Mrs. Priscilla Rahn is an educator, speaker, and advocate for educational excellence w 30 years of experience as a teacher, evaluator, coach, and principal. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Texas Christian University, a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Aspen Theological Seminary. Priscilla also completed Harvard University’s Strategy Execution for Public Leadership course, sharpening her skills in visionary and strategic leadership. As Colorado’s first National Board Certified Teacher in Early Adolescent/Young Adult Music and the recipient of the Harriet Tubman “Moses” Teacher Leader of the Year Award, Priscilla brings a bold, values-driven perspective to education reform. She currently serves as a Project 21 Ambassador, was the Vice Chair of the Colorado Republican Party and is the former Chair of the Douglas County Planning Commission. Her philosophy centers on the belief that students learn best when they see themselves reflected in the curriculum, fostering both engagement and excellence. Priscilla has chaired the Denver Public Schools Asian Education Advisory Council for 15 years and volunteers for Heritage Camps, supporting Korean adoptees in reconnecting with their culture. Her voice has reached national audiences through appearances on Fox News and CBS4, articles for Rocky Mountain Voice, and as a regular contributor on RedState’s “Red and Black Show,” along with countless radio interviews nationwide. Rooted in faith and frontline experience, she is committed to closing the achievement gap, restoring character, and creating opportunity in America’s schools. Beyond education, Priscilla is a small business owner, active community volunteer, and enjoys snowboarding in Colorado. She is married to Grammy nominated, #1 Billboard jazz saxophonist and producer Darren Rahn.
