God’s promises. God says he meets my needs and that’s all I’m going to think. Yeah, but this bill, this bill, this bill. No, I’m not letting you out there. You rope it in, rope it in, corral it, corral your thoughts. You have the authority and power to do it. If you haven’t been doing it, it’s your fault. You need to start doing it because you corral your thoughts, bring them in and say, no, this is what I’m going to think. God’s word says this. And then you keep smashing down those thoughts and you keep bringing back. No, the word says the word says, and you keep getting that the word of God, God’s promise for your situation spoken to everything. Thought that comes up against the knowledge of God, contradicting that promise of God. That’s the devil. The devil always contradicts that God. I mean, he did that even to Eve and Adam in the garden of Eden. Did God really say you would die? No, you won’t surely die. What was he doing? Contradicting God. The devil always contradicts. You have to go back. No, but God said this, and I’m going to believe him rather than you devil. Cause you’re a liar and you’re defeated. So. Bring in your thoughts. I meditate on your word all day long. How do you do it? You do it by roping in every wild thought. Of course, yes, you need to work. And when you’re focusing on your job and you’re doing your things that you need to, that’s good. But it’s when your mind strays and you’re thinking of worry or a fear or a doubt comes. No, smash it and put in the word of God in its place. Romans 12 to do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is. You will be able to right there is another promise. So many Christians thinks, well, you just never know what God’s will is. He said you will be able to test and approve his will, his good, pleasing and perfect will. But how does it come by being transformed in the renewing of your mind? That’s why so many Christians don’t know God’s will because they haven’t done that. They haven’t renewed their mind to the word. But when you get your mind in the word, you learn God’s will and you even get more sensitive to the spirit in you, the Holy Spirit in you, guiding you each day and saying, go here, go here, do this, do that, don’t do that. And even the inner unctions of the Holy Spirit become stronger in you when you become more word-minded. Because you’re putting your mind on the word, you’re actually giving God more place. in your life, giving him more place. And then you begin noticing and sensing his leadings in your spirit more and more Ephesians four 23 be made new in the attitude of your minds. The spirit of faith is an attitude of faith, that attitude of faith and your attitude should be the same as that of Christ. Jesus faith filled authority, ruling, conquering victory, attitude, victory, overcoming attitude. Praise the Lord. Now, the next one, the word is our source of joy. Psalm 19, eight, the precepts of the Lord are right. Giving joy. The word of God gives joy to the heart. Why? How does God’s word or why does God’s word produce joy? Because it produces hope. When you read his word or hear his word and you hear the promises of what God has for you, for your healing, your finances, your family, your children, your marriage, your job, your future, it sparks hope. You think, really? Can I have that? Yes. If it’s in the word, yes, you can have it. Yes, you can have it. Yes, you can have it. But the contingency is if you believe. Back to faith. And again, remember when people came to Jesus, particularly there was one man who said, if you can, please help my son. The man whose son was demon possessed and the demon just kept throwing him to the ground. And he would writhe and throw him into the fire. And the man begged Jesus, if you can do something, Jesus, please help us. And Jesus threw the ball back in his court. No, it’s in your hands. If you can believe all things are possible to him who believes. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. All things are possible to him who believes. So yes, what the promises are in the word of God are available to you. Yes, you can have them if you can believe them. That’s why it’s your capacity really that limits what you can receive your capacity to believe. Your ability to believe is the only thing that limits you. So if you will increase your capacity and strengthen your faith and ability to believe, strengthen your faith, then you can receive more and more and more. There’s no limit. No limit to what you can receive from God. God never put a limit on it. He didn’t put a limit on the finances. He didn’t put a limit on the healing and the health and the strength. He didn’t put a limit on the peace. He didn’t put a limit on joy. He didn’t put a limit on wisdom. He didn’t put a limit on a happy marriage. No limits. God never put a limit on anything. Just as much as you can believe, believe for the next level, go to the next level, go to the next level, the next level in every area of life. So the word of God produces hope. Hope produces joy. Now back to hope again. What is hope? Hope is a confident expectation. In the promises of God coming to pass or for the promises of God coming to pass in our lives. So hope is confident expectation. I talked about that recently. Looking without stretched neck, you’re looking and you’re expecting it because you know it’s going to happen. You know it’s coming. And it’s also a picture, a vision of what’s coming. You can see it in your heart and mind. And that picture is like a blueprint and you see it and you claim it and you lay hold on it. And hope is the blueprint that your faith builds. Your faith is the builder of the hope that you have. The hope is the picture. What you just heard was the continuation of a message that I preached in a series of messages in our victorious faith services called, What is the Word?
