SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherry Campbell. This morning, I’m going to continue sharing with you the lesson I’ve been sharing with you in the last several broadcasts that I taught in a class called Understanding the Kingdom of God. And we are now going through a summary of each of the seven primary spiritual laws of the kingdom of God. And this lesson number 13 is a summary of the spiritual law of the creative power of words. So join me now in our live service for a continuation of Lesson 13, A Summary of the Spiritual Law of the Creative Power of Words. Angels do not choose their words. They say what God tells them to say. The ones who are on the throne cry, holy, holy, holy. The ones that come to earth come with a message, like Gabriel came with a message. And they say what God told them to say. They don’t have the right to choose their words. Satan tried it. He was Lucifer originally. And he said, I will make myself like the most high. And God said, no, you won’t. And he booted him right out of heaven. Satan, or originally he was called Lucifer, tried to choose his own words and choose his own way. And he did not have the right to do it. And besides that, it was treason. He was also trying to overthrow God. which is a big issue. You’re not going to be able to overthrow God and set yourself up above God. But it was that issue of pride and rebellion, but in choosing words, I’m going to do this, that got him kicked out of heaven and made him a fallen angel. He didn’t have the right. Angels don’t have the right. You know, this is what’s so amazing. This is why Satan hates you. Let me show you this. Go back to Isaiah 14. Isaiah 14. Now, starting in verse 12 is where we see Satan’s fall. How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star. That is actually also Lucifer. That is Satan, son of the dawn. You’ve been cast down to the earth. And then verse 13, you said in your heart, I will ascend to heaven. I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. See, he was wanting to be God, raise himself up to God’s throne. Verse 14, I will ascend above the tops of the clouds. Look at this. I will make myself like the Most High. Like. Like. Underline or notice the word like the Most High. He wanted to be like the Most High. He didn’t have the right and it got him kicked out of heaven. He got kicked to the earth. And then, sometime afterward, God said, let us make man in our image and in our what likeness likeness like god like god and you can trace that word likeness and image even all the way through the new testament we are the sons of god created in the image of god created to be like god that’s why satan hates you you are created to be like god he wanted to be Hallelujah! He wanted to be like the Most High, and it was not allowed for him. So I see it like this. I see this picture. There is Satan now crawling on his belly on the earth, and God is there in the garden, and he says, let us make man in our image and in our likeness. And he creates man and breathes into him the breath of life, and all of a sudden, that’s why snakes are green. Green with envy? Green with envy. Bad joke, I’m sorry. They’re green with envy. Satan was filled with jealousy. You can’t be like God. You can’t do that, God. I wanted it. Why don’t you make me like you? No, you can’t have it, but I’m going to give it to them. So we are created in the image of God in his likeness to be like him. And you trace it. You do your own search. I don’t have time to take you through the New Testament and all the scriptures about being like him, made in his image, made in his likeness, be imitators of God. We are the sons of God. Amen. So we were made in his likeness and it was the very thing Satan was after. He couldn’t have it and God gave it to us. God gave to us what Satan wanted. And that’s the reason why ever since Adam was made, Satan hated man. Because man is made in God’s image. That’s why Satan hates man. Because man is made in God’s image. He hates God and he hates the man in his image. Satan understands the law of authority and he understands the law of the power of words. He understands those spiritual laws. The only way Satan can hurt you… is to get you to use your words against yourself. Satan’s biggest weapon is deception. He deceived Eve and all the way through. But the deception comes in causing us to think wrong, which causes us to talk wrong. And if Satan can bring a deception to you that causes you to think and then talk wrong and get you to say the wrong thing, then your words are his weapon against you. And remember, Jesus said, by your words you will be justified and by your words you will be condemned. It’s your words that Satan uses against you to hurt you, to bring the curse to pass in your life. But it’s also your words that God is trying to use to bless you and to bring the blessing to pass in your life. It’s through your words that God is able to bless you. He watches over his word to perform it. So when you put his word in your mouth, then God is able to perform his word for you. That’s why it is so vitally important to speak the word of God. The promises of God. The scriptures. Get God’s word in your mouth. Get the words of life in your mouth. Because it is those words that God watches over. It’s those words that God performs. There’s also, back in Psalm 103, Psalm 103, and verses 20 and 21, Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones, who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. King James on verse 20. He hearkens to the voice of his word. In verse 20, where it says in my translation, NIV, obey his word, it says hearken to the voice of his word. So the voice of his word is the speaking of his word. The angels hearken. The angels, in other words, come to attention and are sent on assignment by the voice of his word. So if you speak his word, they will hearken, come to attention, and go on assignment to fulfill that word when you say it, just as when God says it. They hearken to obey God’s word. So the angels are going to carry out God’s word. They do not hearken to words of death. They do not hearken to the thoughts of defeat and the words that Satan puts into our mind. You know, the world, the earth course since the fall is on a course of death. Everything is decaying. And man’s thoughts are also in the course of death and failure and defeat. I’ve heard that one of the most common words used in every language for expressing how you feel about something is words that have to do with death. My back is just killing me. I laughed till I thought I’d die. These kind of words just to express I laughed really hard. Why do you have to say I laughed till I thought I’d die? My back is killing me. Why don’t you just say my back hurts? But it’s in every language. And I’ve actually tested this. And I’ve gone to many, many countries. And I asked them, in your language, do you have expressions like that? Where you would say, my back is killing me. Oh, yeah. I ask them in every language, every country I’ve been in, yeah, their language has expressions to express intensity, maybe, that they use words of death, killing, and destruction to express how they feel about something. In every language of the world, Satan has brainwashed people to speak the words of death, and our mouths have been so full of death, and it perpetuates death. Well, when the angels are listening to you, and you talk about how your back is killing you, how can they hearken to that? They just stand there and cross their arms. I don’t know why he wants to die, but there’s nothing I can do about it. And they just stand there with their arms folded. But when you start saying, by his stripes I’m healed, or when you start saying, I believe I received $2,000 for the rent payment, then the angels are, attention. Okay, that’s God’s word. We go. They start acting on it. God starts acting on it. I heard an example about in a courtroom. You are the one under trial. You’ve got a prosecutor. His name is Satan. You’ve got a judge that is God Almighty. You’ve got an advocate, a lawyer, and that is the Holy Spirit, your defender, your advocate, your lawyer. Now, the lawyer comes to you, and he gives you some counsel before the trial starts to tell you what to do when you get questioned, when you get put up in the questioning chair. Your lawyer comes to you and says, the Holy Spirit says, now, when you get up there, And you’re questioned, say nothing but this. And he holds up the Bible, the scripture. Say nothing but this. Don’t say anything else. When the prosecutor comes and starts telling you all kinds of things and challenging you and accusing you, say nothing but this. Just say this. Easy, I got it made. No problem. You get up there and you take your seat and the prosecutor comes and he starts challenging you and he starts saying, you didn’t walk in love yesterday. Oh God, that’s so right. I was so bad yesterday. I was so bad. I was so, oh man, you’re right. And the Holy Spirit saying, no, don’t agree with him. Say nothing but this. So then you say, I plead the blood of Jesus. I plead the blood. Then the devil comes and says, but feel your back. It really hurts. Just feel it. Just feel your back. You can tell it hurts. And you say, yeah, my back is just killing me. And the Holy Spirit’s saying, don’t say it. Say nothing but this. By his stripes I’m healed. And then the devil comes and says, yeah, and you know, you don’t have money to pay rent this month. You know, it’s due Friday. You have no money. Where’s it ever going to come from? I don’t know. What am I going to do? We don’t have the money. And the Holy Spirit says, don’t say that. Say nothing but this. My God shall supply all my needs according to his riches and glory. So notice you are in the middle and you’ve got the devil and the curse pulling you to turn your tongue, your steering wheel, the rudder of your life to agree with death, to agree with lack, to agree with sickness and pain. And the Holy Spirit saying, no, turn your rudder, your tongue over here and agree with what God said. What you just heard was a continuation of lesson 13 in a class that I taught called Understanding the Kingdom of God. And this lesson 13 is a summary of the spiritual law of the creative power of words. And we will continue this lesson again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
